stay was awesome and food also good & tasty. and specially thanks to Mr. Bobo and receptionist gir in don't know her name but .both have very good behaviour and they was very helpful. only I have 2 point just for suggestion you have to foucused on maintenance in the room coz door manual lock is too hard & AC was not working and I called in night 2 time on reception but no one come to fix this issue. overall everything was awesome with Hill River Resort . thankyou

Resort is located at excellent location with great valley view. Famous kali temple is viewed directly from room balconies. You can take a great view of the temple specially in morning and night from resort. Food was amazing and the staff service was up to the mark. Will definitely come back to this resort. Thtfor all excellent services you guys provide.

The best thing about this property is really great food (Akshay sir is really awesome chef who can get you the cuisines based on your choices) and staff (Abinash, Nanak, Sanjay and everyone). Very convenient location for many places to explore such as Cafes and Dharamkot Market. I would love to visit again and hopefully every year ๐

The manager of the hotel is very polite. We check out room by 11 am. We are 2 families and our bus was at 6pm eve. We keep your luggage and use aminity like bathroom water etc. We glad that manager was so polite and allow us there at reception with kids and allow us washroom and lukewarm water for kids.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were immaculate and matched the photos perfectly. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit, making us feel welcome and well-cared for.
Our only concern was a safety issue with the air conditioning unit leaking water directly in front of the balcony door. This created a slipping hazard that could potentially cause injury when accessing the balcony. This should be addressed promptly for guest safety.
Despite this single issue, everything else about my experience was excellent, and I would happily recommend this accommodation to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-serviced place to stay

JJanetwyhThe check-in was fast and informative, he confirmed the cab booking to the airport and the price for us by calling to our room, which is very fast too. The bellboy helped us with the luggages and explained the use of hot water, TV and air-conditioning with heater. The room is comfortable and the night views from the balcony was the best. Chairs are provided at the balcony. The room have mini fridge and water boiler, room slippers, clean towels. The bed sheet look worn out but they are clean. The restaurant food are great, we ordered Kadhai Chicken and Gobhi Adraki and we can't help having more serving of Tawa roti to eat with. The mountain view at the restaurant balcony is breathtaking. As our flight was 8.50am, we don't have time for our breakfast, the staff was so wonderful to prepare sandwiches and juices to go. Thank you very much, we had a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserRoom was very cozy. Staff is cordial and helpful. Hot water was there on 1st day but on 2nd day the water was barely warm. Food quality is good although the dal tadka was not upto the mark. Only drawback is that the hotel does not have a lift and rooms with mountain view are on 4th floor and you have to climb up the stairs for luxury room.

PPANCHALIf you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other

AAnonymous UserHotel is located in Mandodhar (Near Dharampur). Kasauli is around 10 kms from this hotel.
If you are travelling on budget, you can take bus from outside of the hotel. It will take between 20-30 Rs per person from this hotel to Kasauli mall road bus stand.
Overall the property is OK. View from some rooms are good. The price is on higher side for the level of rooms in this hotel. But you can expect similar price for all such hotels.

GGuest UserOur family have 3 days trip in Manali and we stay at BD resort. This hotel have the best view in Manali. Itโs a little far from the center but it makes your stay is very quiet and have a amazing view from the high mountains. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The chef of the hotel is very nice with tasty local food. They help us had a very good experience in Manali. High recommend people choose this hotel.
