If you are driving , you won’t be able to get their parking slots as it mostly reserved for the regulars. The nearby parking lots charges 400 Y from 4pm-8am so if you arrive shortly after check in time and decide to head out early the next day, you may use the 2 carparks that is right beside the hotel. If you can’t make it in time, the hotel cheapest parking option is behind Lawson where they have monthly season parking lots. It’s 600 yen per night from 3pm to 10am. room wise, price to value is below average probably becos of high demand in the vicinity. As for cleanliness, can be better improve. My aircon filter and air filter machine was producing really moldy and smell air , probably from previous guests who sweated in the room. Was a big turn off lucky I came during autumn, can just open the window to get cold air in.

JR秋田駅のコンコースを歩けば、駅の隣のビルの中にあるので、地上に出る必要はありませんが、外からは見つけにくいので、最初に宿泊する際には注意が必要ですが、1度、場所を把握すれば、秋田駅からは歩いて２～3分で行けるので、便利です。　ホテルの部屋からの夜景が綺麗なので窓側の部屋を予約する方が良いと思います。　朝食は無料ですが、他の東横インホテルの朝食と同じ内容です。　　駅に近いので、車の駐車場があるかどうかは、分かりません。

We were assigned room 1204 and was given early checkin at about 2pm. Within walking distance to most tourist sites though we had a car. Love this hotel and would definitely choose this hotel again.
