Clean and tidy hotel and good value. My only criticism would be the lack of choice for breakfast, just a very basic continental breakfast but they didn’t even have jam or marmalade available. But the venue is next to the courtesy bus to Mount-St-Michel which is very good.

Arrived very late. Were happy the reception is open 24/7. We had prepaid the room but the reseptionist was sure we had not. His mistake was corrected by his colleague the next day and double payment was cancelled. When entered the room noticed that one of the electric curtains got stuck to half way of the window. Wanted to change room because it was not possible to get it dark. And people could see in. Not possible. Neither could they fix the problem during our stay. The room was booked for two persons and it was a superior room. The kitchen utensils were for one person only. In the room there was a writing desk and a table but the amount of chairs was only one. In the bathroom the towels were also for one person but we found some thinner extras from the closet. We cannot recommend the breakfast. It was basic and ok, but food was merely finished and waiting time for more was long. Also the venue has nothing special to offer. It was just a hall. Stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly but still learning.

L'albergo invece è quasi scandaloso per la cifra richiesta: una camera piccola e spartana, arredi vecchi. Il phon a muro era rotto e quando abbiamo richiesto, con i capelli bagnati, un phon sostitutivo ci è stato risposto che non ne avevano! Inaccettabile per un hotel da € 135 a notte! Colazione inclusa allo storico Mere Poulard lì vicino (con le foto di tutti i più importanti personaggi del Novecento appese alle pareti!); ma anche lì sono glorie passate: sia la colazione che il servizio non sono memorabili.

Beautiful, stylishly furnished hotel in the center with everything you need. The wall bed with sofa makes perfect use of the space. Perfect for a short city trip. Parking for 19 euros directly in the building. The breakfast was also delicious, even if the attentive staff were a little too punctual when it came to clearing away the breakfast.

No instructions on how to navigate/ find the car park which is hidden underneath the shopping centre. Hotel is very old and is in dire need of some renovation especially the bathrooms and internal corridors. They show photos of the reception area and bed area that somehow make it appear to be nicer/newer hotel. There are plenty of other places to stay in Rouen that are in much better area as this felt very undesirable when stepping out

The beds and furniture are clean, but I was unpleasantly surprised to see the state of the window sills and frames blackened with dirt. I wanted to put my phone there to make a video of the sunrise but I was quickly challenged by the state of the windows. The hotel does not have an elevator and the stairs are quite narrow. Therefore, not suitable for the elderly or people with reduced mobility. There was enough choice for breakfast and the girl who served us was very nice. There were just some products (pain au chocolat, for example) that were not replenished. It was not yet the end of the service, however. We wanted to eat at the restaurant but the reservation is full. Surprisingly, passing there at the start and middle of service, a lot of tables are empty but we were refused access and sent to the restaurant of the nearby inn.

The hotel is in line with the description. At the arrival, he told us that we didn't pay the hotel du au promotion, I arranged to not pay this supplement. A pleasant stay.

Nous avons très bien dormi et le petit déjeuner était varie et copieux. Un grand merci à la demoiselle de l accueil qui nous à trouvé une télécommande (l hotel à déplore le vol de plusieurs...) très serviable et souriante.

It is very convenient to go to the Abbey of Saint-Michel. There is a big supermarket nearby. The parking lot is free. This old building is very beautiful. The handsome guy at the front desk took the initiative to help carry the luggage upstairs and gave a bottle opener. The room is not big, but it is very clean. We are very satisfied and recommend this hotel.

I think it's a room like a Japanese business hotel, so I like it, but it was clean and I was satisfied. The only disappointment was that the reception, breakfast restaurant and rooms were all in separate buildings and had to walk a little. And the building with the room is very hard to understand. I was explained in English but I couldn't understand. At the time of my check-in, another customer (French) was just trying to check in, and he said, `` Because we are checking in now, let's go to the room building '', so we went together Was. After an early morning departure from London, a 6 hour ferry ride, and another nearly 2 hours of bus from Caen, we arrived at Grandcamp-Maisy quite tired. Our tour director had our room keys available and we headed to find our rooms. It was worth the search. Very large apartment-style room with a modern kitchen, living-room, separate bedroom, and slightly larger than normal bathroom. Very comfortable and attractive. The separate bedroom was a bit small; very little room to maneuver around the bed, but comfortable and manageable for a single occupant. Just a five minute walk to the beach. The Maisy battery, if you're interested in WWII sites, is not too far away, either. Breakfast was the usual buffet-style offerings, but there were plenty of options and all the food was fresh. There was a minimal staff in January, but we managed to do just fine. A very nice place.

