Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! The customer service is the best that I’ve ever experienced with an American company. The villa was a dream! The most beautiful view that I’ve experienced so far. The pools, the Kids Club, the bars, the Happy Hour, the View Restaurant..everything was excellent. It’s a beautiful resort. My only complaint would be the kids meals were low quality which was unexpected for the Ritz. I will definitely visit again!
Beautiful classy hotel on one of the nicest beach in Ko Samui. Chaweng Noi beach was clean and quiet .
One of the best things about this hotel is the location and the amazing friendly and helpful staff . Any issues were resolved very quickly and with a smile .
Buffet breakfast was also very good with many Thai and international options . We also enjoyed yoga on the beach .
Some of the hotel amenities like the towels and beach cushions were a bit worn and could do with renewing according to 5* standards, but in general it was really good value for money and the staff made it memorable , thank you .
This hotel lives up to the standards of a Luxury Hotel.
We were very impressed with the staff at the Hotel.
There is a Chinese service at the front desk.Miss PeiPei`s service is very good. She speaks Chinese very well.
We would like to return to this hotel if we have hte chance to experience a wonderful holiday.
We stayed in Intercontinental for 2 nights and chosen the Club room with afternoon tea and sunset package benefit. The breakfast & afternoon tea is nice which you can order any drinks you like for the whole day. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is free scheduled shuttle service to Tesco and Central Mall which is good as the hotel is far from anywhere especially if you don’t have a car, it’s quite troublesome to go out. For dinner we ate at the nearby Island View Restaurant which provided free transport to the hotel. We requested for a room with lesser steps/staircases distance as my elderly parents were travelling with us and they cannot walk to many steps, which they provided the nearest room from lobby. Room #105 & 106 😉
I made a note of a quiet room when I made a temporary order in the morning. When I arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, a very quiet room in the corner had been arranged. There was a solo traveler next door, and the child's sofa bed had been laid out, so I checked in immediately. It's much better than the Ritz-Carlton in Samui where I stayed this time (Lizi kept asking me to wait until after 3 o'clock to check in). I enjoyed complete natural tranquility here. The villa was very private and I slept very well. In front of you is the sea, next door is the rain forest, and you can see the starry sky above, far away from the hustle and bustle. I didn't hear any voices, cars, or music! The room inspection can be improved. The sticky cups, safe and scale were all broken. It took three uncles 40 minutes to finally replace them with new ones. The little sister who cleaned the house was very serious on the first day, and the cleaning on the second day was very serious. The two of them fooled around for five minutes and enjoyed the results of the little sister's careful cleaning. But these are small things. It's great if it can meet my core requirement of quietness. I have decided to stay here again next time I come to Samui. Thank you very much to the Chinese male manager who arranged the room at the front desk!

The best staff!
The facilities are a bit worn out and need some repairs, but it's basically a great resort. In particular, the beach environment is great and the color of the sea is so pretty that I was happy just lying on the sunbed all day. The staff always greeted me brightly and I felt like the teamwork was really good. The staff also felt hip. The attentive and experienced staff who remembered and called the kids by their names every time they met them were 5 out of 5! Thanks to that, it was a really enjoyable experience. The basic snack bar was a bit disappointing because it was very poor, but the kids were happy the whole time thanks to the sweet spot where they provided free ice cream and drinks. It's a shame that the room type I needed on the date I wanted was sold out, so I could only stay for one day. I will definitely visit again next time I go to Koh Samui.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. Sala offers a commutable 10 minute walking distance to local bars and restaurants while maintaining a serene ambiance shielded from the noise and nightlife of the Chaweng area. I was warned by friends that Chaweng was unfavourable for living due to its proximity to the airport, but the room is well sound proofed and completely silent.
I was surprise by the space and depth of the personal pool as it was bigger than the images suggested and offered a great place to swim late at night after a day in the heat and was completely private from the other guests.
The food was great. Breakfast was available through delivery or in the restaurant. They high-quality food, coupled with a daily menu offered delightful variations. Staff even ensured my breakfast was delivered before my early check-out, so I was able to catch my departing flight with good timing.
The staff were friendly, polite, attentive, and always ready to assist, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. They offered communication via telephone or via message through a downloadable app - so it was easy to communicate any of our needs from the room or on the go.
The beachfront pool is a little small and ideal for guests with children, whereas adults can make use of sea-side loungers, free kayak rentals, a great bar and swimming in the sea.
In summary, this room offers a perfect blend of convenience, luxury, and tranquility. Whether you're looking to explore the local nightlife or simply unwind in style, it provides an exceptional experience. I hope I can return in the future!

