Great service from the receptionist Edip, very welcoming young man! Very warm and considerate reception. Made me feel at home. The hotel was clean and the kittens and puppies were adorable.

Staff was great. They had a breakfast that was filling. The main thing I want to tell you is that I booked a balloon trip online. It was 3 times more expensive than booking through the hotel. Even just random ballon bookings discovered through walking the streets, were actually much cheaper to book and around 100 euros. So with that being said, stay here and they will assist in booking the balloon flight for you. Also know the ballon ride pickup is at 4 am. The hotel was very big and had many areas to relax. The view from this hotel was great for seeing the balloons too. The walk into town from the hotel is long walk, and down hill. We left after checkout to explore, and stored our luggage. We took a taxi back. I believe it was Rose taxi. The taxi company was also great and accommodating. Took us to get luggage, and then to mall. And picked us up and took us to airport. So all in all, it was a great stay that started with this hotel.

The room was very cold, we asked them to change it, they changed it by force, even though there was a heater and air conditioner, the room did not warm up, then they changed it. The breakfast was mediocre, packaged jam, 3 types of cheese, the variety was not enough, the room was nice, the ambiance and the view were nice.

Real cave room, the hotel is on the mountain. You can see the night view of the town when you go out. When you open the door in the morning, you can see the hot air balloon, which is very good👍. You can also light a bonfire at night by asking the front desk guy

OVERALL: A lovely boutique hotel with beautiful cave and rock decor. I picked it because the decor is a mixture of both, unlike some other ones in the area. Service is amazing and the staff is really helpful. They offered to help transport my suitcase up to the bedroom area of my room. I went during the beginning of the season in late March and the hotel kindly upgraded me for free to a deluxe room, which has two levels, the bathroom below and the sleeping area above. In the room, Two windows open to views of goreme town and the balloons if you get up early enough to see them before sunrise. They also recently expanded their terrace offerings it seems ao now they actually have multiple, without different pillow set up. Breakfast is served open buffet style from 8-10am, variety is limited but there are some Turkish meze delicacies, menemem and boiled egg daily, sausages, a hot pastry, breads, cheese and ham, and for drinks - juices, tea and coffee, it's fair. AMENITIES: The bathroom is VERY spacious, but doesn't really come with much actually useful amenities. There are no additional personal care kits whatsoever - so no shower caps, cotton swabs, little things like that. There is a stand shower at one corner, a bath tub at another end and a toilet bowl in the middle with a sink and mirror as well on another area. Door comes with a full body mirror. It's beautifully designed by the layout is a bit odd and I think the hotel can work on adding little details to enhance the bathroom experience because there is totally potential for that. But hot water, drains and flush all work just fine, so it's definitely functional. LOCATION: The hotel is also conveniently located around 10-12 mins away from the famous Sunrise/Sunset point for balloon viewing (you get to see thw balloons take off there). The fact that it's walkable is amazing! It's located on a little side hill, and Goreme's main street is just a 20 steps slope away.

We had such a wonderful time staying at Peace stone house. Thank you to all the staff there for warm welcome and kindness. Everybody was friendly and helpful. Especially the reception staff, all man in the counter are handsome. One of the man i don't know his name, he help me in the morning to carrying my 4 big luggage was like Mr. Hulk. Haha he can bring the heavy luggage just like he bring the plastic beg. So amazing & handsome man. Hehe. Breakfast was nice start at 8 am till 10.00 am, but first day we was breakfast until 9.30am the kitchen staff already keep all the food, then the next day we inform the reception staff about that, the staff say sorry & will ask the kitchen. Overall i'm satisfied stay here. Sure will repeat again next time to see handsome men here.

Location was not amazing as it was 10-15 mins walk to nearby restaurants however I quite like the peacefulness. We didn't explore much of the facilities as we were out most of the time and the outside just seems to chilly. I honestly would not mind stay here again because of the resident cats and dogs. However, the service given by one of the management staff was so disgusting, it left a bad taste in my mouth eventhough 2 months has passed since we checked out. His name, Haki. We checked in early at 10am but was no expecting any room but wanted to leave our bags. His smile was insincere to start. He proceeds on to share all the various tours happening and asked us our interest. I mentioned we have booked balloon tour. He asked how much we booked it for with an attitude. I replied ”Affordable...... about 60-70 Euros”. He replied with such arrogance and judgmental tone ”Oh i am not sure about that offer, i have never heard that company” Well, guess who had an amazing sunrise balloon experience. Thats right...........us!

