We had an excellent stay in Jakarta for 4 days and 3 nights for our birthday trip. Thanks to the front desk and guest relations team for making this surprise happen with the nice drawing in the room❤️. They breakfast was nice althis just a 3 star hotel, but it doesn't matter, we really enjoyed it! However, we can not sleep well in the first night because there are some phone vibrations around at the midnight. Hence, we decided to upgrade the room and it’s much better, spacious room. Really appreciate all the employees has provide a warm hospitality. KUDOS FOR YOU ALL👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

New hotel with very modern building, neat staff and very clean rooms. The breakfast provided is very tasty and follows health protocols. The staff is very helpful when the lock is broken, and security is ready to open the door. Thanks to Juno Hotel, hopefully I can come back to stay again.

Repeated stay, very convenient location next to Emporium shopping mall. Breakfast is chaotic though, too many guests in small breakfast area, not enough tables to cater to every guest.

The location of the hotel is in blok M Mall, so fetching and dropping off from the hotel front door can be a bit confusing and not so easy. Calling Grab or e hailing cab is the best option. But the area is very strategic, in the middle of arrays of shopping complexes, both local and international brands, lots of convenient and hypermarket nearby, lots of places to grab great coffee (the coffee here is superb!), great choices for food, and nearby to MRT Blok M. The hotel itself is a new hotel, nice and sleek interior, though the room a bit small. Overall, we love staying here!

my wife and i stayed at the ayaka suites jl. karet pedurenan #45 recently. we LOVE this hotel!!! this was our 2nd time here. our favorite jakarta hotel, and we have stayed at many in the $20-$40/night range. ayaka suites is a GREAT value. we paid around $35/night including breakfast for a deluxe double room. 1 king bed, 30m, with refrigerator, separate bathroom with shower. the bed was very comfortable with great pillows, nice comforter(with cover). 32” tv, with about 40 channels, including 4 hbo channels. wifi was easily connected, fast and reliable. wifi worked good in breakfast area, around pool, and in lobby. our room faced south; looking toward satrio, with nice view of raffles, dbs, lotte shopping center and the rest of kunnigan. at night very pretty with all the lights in the area. there is alittle patio that u can access, from the room. we like this location. we stayed at the rasuna icon which is closer to rasuna said, and ayaka west, closer to satrio. but nice 5 minute walk to ambassador mall, 10 minutes to lotte, 8 minutes to axa, 15 minutes to plaza festival. the staff is what makes a BIG difference at ayakka. from the doormen, front desk, housecleaning, breakfast staff/restaurant, are all outstanding. the doormen have a nice uniform they wear; they all match; very professional looking. the car and pedestrian access has a circular drive for taksi, grab, private cars, etc. the cars can dropoff/pickup guest easily and then the front door/lobby is only steps away. the lobby is large and pretty. porcelain tile, woodgrained walls and front desk area. lots of sofas, chairs, tables, etc. it is very easy to feel at home here. 2 elevators; i think 8 floors. lots of rooms, i would estimate 200 rooms. breakfast buffet is probably my favorite thing about ayaka. the breakfast area/restaurant is large. plenty of places to sit. you can spreak out, away from other guests if you want. daily items include white rice, fried rice, fried eggs, waffles, bread, croissants, kopi, juice, hot tea, bubur, and fresh fruit. other items some days, fish, chicken, spaghetti. i do miss the omelet bar, that is still closed due to covid. there is seating outside near the pool and deck, where you can smoke. after a week in bangkok, we are going back later this month, before we back to u.s.

The hotel condition is fine, rooms are not so big (but enough) with minimalist design. The downside is the tube-bathroom…I really hate it. Too small and the material (it’s made from resin I guess) somehow doesn’t make me comfortable. Also the shampoo and conditioner dispenser needs to be pushed quote hardly. Staffs are friendly. BUT the SOP for pandemics situation is quite loose. When I checked-in, other guest come to the the desk (from other side) not wearing the mask properly (he used it ON THE CHIN). Tried to remind him, he didn’t care. I was disappointed that the reception didn’t anything and still served him as if it very commonly happens. Also found guests smoking and chatting (of course no mask on) at the outdoor restaurant with no social distancing (I can tell they weren’t families). So in conclusion: hotel is fine, strategic location and worth the price yet if u worry abt covid19, don’t stay here.

The Japanese style makes the room cosy, but they're small. Good for a few days, it makes packing up a bit hard. The receptionist and crew are nice. You can get free tea at the reception and free tea or coffee on the rooftop from 5 to 8pm. There is an affordable massage service. I didn't really have a view on the city from my bedroom. The area is also a bit run down, not like the cbd, but there is a lot of street food around, and warung open late. The elevator is noisy in the hallway and the music there should be turned slightly down.