The hotel is located on Chaweng Beach, less than 15 minutes' drive from the airport. It has its own beach area and a great environment and scenery. The location is great, lively and convenient, with 7-11 diagonally opposite. The check-in deposit is 3,000 baht. The breakfast is average, the coffee is not very good, fried rice, fried noodles, fried potato balls, various sausages and salads. I order a bowl of Thai noodles and an omelette every day. The waiters are very nice. In short, this hotel is worth recommending!

Stayed for 8 nights at Sala Samui Choengmon Beach Resort. The villa had its own private pool. Very cozy and nice. The breakfast each morning was really nice. There’s a buffet and you also get one a la carte item for breakfast to go with your buffet. So really good. Staff were super friendly and nice. The hotel evening meals were not so good. Nearby restaurants were way better and much better priced. I wished the food was super good for lunch and dinner as it would have been perfect, but unfortunately, the Thai dishes were a bit sub par, over priced and even beers and cocktails were double or triple what you pay elsewhere. Pool staff were friendly and helpful, but I wish the food and drinks at restaurant and bar were reasonably priced so we could have enjoyed it more. Nearby restaurants offer better experience. Mr Eung restaurant nearby had the best food for that area. A short drive to the best restaurant on the island called Supatrra will show you what you wish the resort had. If the manager of the Sala resort went over there and learnt a thing or two about dining then the resort could be greatly improved. Anyway, resort was nice, just the lunch and dinner needs some attention. Good location, clean and tidy. Shower gel and soaps were not the best so had to buy some outside. Don’t forget your mosquito spray. Overall, a nice experience and very relaxing, just wish the food was better. Fun stuff to do nearby, football golf, Thai cooking class, go kart racing, reggae bar, paddle ball courts, tourist shopping at night market, kickboxing show. We hired a scooter, as it’s not really walking distance to anything but a short scooter ride will get you around the island.

My wife and I chanced upon Silavadee while looking for a short Koh Samui getaway to celebrate our anniversary - and so glad we found Silavadee. The Google reviews did not disappoint, as it’s possibly one of the best resorts we’ve stay in yet!
We travel to a couple of resorts around the SEA during our weekend getaways but this past weekend topped the charts for us. From our arrival all the way to our departure, Silavadee’s team members never failed to display the widest smiles everyday; even if sometimes they did not understand much English - we appreciated their big wide smiles!
Special mention to the Duty Manager, TICK as well as front office staff ICE and KORN, who both made sure we were extremely were taken care of throughout our stay and whenever we had any queries. We had a small hiccup with the housekeeping team during our stay, but TICK managed it extremely well and also so kindly got us a late check out as our flight is only departing at 19:25hrs today, back to Singapore.
Your private beach team member, JB is also worth a special mention - his command of English is commendable, and we enjoyed our time interacting with him during our stay. A very positive guy whom we noticed was also picking up trash on his own initiative to ensure our private beach was as immaculate as it could be!
All in all an amazing stay over the past 4 days at Silavadee!
Please pass our kind thanks to the team at Silavadee and we’ll definitely be back soon!

GGuest UserOverall is this hotel a quite good point to escape.
We had a fantastic garden villa with an huge bathroom.
Everyone was really kind and friendly.
The only thing what they can work on it we would say it should be first of all the service for drinks and food.
Normally you should have a eye for your guests probably if you have a happy hour to going around at the pool desk and the location, to offer the promotion.
Second they have to make better drinks maybe a cocktail staff training should help.
And last but at least they have definitely to work on the service in the waiting time in the restaurant we had to wait more than 1 1/2 hour for Thai food what’s probably is ready in 10 minutes.
Don’t get us wrong it’s gonna be a beautiful hotel and you will have a beautiful stay at Koh Samui.
It just missing few details to make it perfect.
JJarredCHIt’s a very nice resort little far up in the mountains up a narrow road quite dodgy in the heavy rains we experienced during our stay. The rooms are great I would of liked to see them give us some toothbrushes. The staff are really kind and helpful. Overall pleasant experience . Incredible view from your room.

