Atendimento excelente o único ponto de atenção foi que o quarto privado que reservei não tinha Tv, não me atentei na hora da reserva porque geralmente os quartos possuem Tv, no mais tudo ok. Localização ótima com uma vista incrível para as montanhas. Café da manhã continental (simples, mas gostoso!).
Foram dias ótimos!!!

Un po’ lontano dal centro, non tanto per la distanza in sé ma per la fatica che si fa a tornarci. Strada in estrema salita e molte molte scale. Però in definitiva una buona scelta per il prezzo pagato.

MMadeline KelleyThis was such a wonderful stay! The staff - and specifically Gonzalo - were so incredibly helpful. From arranging me airport transfer to/from, to giving me recommendations on places to see locally, and just generally being incredibly helpful. The space itself has a beautiful view overlooking a lake with Andes mountains in sight. The room was charming and clean - with heated floors!!! The location is away from the center of Bariloche so it was much quieter which I loved. Also right next to an amazing park to hike and see the waterfalls. You don’t NEED a car, but I would probably recommend one.

PRÓS:
- Boa localização, pertinho do centro (uns 10 min de caminhada), fica em frente ao Lago Nahuel Huapi e a 1 quadra da fábrica de chocolate da Havanna.
- Quarto tem aquecedor e estava sempre limpo (teve limpeza diária).
- Chuveiro esquenta bem e torneira da pia é aquecida.
- Simpatia e acolhimento do anfitriã, ele é uma pessoa muito simpatia e atenciosa, serve o café da manhã com uma simpatia se igual. Permitiu que eu deixasse as malhas após o checkout (sem cobrar nada por isso), pois, meu voo era só a noite.
- Serviço de translado também é uma boa e o preço é justo (conforme a concorrência). Super recomendo pela comodidade.
- Café da manhã é razoável, porém, é praticamente a mesma coisa todos os dias (acho que sobra de um dia fica para o outro dia).
CONTRA (aqui fica como feedback):
- Checkin muito tarde e checkout muito cedo, mas isso é geral, ou seja, maioria (se não todas) todas hospedagens de lá são assim.
- Banheiro sem box, local de tomar banho é apertado e molha todo o banheiro após o banho, isso ocorre porque a parte do local de tomar banho é de tábua (acho que colada) o que deixa o banheiro todo molhado após o banho.
- Barulho terrível da rua à noite, o que incomoda muuuuito para dormir (hotel fica em uma avenida por isso o barulho da rua à noite é insuportável).
- Fechadura da porta do quarto dá um pouco de trabalho para fechar e abrir por fora (acho que precisa ser trocada).
- Toalhas tinham cheiro de fumaça (tinha visto esse comentário e é real), por precaução levei a minha toalha.

GGuest UserLo que destaco es la atención de la dueña, está muy pendiente de que te encuentres bien atendido y siempre está dispuesta a ayudarte dándote recomendaciones sobre los sitios a visitar.
El desayuno es muy rico.
La ubicación es buena, es muy cerca del parque principal, como a 600 metros, pero como el hotel queda en una loma el regreso del centro hacia el hotel es exigente físicamente y más si vas con maletas.
Las habitaciones son sencillas, limpias, de pronto se echa de menos un televisor para entretenerse cuando se está en la habitación.
