The location is excellent, right by Dongmun Market, making it easy to walk to both Dongmun Market and Chilseong-ro Shopping Street. Public transport is incredibly convenient, with direct bus routes to the duty-free shop. Right opposite, there appears to be a park where many visitors were taking photos in traditional Korean Hanbok. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby. All in all, the location is superb. Check-in is fully automated; there are no staff members on duty. You simply scan a QR code upon arrival and follow the on-screen instructions, and a video guide is also provided. The room amenities, however, are a bit dated. I did notice cleaning staff tidying up as I was checking out.

Hygiene: Very clean, no odor, good sound insulation.
Environment: Convenient, the station is just across the road.
Self-service check-in, we checked in very smoothly according to the process, the machine has Chinese. The surrounding food is also good. It is convenient to go to Sanbang Mountain and Longtou Coast, close to the port, and it is also convenient to go to Marado Island and Gap Island.
Breakfast is in the basement, you can order by yourself, the restaurant is large, and you can get hot water (there is no kettle in the room)
There are fewer Chinese people coming, and we met many Korean tourists who were cycling and staying here.

The room was great, featuring a private bathroom. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, with staff available to assist if needed. Daily housekeeping ensures the room stays tidy. Location-wise, it's very convenient, being close to Baojian Road Pedestrian Street and Dongmun Market. While most amenities are provided, remember to bring your own toothbrush and comb. Bus stops and convenience stores are just around the corner, and surprisingly, the airport is even within walking distance! Aewol-eup Coastal Road is also easily accessible, although other major attractions might be a bit further out. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money and comes highly recommended. Plus, there's a laundry room available for guests.

First of all: the stairs at the door are not friendly! You have to carry them up by yourself, and there is no guidance for the elevator 🛗.
Environmental protection: I don’t like this pale toilet!
Facilities: Here comes the point, the sound insulation is super poor, the toilet upstairs is located at the door of my room, and the sound of flushing the toilet upstairs can be clearly heard, which is disgusting.
The air conditioning is like turning on a low-quality range hood. You have to turn off the air conditioning at night to sleep, otherwise it is really noisy.
Then when other rooms open and close the door, the room will resonate, which is very similar to the sound of someone opening the door.
Finally, the bedding is very uncomfortable, like the texture of a jacket, very uncomfortable.
Service: I stayed for three days, and no one even came to clean, and I had to apply for changing towels myself.

The lady at the front desk doesn't speak Chinese, so we didn't communicate much, but the service was pretty good. The price is not expensive, and it's quiet at night. The downside is that it's a bit far from the airport, but everything else is good

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's very close to both Shilla Duty Free Shop and Baojian Road, and with a bus stop right next door, getting to various attractions is a breeze. It's also just a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport.
However, cleanliness was a significant issue. The bathroom, in particular, still had noticeable amounts of uncleaned rubbish and waste paper.
The hotel facilities were also rather basic. The light control in my room was broken, and despite being told it would be repaired, it remained unfixed until my check-out. This made the room quite dim throughout my stay.
On the positive side, the service was good. The owner is Chinese and speaks fluent Mandarin, which was very helpful for communication for Chinese guests.

I truly can't recommend this hotel enough – it was absolutely spotless. I was so impressed, I completely forgot to take any photos! I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
While Korean hotel rooms are typically on the smaller side, their rooms here were not only spacious but also fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It came with a fridge, a washing machine, and even kitchen essentials. A major bonus was the balcony! And it was immaculately clean – perfect for even the most particular guests.
The area right downstairs is incredibly convenient, making it my top pick for shopping and dining.

Overall it's OK. It's worth mentioning that the room is clean and has floor heating (some hotels don't have or are not complete), the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is also good. The downside is that it smells a bit like kimchi near the elevator. It's far from the city (11 kilometers), and there is a bus stop when you turn right out of the door

This was an absolute amazing stay. The place was so beautiful, with the traditional Korean house and the outdoor scenery to fully complete the vibes. The Hanbok trying adds on to the experience and we took a lot of beautiful photos. The location was also good, just a <10 min drive away from Seogwipo city. House was also exceptionally clean. It was really a very memorable stay!

The room is self-service check-in
The hotel lobby is usually empty, but you can ask convenience store staff to help.
I couldn't adjust the air conditioning at first, but then I asked the staff to help me, and finally I felt the air conditioning in Jeju👍🏻
The room faces the sea, so beautiful!
There is a convenience store downstairs!
It’s not a self-driving tour, but it’s very convenient to call a taxi!
Close to the airport, about 15 minutes' drive
It takes about 15 minutes to get to downtown Jeju.
There are many restaurants nearby that open late!
There is a restaurant nearby that serves lobster and pork. It’s very delicious!