ZZ&HMy wife and I chose this hotel to celebrate our anniversary, and looking back, I’m so glad we did. The free and varied water activities, the friendly and patient staff (almost all of whom speak excellent English), and the simple yet delicious food left a lasting impression on me. From start to finish, there was hardly anything to be dissatisfied with.
We stayed for two nights in different types of rooms. On the second night, we stayed in a pool villa. The initial room we were assigned didn't have the view we saw in the website photos, so my wife asked if we could switch rooms. To our surprise, the staff checked briefly and then upgraded us for free to a room with the best sea view we’ve ever seen. I can hardly describe how beautiful the view was with my limited vocabulary. My wife and I both agreed that we will definitely come back, maybe for a week or even a month next time. If you want to quietly enjoy the beach, sea view, and a private pool, choosing this place will not disappoint you.
By the way, I really liked the welcome drink at the beginning and the scented sachet they gave us when we left. The coconut-flavored snacks in the lobby were also very delicious; I would grab one almost every time I passed by.
AAnonymous UserMarasca Samui Hotel should be said to be an unexpected surprise in this trip. I decided to delay leaving the island for one day, so I searched for nearby hotels and found this hotel by accident. The price of an entry-level room is nearly 3,000 per night in the peak season, which is not cheap, but it is at most a medium-to-high price in Samui.
The hotel is located in the center of Chaweng Beach. Walking into the alley from the pedestrian street, the whole world is quiet. It is really the kind of pure quiet in the hustle and bustle.
The overall decoration of the resort is very modern and quite new. It is said that it has been opened for a short time. The facilities in the room are quite good, especially the bedding. You don’t want to get down after lying on it. The restaurants and bars on the beach are very online in terms of food and drinks, and the taste and appearance are quite good.
All the employees are polite, especially the waiters in the restaurant are memorable. They are fluent in English and can joke with guests. I remember asking a girl to pay the bill, and she directly told me, ONE MILLION BATH, and then laughed after seeing me stunned. This scene left a deep impression on me.
Finally, I solemnly recommend this hotel again. I will definitely stay there again next time.
AAlipallyLet’s start with the staff. Tik and all the team are so amazing and we couldn’t have asked for better service Sadly on arrival we were met by building works from the main decking area and a pool that just looked broken. Tiles missing and lacking water in areas. We were informed that due to this being the quiet month (pre school holidays ). That this was the only time to get it done !! We were given a free spa but again however nice the drilling noise and building work could be heard throughout. The management who were present did not seem to acknowledge that this was a problem for us. The view from the bungalow was amazing. However I wouldn’t have booked it if I had known that it sat on a beach that you couldn’t enter. An unswimmable area due to low tide and sea urchins. This was our luxury part to our holiday and sadly apart from the staff it was very disappointing. I would have been informed of the disruptive building work during my stay and the management failed to address this issue and the poor pool maintenance.
GGuest UserMy recent stay at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived on the private island, I was enveloped in a world of luxury, tranquility, and unparalleled beauty.
The resort’s location is simply breathtaking. Situated on a secluded island off the coast of Koh Samui, Cape Fahn offers a level of privacy and exclusivity that is unmatched. Accessible only by boat, the journey to the island sets the tone for an unforgettable escape from the ordinary.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a refreshing welcome drink. The staff’s attention to detail was evident throughout my stay, from the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful gestures that made me feel like a valued guest.
My villa exceeded all expectations. Perched on the edge of the azure sea, it offered panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The interior design was elegant and refined, with every amenity imaginable to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay. The private infinity pool and spacious terrace provided the perfect setting for relaxation and contemplation.
Dining at Cape Fahn was a culinary delight. The resort’s restaurants served a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by local flavors, each prepared with precision and creativity. Whether enjoying a romantic dinner under the stars or a leisurely lunch by the pool, every meal was a feast for the senses.
The resort’s facilities were equally impressive. From the infinity-edge swimming pool to the state-of-the-art fitness center, there was no shortage of ways to unwind and rejuvenate. I particularly enjoyed the spa, where I indulged in a blissful massage overlooking the ocean, leaving me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Overall, my experience at Cape Fahn Hotel, Koh Samui, surpassed all expectations. It’s a sanctuary of luxury and serenity, where every moment is cherished and every need is anticipated. I can’t wait to return to this hidden gem in paradise.