Best hotel I've ever stayed in TURKEY so far, nice & kind service from the reception by recommending us the red tour for half day trip (so far so good if nothing to do) and also rooftop for hot balloon view (depends on luck & weather) and even recommended one of the best restaurant ”topdeck cave” for cheap and tasty foods (no pottery beef unless u go to the rest beside and it's call ” wood spoon restaurant ”) 🥳🥳🥳 Convenient to go to the bus station and main street out there as well.

The environment is very good. There is a large public rooftop where you can sit on a hanging chair and a lazy sofa. You can see hot air balloons all over the sky here, and some of them are even very close to me. At night, I face the town with the mountains behind me and enjoy the breeze. It is very comfortable to listen to the music from the restaurant next door; there is an atrium on the front desk level, where it is very relaxing and comfortable to lie down It's hygienic, the bed is comfortable, the room is ventilated, and it's very safe. The front desk is 24 hours a day. The staff is enthusiastic and helpful. The location is good, you don't have to climb a mountain to get there, but it's not too low, enough to see the hot air balloons. If I have the chance to come to Goreme again, I will stay here again

The room, bathroom is clean and smells fresh. It has windows so the fresh air came in ❤️ Breakfast is various, most important it’s delicious! Madam and her kids cooked it herself 🥰 feels like home The location is near to everywhere, to supermarket and cafes and to balloon ride places. The hotel itself has open rooftop which we can see the hot air balloon every morning, beautiful! I’m really impressed with the staff/owner, they’re really polite and kind to us foreigners 🥰 Thank you for your service. Hope we can back to your hotel someday ❤️

La vie cappadocia cave hotel is very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is very comfortable, clean, peaceful, safe and convenient. The location is not in the busy area so you can sleep peacefully. The room is warm in winter. I can be naked in my room when the temperature is below zero outside. The bathroom is clean. Warm water is hot enough. The owner “Fatih” is very friendly, nice and service minded. The staff are willing to help all kind you need. He will always be there for you. The terrace of the hotel has very nice view. You can see the balloons from the hotel. Breakfast is nice too. A lot of nice restaurants, bar, antique think you buy around the hotel. You can walk safely. I am a woman alone here. And everything is ok. Highly recommended

The experience was very good. I stayed for two nights with my kids. I especially want to emphasize that the bathroom is great. I like it very much. The environment is very good. The attitude of the staff is also great. They can help me book a car, a hotel, and activities. It is very convenient. The hotel restaurant is also delicious. Recommended.

The hotel has a great view. You can see the hot air balloons rising slowly in front of you in the morning. The breakfast is rich and colorful. The front desk guy is attentive and enthusiastic. The room is clean and tidy. It is very cost-effective and worth staying.

I had an absolutely fantastic 4-night stay at this wonderful hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The delicious Turkish breakfast was a highlight of my stay—fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions that kept me energized for my daily adventures. The rooms were spotless, cosy, and beautifully designed, offering the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. I initially chose this hotel for its modern aesthetic (as I preferred not to stay in a cave hotel), and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner and his family were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay special—even surprising me with a thoughtful gift before I left Cappadocia! I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of throughout my visit. The location is just a short taxi ride (300-350 lira) from Göreme town, making it convenient yet peaceful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia—exceptional service, cleanliness, and comfort all in one place! Will definitely return on my next trip! Ailemizle birlikte üç gece, dört gün güvenle ve keyifle kaldık. Otel çok temizdi. Odalarda her türlü olanak mevcuttu. Misafir rahatlığı için her ayrıntı düşünülmüştü. 24 saat çay/kahve ikramı, ücretsiz su, sınırsız wi-fi vb. Ayrıca Kahvaltı mükemmeldi. Her gün taze olarak yapılan hamur işleri (kek, börek, pasta vs) çok lezzetli idi. Peynir tabağı, reçel tabağı, zeytin tabağı çeşitli ve kaliteli idi. Tüm çalışan personel nezaketli, güler yüzlü ve ilgili idi. Lokasyon zaten harikaydı. Uçhisar kalesi, güvercinlik vadisi yürüme mesafesindeydi. Biz çok memnun ayrıldık. Yine gelsek kesinlikle burada kalacağız. Rahatlıkla çiftlere ve ailelere tavsiye edebiliriz. Otel sahibi Metehan beye rehberliği için ve gezi rotası önerileri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Sayesinde Kapadokya’da balon seyri dahil her aktiviteyi kısa zamanda tamamladık.