AAsankaA few things to update from the most recent review: the 7-11 next door is gone/being renovated; you cannot cook inside of your room even though it has a burner, etc. and not all rooms have a washing machine (photos a bit misleading). However, there is a laundry machine available for use, you just need your own detergent.
Very friendly and helpful staff. The cook-your-own breakfast was a great deal for us as a family. The roof top is amazing, 360 views of the sea and mountains, truly stunning.
SSabohatI am writing to express my deep disappointment and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel, Seoubong Beach Hotel from Sept 23-26. While I had initially looked forward to a pleasant experience, I regret to inform you that the behavior and attitude of some of your staff members were awful.
During check in the behaviour of your staff Kelly Oh to be discourteous and unprofessional. She was very rude. We booked and paid the room for 3 adults she asked us extra charge and could not explain for what we need to pay extra 30000 Won. She was very rude and almost kicked us out. I believe it is essential to bring these incidents to your attention so that you can take the necessary steps to rectify them.
On Sept 24, during breakfast at your hotel's restaurant, I had a regrettable encounter with a member of your waitstaff. She rudely with a loud voice said to go out from the restaurant without waiting for our finishing the breakfast at 10:05 am. I have never seen in any hotel this kind of unprofessional attitude from staff members.
I kindly request that you investigate these incidents and take appropriate action to address the behavior of the staff involved. Additionally, I hope that you will consider implementing further training and measures to ensure that such instances do not recur in the future.
I value the importance of constructive feedback and hope that my concerns are taken seriously. I look forward to hearing from you regarding the actions taken to rectify these issues. If my concerns are not adequately addressed, I may have no choice but to share my negative experience through online reviews and social media platforms, which I would prefer to avoid.
I trust that you will handle this matter promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention to my concerns.
AAnonymous UserFor the hotel this price, I don't really expect about the service quality, but here is below my expectation. I went there with my Chinese friends, so I'm not sure if they had any service attitude towards Chinese or not. However, the room condition is nice as well as the location. You need to take off your shoes before going to the room; it's understandable anyway. But yeah.. just about the service. Hope it can be improved.

SSonglaobanOriginally living in the city near the airport, one day I went to Hanna Mountain to play. After playing, I wanted to continue to take the bus all the way to the south. I came to the Chinese area. I thought that the airport area was too far away that day, so I booked a hotel temporarily.
This hotel is close to the standard of the homestay, the facilities are average, but it is very close to the beach. The scenery of the morning walk to the beach is very beautiful. The price is also very high during the Spring Festival.
SSteve in JejuA Wonderful Stay at Hotel Champion in Jeju City! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Champion in Jeju City, and I can’t praise this place enough! From the moment I arrived, the exceptional staff made me feel welcome and valued. Their kindness and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart, making my stay all the more enjoyable. The housekeeping services at Hotel Champion are top-notch. My room was impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my visit, which is always a major plus in my book. Speaking of the rooms, they are not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully comfortable—ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring the beautiful island! When it comes to value for money, Hotel Champion excels. The amenities provided, including a powerful shower and a kettle for brewing my morning coffee, made my stay incredibly enjoyable without breaking the bank. I particularly loved this little touch, as it allowed me to start my day right with a warm cup of coffee while enjoying the lovely views from my window. The hotel’s location is another significant advantage. It's conveniently situated near a variety of attractions, with a convenient store just a short walk away for any essentials you might need. Additionally, there’s a delightful coffee shop only three minutes on foot, perfect for grabbing a tasty treat or enjoying a leisurely afternoon break. In summary, Hotel Champion is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Jeju City. Whether you’re a solo traveler, couple, or family, this hotel checks all the boxes: friendly staff, cleanliness, comfort, and unbeatable value. I highly recommend Hotel Champion as the perfect home base for exploring all that Jeju has to offer. I can’t wait to return!
IIm_YiseulThe location is OK. There are several bus stops nearby, but they are basically about 7-8 minutes' walk away. It is very close to the airport and Jeju Bus Terminal. It takes half an hour to get to Dongmun Market and duty-free. It is not easy to call a taxi.
The room has 4 layers of soundproof glass, so it is very quiet and not noisy at all. You can see the sea view and airplanes from the 5th floor and above. There is a smart toilet and hair dryer, but there is no kettle. You can't eat in the room. There is a small swimming pool on the 8th floor.
4-star 3-star hotel, the overall cost performance is still very high, the staff are very qualified and enthusiastic (it may also be because they speak Korean
GGuest UserThe room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable!!! I chose the ocean view, but I could see the sea in the distance and had a comfortable stay. One thing that was disappointing was that there was nothing on the breakfast menu other than bibimbap, which was disappointing (a bibimbap restaurant). If you're going to visit Geumneung Beach, I highly recommend it.
BByoung-WookDonnae-ko Amusement Park is nearby, so it's great for exploring the sights around Seogwipo. There's a kitchen, so you can cook simple meals like breakfast, which is nice, and most of all, the room is clean.
Llusyi love this hotel 💖, because their friendly staff, clean, delicious breakfast, quick & fast check-in 24hours.. then i extended to stay and ask to stay in the same room. what amazed me, they sent the towel everyday, i even did not ask, they are very caring & tried to lets the guest feel comfort ... i definitely will coming back to this hotel when i come to jeju, bcos their lovely staff 🏵️💖💐