I really enjoyed staying here! The staff are so friendly! It is in a lovely neighbourhood close to restaurants and the train station is a quick walk away! The main square you can walk too as well if you like walking. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler. Internet was good to do some work and it was quiet at night time. I don’t know what it was but The sachets of shampoo provided made my hair feel so good 😂💕

Near Tanah Abang market. Did not find food thats just across the location or very very near so I had to order online. All good except one towel smelled like men’s discharge so I did not use it. Pls use stronger cleaning products to remove smell. Thank you

Second time staying at yellow bee 🐝 It's always a hassle free check-in and convenient stay. Thank you for Mas Ichsan for helping me during the check-in process, he was super helpful and informative and definitely friendly. The room was clean and the amenities were complete. The place is located in the center of the city so it is easy to get around.

The hotel location is strategic, easy to go any where, near from the center of Jakarta (some ministries), the furniture has renew however need to improve about the air condition, some of it has been operating below the standard even we have settled it at 16 degree Celsius but the room temperature still warm.

For the price category: wonderful! I spent three nights in this reasonably priced hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. The selection at the breakfast buffet was also more than good for this price range. There are several malls and a food street close to the hotel. The staff at the reception could be a bit more attentive and friendly: unfortunately I was sick one day and asked for a doctor at the reception. The staff didn't seem very interested and only gave me an address after repeated requests. You wish for help with such a matter when you are in a foreign country! But this was certainly not an everyday situation for a traveler. All in all, I liked it very much and would book there again!

Grand Thamrin Hotel (room 907) +Very good location, next to the big Grand Indonesia mall with everything. +Refrigerator, Kettle, Safety box, 2 water bottles. -Mosque nearby, wakes you up at 04:30 in the morning by the speakers when they praying. -Only 1 toilet roll in the bathroom. -No hair dryer in the room. -No iron, not even from the reception to borrow from. All business-men who needs to iron their shirt can skip this hotel. -Noisy air-condition. -40rp for the breakfast, worst breakfast I ever seen, not much to choose from, see my pictures. -Bad schampoo and soap. -Bad sound isolation, hear people and noise from the hall and outside. -My friends got a room that smelled smoke, luckily our room wasn't smelly. +/- 100rp in deposit in cash during check-in. 30min drive from the airport to the hotel, cost around 180rp with Grab. I wouln't stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt warmly welcomed by the friendly and accommodating staff, which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The location is fantastic! Situated in the heart of Jakarta, the hotel is just a short distance from some of the city’s best shopping centers, restaurants, and cultural attractions. It’s also very accessible to public transportation, making it easy to get around. The hotel also features a lovely rooftop garden where I spent some time relaxing and enjoying the city views. It’s a peaceful spot to unwind after a busy day of exploring Jakarta. I didn’t get a chance to use the gym, but it looked well-equipped. For the quality of service, comfort, and amenities offered, Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta is exceptional value for money. I left feeling like I got more than I expected for the price.

1. It was located in the middle of the citizen’s residential area, near Jl. HR. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn’t quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & washbasin were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and washbasin got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn’t sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel’s guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn’t sure whether I would have another night there again.

I had a great stay there, and special mention to Lesmana and Mega for helping me with a situation. They worked so hard to help me. Also, i had left my Ipad in the room upon checking out, and thanksfully the honest staff at housekeeoing found it and made sure was returned to me. Thanks again will be booking again for september on my next trip to jakarta

the hotel over all are good, with advantage competitive like attractive price, no noise , the location near to main highway , and most importance, that the hotel have employee with good character, fully supported and helpful. I think the management to improve the room facility, that need to provide mini cool refrigator .

Very nice room with modern and minimalist touch, the design are soo unique, even the hallway looks like an art gallery. They put some natures like stone, ponds, and trees in really nice places so it’s doesn’t feels boring and theres alot of open air, it’s a nice escape in jakarta. The breakfast was great as well! Not a big buffet one but, the have good varieties for western and asian food that we can choose from their menu, the server also really attentive and fast. Overall I love the hospitality by all the staff, from the security, front office, the cleaner and the server in the restaurant. Thumbs up for artotel!

I‘ve spent two nights at this hotel for a business trip. I wasn’t expecting something extraordinary but surprisingly it caught my attention on interior design. I would say much better than plain interior on mostly 3star business hotels chain. Breakfast is also tasty, lot of choices even the chef gave a surprise food tough hahaha, it was a fun moment. I don’t know about some review out there but definitely this hotel is worth your money per night on its class.

Good places in south Jakarta. Near a lot of good places. I wish you guys can clean the floor before the guest check in. But for the bed quite clean. Overall good price
