The room was spacious but a bit dusty, as if the cleaning wasn’t very thorough. Still, overall cleanliness was acceptable. The atmosphere was lovely with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly, cheerful, and always willing to help. Most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious—don’t miss the breakfast! However, the location is quite difficult to reach as the resort is on a hill. The road is dark at night, and there’s nothing much around the hotel

The view is Amazing !! Nice view to the océan The room is big … But a Little be fare from the street if you dont drive a scooter (Like me) it cost 9€ GO and 9€ back just to go out …  the food for dinner nice but prices of the spa and dinner Little bit excessive .. they forget we are in thailand ! Is cheaper to take a Grab GO and back and take dinner and do massage outside, in the city

Very nice Villa. Full of natural vibe. So many tree surrounding the area. All the staffs are very welcoming and friendly. It has 1 restaurant in the hotel. But it is also very easy to walk along the beach to reach W hotel for OTHER restaurant. only thing is the room is very humid, there are some moth' eggs in the toilet room. It would be great if dehumidifier is provided in the room. Tv cannot do screen mirror with my mobile phone. It wouls be great if this can be considered. Room has very nice view on the hill.

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The customer service is the best that I’ve ever experienced with an American company. The villa was a dream! The most beautiful view that I’ve experienced so far. The pools, the Kids Club, the bars, the Happy Hour, the View Restaurant..everything was excellent. It’s a beautiful resort. My only complaint would be the kids meals were low quality which was unexpected for the Ritz. I will definitely visit again!

This is a very nice Resort. The pool area is very nice and comfortable. The swimming pool faces to the apartments is very long so you can enjoy swimming. The gym is very nice, not too many machines, but from good quality. You need to consider for you stay several aspects: the pool area in the middle of the resort comes with an additional costs of minimum consumption which is quite expensive, at the other pool area you don’t have any laying possibilities so you should consider a room with pool access if you plan to often go swimming, the kids club is really just a very small room with some toys just for emergency when the whether is not so well. The beach is very small and not so nice. We would not recommend to stay there with small kids as there is nothing around you can not do so much with the kid. If you plan to travel as a couple definitely a recommendation if you’re flexible to move by grab or scooter. The staff is very very friendly. Not typically Thai friendly, but also very understanding and helpful. The breakfast is absolutely amazing. I think the best breakfast I ate in ages in a hotel and we do travel a lot.

We really enjoyed the Meliá Resort. The service is high and nothing is too much. The resort and rooms are clean. Very extensive breakfast buffet, which is constantly replenished. It is located in a pleasant street, with some restaurants & massage salons. You can reach Chaweng and Fisherman Village in 10 minutes by taxi! Plenty of taxis in the street at the Melia resort! Only downside; Many guests lay down towels at the pool & beach. Fortunately, the staff keeps a close eye on this. Melia resort should purchase more beach beds & umbrellas. Employee Baw in particular is a really great host at the pool & beach! He makes sure you don't miss anything!

The room is a typical Thai building, but it is indeed a bit old. I checked in at room 136 on the first day. The flush toilet makes a buzzing sound every time it is used. The air conditioner is very loud, but only the nearby areas feel cool. The service is very good, everyone is very polite, the garden is beautiful, but the sea is just so-so. Living here, you feel like you are secluded from the world. Don't go out, it's very shabby outside, and there are dogs

The room was very good, with a wide view and a very good view. The most beautiful sunrise on the first day was half an hour late, and there were clouds on the second day, which was a bit regrettable, but watching the moon rise in the evening was another kind of happiness. The bright moon rose over the sea, and the feeling of poetry came to me. The facilities are complete, and there are various activities such as paddle board sailing, Thai boxing, etc. The service of Banyan Tree will never disappoint you. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic to help book various activities. Because the flight on the last day was late, he also helped us apply for a late check-out! I accidentally hurt my hand in the room, and the staff helped me deal with it more anxiously than I did. Because it was the weekend, there was a beach BBQ and a spark show. The breakfast was good for the first two days, but it was a little below expectations on the third day. It was a perfect vacation for four days and three nights here.

It’s been a week since I stayed here at the Explorar and I’m still thinking about the incredible breakfast! On arrival, the team were so friendly and accommodating. During check in we were served a fresh cool jasmine scented face towel accompanied by a young coconut and some local coconut rum. It was such a nice touch. The room was very lovely and the facilities were excellent. We stayed in the private plunge pool room and it was a great addition. The location is very convenient. We were able to book two scooters at the hotel to use during the stay, which I highly recommend. The hotel pool and bar are not to be missed.

So, its the best hotel that I have ever visited. 1. Fantastic view of the sunset and Koh Samui from a high point 2. Very stylish interior and exterior, magnificent furniture and decorations made of wood 3.The service is top, the staff is very friendly 4.Beautiful hotel grounds with various entertainment options (billiards, sauna, yoga, etc.) 5. The hotel room is very spacious, clean and comfortable, with plenty of outlets, a projector for watching movies, a separate spa area and a great bathroom 6.Amazing massage for reasonable price, I felt better after it 7.Convenient opportunity to communicate with staff via messenger 8.Privacy 9. The pool is clean and large, with a bar right on the water. Everything in this hotel is thought out to the smallest detail so that guests feel comfortable. For me, every day here was like a holiday, full of relaxation and beauty. I'm really happy that we're visited this place No problem, but as feedback from us, the food in the restaurant was a bit ”bland”, especially the fish, I would like a more intense taste. But healthy food lovers would like it :) Thanks to Stefan and the whole hotel team, we will definitely come back🫶
