My stay at BB Sapa Hotel exceeded all expectations. The combination of a prime location, comfortable accommodations, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service made it a perfect choice for my trip to Sapa. The resort is designed for private retreat. Great service. Just right outside and not too far from the city. I really feel at peace staying there. Love the view of Fansipan right from my bed. The bathrobe is very fluffy and comfortable, please have them for sale next time I’m staying. Everything in the room function well except the bath tub that flood the whole bathroom area when drains. It dried out pretty quick tho. The room is mostly quiet and tranquil, away from all traffic noises, however, mind the sound proof in room as karaoke is the culture!!!

Okay Stay, But Definitely Not a 4-Star Experience My daughter and I stayed at Azure Sapa Hôtel and, overall, it was a decent experience, but there were several letdowns that made it feel more like a 3-star hotel at best. First off, if you're considering booking an executive room thinking it’ll be more spacious or better equipped—don’t bother. I paid an extra £29.00 expecting better amenities, but the executive and double rooms are exactly the same size, with the same features. The only difference is the type of bed in the room. That’s it. Both room types have identical amenities. Another disappointment was the balcony. While the room technically had one, there were no balcony chairs or table provided. This made it pretty pointless. It’s especially noticeable when you look at other hotels in the area—many have visible balcony furniture, making the space usable and enjoyable. The other surprise was that the hotel charges for basic services that are usually complimentary elsewhere. Need an iron or ironing board? That'll be 10,000 VND per item. Want to take a quick shower after checking out? That'll cost you too. The nickel-and-diming was disappointing. The food situation was also underwhelming. The wide variety of food advertised on their website simply didn’t exist during my stay. It felt misleading. What truly made the stay better were the staff—they’re friendly, helpful, and honestly the highlight of the hotel. Their service and warm attitude stood out and made an otherwise average stay more pleasant. In short: decent hotel, great staff, but don’t expect four-star standards. Stick to a double room—there’s no point paying more. I’d rate it 3 stars at most.

The best place in Sapa. The most attentive employees. I really liked the girl at the reception in a white blouse, the guy who took the luggage was very attentive and the security guard downstairs, guarding the entrance on the ground floor - these three were always smiling and helping. Thanks to them, it was always nice to return to the hotel after a hard day. I definitely recommend you to visit

The location of the hotel is great! Very near to Sapa Centre yet not in the noisy area. The room is big and we got one with Mountain View so it’s nice. However the towels are a little lacking. They only supply 2 bath towels and 2 face towels. Breakfast has a good spread but some food ran out by 7.30/8am.

We had such a lovely stay at the Sapa Farmstay! The local family running the establishment is warm, friendly, and hospitable. We ate dinner with them twice—the food was beyond delicious and fresh, and I loved the family-style atmosphere during mealtime. The rooms were just like the photos: comfy, clean, and well-decorated, with plenty of hotel-style amenities! The only minor drawback was the hot water…it was quite cold in Sapa during our visit in January, and the hot water never lasted more than 3 minutes or so during showers. This was a minor issue, though, and we will for sure re-book when we return to Sapa again!

this place is awesome!! very relaxing it's nature vibes ❤️❤️❤️😘 room with own balcony and you can see the mountains clouds just wow the pool the food and the whole place is perfect!!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and they even upgraded our room when we arrived. The room was lovely and had a cute bath. The facilities were great. The bed was comfy and the TV was great- it had netflix and YouTube. We didn't use the sauna or jacuzzi but they looked nice.

We had a great time in Alaina Hotel & Spa. The staffs are very accommodating, polite and friendly. The hospitality is truly amazing. Great location and view of the mountain and monorail from our balcony. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends and relatives. One of the best hotel in SaPa.
