3-Star Hotels in Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland

I really love this hotel! The front desk staff are extremely welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and super comfortable. The hotel facilities are highly user-friendly—absolutely fantastic!

Located near a tram station, it’s very convenient. There are lots of restaurants nearby too. If you don’t wanna stay in those old hotels in Lucerne, this one’s a pretty good choice. The front desk staff are a bit so-so though – some are nice, some aren’t, and some even show a bit of discrimination. Once I tried to borrow an umbrella from them – clearly saw they had one, but they said they didn’t.

Swizerland is one of the few destinations in Europe that one would love to travel agian and agian. And this one could be the best one of the whole Europe, if you don’t take Ritz or Regis for a comparison. 设施：Inner style Same as a typical European middle class latest 5 years villa or house. Never ever choose those which have more 100 years ages apartment like Paris center or Vince Center’s Villa and which cost more than 1500Euro/night. Every chinese turioust please keep in mind a typical London workers get paid 2000pounds/Month 服务：As a guest you just pay 15french for a healthy buffet reasonable dinner. 瑞士是欧洲为数不多的几个人们喜欢旅行的目的地之一。如果你不拿里兹酒店或里吉斯酒店做比较，这家酒店可能是整个欧洲最好的酒店。 设施：内部风格与典型的欧洲中产阶级最近5年的别墅或房子相同。永远不要选择那些拥有100年以上历史的公寓，如巴黎市中心或文斯中心的别墅，价格超过1500欧元/晚。每个中国游客请记住，典型的伦敦工人每月的工资是2000英镑。 服务：作为客人，只需支付15法郎即可享用健康的自助合理晚餐。 这里以及附近绝对值得住上一整个星期。 租车自驾最佳。或者拖着最多2个24寸行李箱从Luzern坐船到Vitznau.步行也方便。如果人均拖2个箱子的就算了吧赶紧丢一个。

Upon checking in on the 6th, I was impressed by the spacious, clean, and comfortable room. Given the forecast for Interlaken showing continuous rain for the next few days, I decided to cancel my Interlaken hotel booking and immediately extended my stay here for two additional nights (the 7th and 8th) via Ctrip. Very satisfied!

The rooms are simple but clean. Location is good, walking distance to many key places like train station, piers, old town, etc. Though we didn't book our rooms with breakfast, we could help ourselves with the coffee and/or tea provided in the restaurant.

Location was good. The room were surprisingly huge. What I love the most was the window view that shows the road cross junction. Overall I had a great stay there. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was really awesome. I deducted a star for the cleanliness, as in the toilet bin there was a sanitary bag with a pantis in it. It was really not a good experience to see this in such a nice hotel.

It is all good about this hotel: wonderful location right in front of the lake, delicious breakfast and free parking lot of the hotel, and most importantly for me- a very quiet night which is vital for good rest! ☺️ attach here some photos for our gorgeous lake view right from our room balcony!

Location wise is good as it’s right in the middle of the old town. Walking distance from the ferry dock and train station but stairs and cobblestones make it hard to drag your luggage. The only redeeming quality about the room is its size. The quadruple room is a good size for 4 adults with 4 luggages. However the amenities are close to nothing, the wifi is crap and the TV is always faulty. Cleanliness is average - doors are chipped and rusty, the tub is also chipped and dirty. We stayed quite a lot of nights and after the first two nights it’s like the housekeeping staff gave up on properly cleaning the room and replenishing the amenities. Would stay again only as a last resort.

Nice hotel. Just a few minutes walk from Lucerne train station, close to the main attractions in the city center, easy to reach on foot. Quiet in the bustling city. The people in the store are very friendly. Breakfast is also good.

The hotel is a typical old-fashioned hotel, decorated in antique style and the elevator is small. Outside the window of the room is Lake Lusen, the scenery is invincible. Breakfast is good. Hotel parking is not convenient, parking is not available at the entrance of the hotel, opposite a social parking lot is charged (temporary parking is not charged), there are two hotel dedicated parking spaces but often not about. However, there is a public parking lot 300 meters away from the hotel. After check-in, the front desk will inform the parking lot location and enter the license plate information, free parking is available.
