The hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s incredibly comfortable, with spacious and bright rooms offering a lovely view of Korat city. The location is perfect, with Tesco Lotus and The Mall nearby. In the evening, I enjoyed cycling around the hotel and exploring the on-site organic farm, which guests can visit by walking or biking. Honestly, this place is so convenient, new, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There's even a charming cafe inside the hotel. It’s a wonderful spot. If you’re visiting Korat and looking for a great, convenient, and safe place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel:)

Nice hotel staffs & nice hotel. Big & convenient room. There are Microwave, washing sink, kettle, bowl & plate which u can cook in room. Hotel location is very good. Rooftop Swimming, Sauna, fitness room available. variety of breakfast. Really impress to hotel front staffs. Nice stay

Nice, clean and conveniently located place (near Terminal 21 and Bus terminal 2). Bar, spa and pool are small but cozy. Definitely worth staying.

The property was stunning, a classic French chateau blended with 21st-century luxury. The hotel is impressively expansive, spanning 200 acres. Upon check-in, you'll receive a map of the grounds. After breakfast, we enjoyed exploring the entire area on complimentary bicycles and discovered unique plants I had never encountered before. It was a delightful and enjoyable experience. The grounds were a joy, featuring two magnificent outdoor pools (one at the main chateau and the other in Belle Vue), beautiful trees providing natural shade, a tennis court, an indoor squash court, a gym, and a private park perfect for a leisurely stroll. We stayed in the castle's Mountain Villa, which boasted high ceilings, offering a sense of spaciousness. The shower was adequate, though it had slow drainage. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries were provided, but there were no slippers or bathrobes. Breakfast was quite basic, though it included meat, eggs, and hot coffee, teas, and cold fruit juices to keep you going. Don’t miss the delicious chocolate drink from the Glasshouse Chez Chateau de cafe and the chicken fried rice at the Demoiselle evening restaurant. Additionally, there are numerous café bistros outside the accommodation to explore, along with nearby 7-11 and mini Big C stores for quick shopping. The villa's mountainous backdrop is simply breathtaking. While the exterior is impressive, like many places, the interior can show signs of age if not well maintained. Chateau de Khaoyai was a pleasure to deal with, and I would recommend this location to anyone.

[Good] The jacuzzi bath was relaxing. (The temperature was low.) You can eat breakfast in your room. [Bad] Dinner was difficult. There are few restaurants within walking distance. The temperature of the water in the shower (it was sometimes hot and sometimes cold) was not stable. The water temperature in the jacuzzi bath was also not stable. [Request for improvement] Inspect the jacuzzi bath (there are some places where bubbles do not come out well)

This is an excellent and spotless hotel. The beds and pillows were incredibly soft, ensuring a very comfortable night's sleep. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with amenities, offering beautiful mountain views. I absolutely loved it! The staff provided truly outstanding service. Overall, it was an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was clean, generously sized, and featured a very comfortable bed. However, the pillows lacked proper support, which unfortunately left me with a sore neck each morning. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Communal areas are well-maintained, with plenty of charming spots to sit, relax, and enjoy the cool breeze, as well as spacious grounds for walking. We were slightly let down by our room upgrade. Although we had specifically requested a quiet area, we were placed next to a family with very loud, screaming children, which made it hard to unwind and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere we were hoping for. Breakfast, however, was the most disappointing aspect. Based on the glowing reviews, we expected a high standard with good variety, but what we experienced was quite underwhelming—basic, uninspired, and far from memorable. For a hotel of this calibre, the breakfast offering felt like an afterthought and is an area that clearly needs significant improvement.

We live a few km away but it was great to relax in well landscaped surroundings in the heart of nature. Our room was decorated in a traditional wooden theme with a balcony amidst the tree canopy. Clean swimming pool ideal for relaxation with seating areas in the shade. Lots of attractions nearby, including excellent German beer bar at the entrance to the soi. We didn't try the restaurant but will do so next time we visit. My wife was very pleased with the room. Beautiful museum building in the grounds. We didn't visit but next time...

U Khao Yai is a fantastic choice for a relaxing getaway. The location is ideal, surrounded by stunning natural views, and the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained. The breakfast and food offerings are delicious, though halal options are limited to fruits, vegetables, seafood, rice, and eggs, which may feel restrictive for some. The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive, adding to the pleasant experience. The facilities are excellent, enhancing the serene atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a quiet, rejuvenating retreat with a few minor limitations for halal diners. Highly recommended for those seeking tranquility!
