3-Star Hotels in Minas Gerais, Brazil

I was very pleased with my stay. The hotel is very clean, which made all the difference in comfort. The breakfast is varied and tasty, with good options to start the day off right. The staff was excellent, always helpful and polite. The location is another positive point, as it provides easy access to several attractions and services. Considering all this, I found the cost-benefit to be very good. I would definitely stay here again!

Good value for money. The room had 2 single beds. I was alone, and it was perfect for me. The bed linens were clean. The room and bathroom were nice. The air conditioning worked well. There was a minibar that wasn't very powerful, but it kept the food cold. There were no products in the room, but there was water, soda, and beer at the reception for anyone who wanted to buy something. I preferred to buy something at a bakery that was nearby. My ”close” may not be the same as ”close” for others...lol. But it's on an avenue just above (Av. Portugal), about 1.3 km away. The bakery has everything, including self-service. I went for lunch and bought snacks for the afternoon and evening. On the way back, there's also a super fruit and vegetable market with very affordable prices for anyone who wants to buy fruit. Depending on the purpose of your trip, if you have the morning or afternoon free, there's a beautiful setting for a walk or a jog. Just cross the street. I didn't have any problems with noise during my stay. I was able to spend the day studying. There were a few guests who didn't have the manners to close the door slowly. I stayed on the 1st floor, apartment 203. From the side window, I could see part of the lake. The breakfast is simple but adequate... it has the basics (coffee, milk, juice, two types of fruit, bread, cheese, ham, cakes...) There's a sandwich maker to make you something. I can't say anything about parking, because I didn't have a car. So that's it! I went to take a test for a public exam, so for me it was easy and the service was good. If you don't want to walk, Uber shouldn't be expensive for that route.

Hotel fulfilled what you promised, accommodation, services. The care may take a little while, because there are few staff depending on the demand of guests. Breakfast! Super varied, we need to leave before 7:00, but yet we could serve.

Hotel em ótima localização, cama confortável, espelhos a vontade em quase toda parte do quarto , só o banheiro q achei um pouco pequeno a ducha!. Todos os funcionários são muito receptivos, educados , mas um jovem rapaz alto, claro que ajuda agente com a bagagem me chamou a atenção por seu carisma , simpatia, humildade nota 10000

Gostamos muito da localização de acordo com o nosso panorama de viagem. A higiene do Hotel é fantástica assim como todo zelo demonstrado pelos funcionários. O café da manhã fantástico e tinha uma preocupação dos funcionários em manter tudo limpo e muito bem organizado. Superou as expectativas.

I went with two friends to walk around the city and took the opportunity to visit the hippie market. It is on the street of the hotel. You just have to get off and walk there. It was great!!!! The hotel is in a perfect location. After checking out, I asked them to store my backpack and those of other friends who were with me at the reception, since we would still be in the city for the whole afternoon and our trip would only be at night. The receptionist promptly helped us and kindly stored our luggage until 10 pm. When we returned, they even made the bathroom in the cafeteria available for us to use, if necessary! Anyway, I would like to praise the entire staff and the hotel structure, which was truly excellent in every aspect. In addition to all the comfort and location, the excellent service certainly made all the difference in our stay. A 10!

I chose this hotel because it was a business trip and it was the closest to the commitment I had, but it is ”isolated” and is not close to the center of BH. The towels were clean, but they had a different and strange smell: the cover was excellent and the air worked super well, but there were tracks of travel bags rod in the white walls which I consider a bad pro room look. He was very dark, and as he was in a high floor, he had no noise, the fridge was working well and was very useful. I was expecting more of breakfast, basically with bread and few fruit and juice options. I was mad by the cheese bread, but it was cold, and the lucky is that the coffee starts early at 6:00, so for those who have a good deal. Finally, it was true for me because it was only a day-to-day and it was a business trip.

As instalações são boas e o hotel é bem localizado. Entretanto, a rouparia e os travesseiros são muito antigos e precisam ser substituídos com urgência. As toalhas de banho cheiravam a fumaça! Impossível utilizar. Pedi a substituição, o que foi feito, mas o cheiro, segundo a camareira, é do local onde são lavadas. Café da manhã e atendimento bons.

It was very good at stay, I only found the small bathroom and the parking was half ”abandoned”, but we had no problem.

Great location, nearby many shops and restaurants. Room is spacious, bed is very comfortable, beautiful room view. The room wasnt cleaned 2x even after being asked. Room is a bit too ”bare” and dark at night even with all lights on. Also, with almost no amenities and bathroom too basic. Still, comfortable in general.

The hotel is in a good location compared to the airport. The only downside is that it is too far away from everything. If you want to order via ifood (pre-order) or Uber Eats, no one can go that far. The only thing is to eat at the hotel, the food is not bad, but there are many kinds.

I loved the perfect location! I loved the perfect accommodation! Wonderful breakfast! The perfect service! Excellent location!

The only disadvantage I had was the checkin that I was informed by phone that as it was 14:00 and I would arrive early in the morning could extend my checkout from 12:00 to 17:00, because I went to a party that would only be the night. After a lot of insistence, they accepted the extension by means of additional payment. Another hotel in the city was aware of the event and granted me the accommodation until the timetable of my event and another day.

I really liked it, the receptionists are super polite and friendly. The pool area is also excellent! The portions and drinks are great, congratulations to whoever prepares both.
