We booked the hotel because Best Western Sapphire Hotel cancelled us at last minute with no reasonable excuses and the hotel is close to Van Don Intl Airport. It is fairly new hotel and not anywhere close to amenities. They have big plans for Ha Long Bay, but maybe in 5 years, this hotel will be popular. We were directed to a local cafe with local meals. It was great! Fried chicken!!! Then when we walked back to hotel, we asked for ice. Instead of 2 glasses, we received a pitcher of ice. The breaksfast was so nice. Wished they would asked how our eggs would be cooked though. We checked out and our taxi was waiting for us. Only took 10 minutes to arrive at Van Don International Airport.

Clean and hygienic, the surrounding environment is good, the boss is very good, help to book a tour group, book a car to Hanoi, quiet, hot water is sufficient. Cost-effective.
The bad thing is that there are fewer restaurants around. The bed is large and the space on both sides is less than 30 cm on each side.

Everything in the room looked very clean and tidy, there were no extra furnishings, but the details were very careful. My favorite is the moment the sun shines into the room in the morning, warm and quiet. Sitting by the window at night, watching the lights flashing in the distance, I feel that the fatigue of the day has been healed. It is a good place to stay for a long time, quiet and comfortable.

O Hotel tem o custo benefício bom. Limpo, cama confortável, toalha limpa porém muito encardida, Agora na baixa estação parece um deserto o local onde fica o hotel, pouca opção de comércio e exploram muito o turista. Água mineral que o hotel vende é o dobro do valor de mercado. A empresa do cruzeiro nos buscou no hotel, então a estadia nos atendeu bem para nosso propósito de passar uma noite em Halong Bay.

A basic hotel but surprisingly they do good breakfast.
Fried noodle with egg. Hotel comes with breakfast too.
Location is near the international cruise centre where I take my cruise to ha long bay
Room was big. As they only left a family room and they given me a family room with 3 beds.
But the Aircon cannot be switch on, as maybe it is still winter period. That why the Aircon cannot be turned on.
I was quite cold at night. I thought the Aircon can be turned on so that I change the mode to heater mode.
I caught a cold and flu on the second day. And was in the room until I felt better.
Then I went out for my late lunch plus dinner.
Was sneezing thru out the night and with body aches.
Overall my stay was still good.
I will return to this hotel again as the staff was very pleasant.
Fortunately, I had medication on hand.

The hotel location was great. It was located on a quiet street away from the busy city center, so I was able to rest comfortably. The staff was really friendly, and the personalized service was really impressive. The room was spacious, and the view from the balcony was perfect.

I stayed in a VIP room, the price was over 1.5 million, I think the price was a bit high compared to the decoration and layout. If there was a discount of about 1 million, I think it would be ok to stay, but the hotel hardly had any discounts. I went to Ha Long when there were few guests at the beginning of the week, so even for breakfast, there were only banh cuon and pho. Drinks were coffee, tea and milk. The good thing is that it was clean. The swimming pool is small. You should consider it yourself.

This hotel is amazing!My room had a stunning view, a pool on the roof, which my children loved, and an even better view. The staff was very welcoming, I can say that they do everything to make it happen to keep the client happy.I want to mention the man at the reception by name Trun Duc Trong. I am definitely glad that I chose this hotel and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a 15 minute walk to the sea, there are no people on the beach, it is just paradise. I spent a long time choosing between hotels, and chose this one based on the price, I decided that I would rather spend more on entertainment than on a hotel. And I am simply delighted that for such an inexpensive the price, the hotel is simply 5 stars.I am sure that if you diversify your breakfast menu to a more varied one, you will become even better.

AAnonymous UserNice and cozy stay inside the small village, with two built-in bunk beds (4pax) in one small room.
Shower and toilet are in one tiny cubicles so it was a bit difficult to change inside, but the water pressure was really strong with plenty of hot water.
A bit difficult to find the reception at the beginning, it was located next to the main entrance of the village(need to turn left for the Village before going to Legacy Yen Từ).
We stayed one night at Yen Tử Village to enjoy the local foods, coffee & night time shows inside the village, and next day after checking out, we left our luggage at the reception and climbed the mountain with cable car, then moved to next door Legacy Yen Tử just to relax after the long & steep walk.
I think the management of both Yen Tử village and Legacy M Gallery is somehow related( they use same showers , lamps, towels, etc), they sent us to the cable car station , picked us up from the cable car station, and sent us with our luggages from the Village reception to Legacy with the yellow electric cart.
It was really a nice weekend outing from Hanoi, just 2.5hours drive towards Ha Long side.
The only setback is that the transport from Hanoi to Yen Tử is not so frequent, you can use Hung Cuong transport buses, or better arrange your own.

As expected, the eyes of the masses are sharp.
Hotel location: Only about 750 meters away from the famous Sun World Halong Park, there are many hotels and restaurants around, and the transportation is convenient.
Hotel facilities: 3-star hotel, complete and complete facilities, restaurants, swimming pools, laundry services, etc., but the facilities are old, such as the use of old-fashioned key locks.
Standard room can't see the scenery because the wall next door blocks the view.
Hotel service: The two front desk staff have good service attitude, good English, check-in and check-out are very smooth.

The male staff can speak fluent Chinese. Although they are seriously stumped, they can communicate smoothly.

Eating a hearty breakfast, listening to soothing music, looking out the window, the slowly crawling cable car is like a Ferris wheel, this feeling is very refreshing!
After the sun goes down, you can also go upstairs to swim. The swimming pool, the sea, the blue sky, the white clouds, the buildings, the bikinis, the scenery is beautiful.
Such a good stay experience only cost more than 80 yuan. I once suspected that there was a number 1 missing in front of 80. You can earn money if you buy it, so what are you hesitating about?

DDannMy experience in this hotel was very good. In general everything in this hotel is good for the price but what stands out here is the service, the young girl at the reception made my trip to Ha Long city very easy, she basically helped me with everything, she helped me to rent a motorcycle, booked a taxi, indicated where to find good restaurants, she even got me the ticket for the cruise to Ha Long bay way cheaper than in the other places; she did everything for me. I really appreciate the service at this hotel, it has been by far the best experience in terms of service I've had in Vietnam so far. Thank you very much guys! I will stay here again in the future! (100% recomended).

AAle08Just one night in this place; the room had plenty of space and the bathroom was very nice and clean. Just something to note: I booked this place because it appeared available on the app, when I arrived the hotel was closed due to the tet, a little bit of pressure as it was late at night; but, one guy from another hotel (within the same hotel company), opened up the hotel for me and my partner. It was a very weird experience, in the morning I talked with the hotel through whatsapp and told me I can message them as soon as I arrive, there would be somebody at reception. Anyway, they solved the situation at the end.

NNoah the NomadThis hostel is run by a really super fun family. They are super kind and provide the type of hospitality that makes you feel like you’re at home.
The dorms are comfortable and cool. There is a great balcony outside and there are many local food options (Just ask for a free bike and explore) at great prices but, you have to find them.
My advice is to book a tour if you’re going to stay more than a few days.