I was looking for a hotel that is near Mont Saint Michel (20 mins drive) so that I can arrive at the attraction early. This hotel was recommended by another reviewer. I stayed there for one night with my wife and son. We a room with three beds. The check-in is seamless and the reception person is very polite and professional. The room and bathroom is clean and looks new. The car park is few and is in a open space right next to the hotel. What is surprisingly wonderful is the very nice breakfast. It feels and tastes well made. Everything from the toast, bacon, yogurt was perfect. We had a location next to a window and have a nice view of a bridge and stream beside the hotel. I strongly recommend anyone to stay there.

Three hotels were opened on the island. After all, it was an island. It was empty like a ghost castle at night. The hotel service was quite good. It is acceptable to have a slightly higher consumption in the hotel.

In the bathroom the towels were also for one person but we found some thinner extras from the closet. We cannot recommend the breakfast. It was basic and ok, but food was merely finished and waiting time for more was long. Also the venue has nothing special to offer. It was just a hall. Stayed 2 nights. Staff was friendly but still learning.

They show photos of the reception area and bed area that somehow make it appear to be nicer/newer hotel. There are plenty of other places to stay in Rouen that are in much better area as this felt very undesirable when stepping out

The room we had was not really terrible: a maximum of furniture in a minimum of space to say there is a desk, but the room was very good. The board is ... but it is impossible to turn the bed. This may explain the low level of cleanliness ... Sleeps on the moquette and chairs, a bit of bread and I pass. The kitchenette has not been changed since the last century! The shower door does not pass properly (it would deserve to be seriously re-established before it is no longer possible to use). The bathroom is dressed with hair and hair, the toilet bath in a orange juice, not very hygienic all this but we apply the health instructions well !!! Thankfully the staff is pleasant, welcome and smile ! Despite this only positive point, we are not ready to put our feet back on it.

Amazing service from the start, the receptionist Jeanette was professionnal, friendly and wenr out of her way to accomodate us. The studio was extremely cleaned, the bed comfortable. I really can't fault this hotel. Thank you

Very quiet hotel close to the airfield in Dieppe. We stayed in a family room 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Family of 4 with 2 children. The room was clean and tidy and well laid out. We arrived a 11pm and the reception was closed but a brief call to the number on the door and thankfully in English, we were directed to our room. We went to the local bakery 3 minutes down the road for breakfast and left easily the next day after paying the tourist tax at reception. There was a lidl just outside the hotel which would have been handy if we had needed to pick up any supplies. Good value stay!

Kyriad (Le Birgit) – Leger Holidays This hotel should not be operating! It was dreadful! Leger Holidays booked this Kyriad hotel for our tour group. The rooms were extremely basic, part chipboard furnishings and views were either a large building site, with a railway track one side or a very busy and noisy square with a 24-hour McDonalds. Two of our group found a cockroach on their bed! Other rooms our party had were dirty. The towels were old and paper thin. The so-called bar was virtually not existent Restaurant: there were not enough chairs or tables for everyone to sit down and the bar only open 7pm-9pm Breakfast – continental only – not great. The Kyriad Le Havre hotel advertised it had tea and coffee facilities in the room with a kettle and milk. - There was nothing in any of the rooms! It also stated it had hairdryers – but some did not. Upon complaining we were told that they Not Kyriad anymore”! Kyriad sold the hotel a month ago – the new hotel being Le Birgit! Le Birgit was being refurbished and resembled a building site - there were even wires coming down from the ceiling by the one lift as well as more building materials by the reception and at one end of the restaurant. Surely, this hotel must have more than one or two health and safety issues. The lift had seen better days and it was ‘hit or miss’ if the button for the ground floor worked, Leger Holidays should have done better and thoroughly checked out this hotel beforehand!.

Staff were extremely helpful and informative, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel I would say is of an average travel lodge style. The beds and pillows were comfortable with an open hanging/shelf area in corner of the room but, unfortunately, there was no drawer space. The towels were changed and the room cleaned on a daily basis but before this took place, the bathroom tended to be a little smelly. There was a seating area for breakfast and light snacks situated near the reception area . The establishment was sited near the university/student accommodation and within easy reach of the river Seine where a multitude of restaurants could be found. It took a good half hour to walk into the city from the hotel with several historic areas of interest. It seems to be in need of little updating and would recommend for short stays.
