A Perfect Beachside Escape Natai Beach Resort was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The beachfront location was stunning, providing the ultimate relaxation. The food at the restaurants was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely return for another stay anytime!

My family and I just stayed at the JW Marriott in Khao Lak and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious, with big, comfy beds and natural product toiletries. Every morning, the breakfast spread was delicious and varied, featuring freshly squeezed juices and authentic Thai coffee made with high-quality ingredients. The kid's area offered daily activities, and bike rentals were easy; I highly recommend biking around the beautiful gardens. The service was friendly, efficient, and attentive. The pool area was impressive—it's the biggest pool I've seen at any property! Plus, direct beach access was a wonderful bonus. If I return to Khao Lak, I would definitely stay here again with my family!

A True Eden with Exceptional Hospitality My stay at Eden Beach Khaolak Resort was absolutely delightful! The resort lives up to its name—lush tropical gardens, a pristine beach, and stunning azure pools made me feel like I’d stepped into paradise. The Thai-inspired room design, paired with the soothing sound of waves, created the perfect relaxing getaway. The surrounding area was lively yet convenient, with easy access to local markets, restaurants, and shops, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. ----------- A special shout-out to Ms. Pure at the front desk for her outstanding service! When I needed help navigating public transportation to Phuket, she actively contacted the staff of the transportation company and added my contact information to find out if I was able to successfully board the bus that day. Her kindness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and enjoyable journey. This level of care truly sets the resort apart! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Khaolak. Highly recommended for travelers seeking both natural beauty and heartfelt hospitality!

This island is magical! The service is second to none. The bars, the buffet was delightful, the accomodation is avant-garde yet caters to a higher end crowd. The private boat ride to the island and the arrival at the jetty is going to leave an indelible imprint in my memory ! The reef and fish are just below the jetty and there is the opportunity to see reef crabs. The resort is truly magical, a must find, a must see and something to be treasured. Those who love movies like the Beach, Jurassic Park, Deep Blue Sea, anything acquatic and that meets nature and natural palms could get lost on this island for days. Thr rooms are too creative and luxurious to describe, a must see, subject to availability. Thank you for the privacy, the luxury, the food and drinks and the kind hearted service of the Thai people. Location : located in good area ( Not so far from the city where you can find many foods and convenience stores). Services : the stuffs were super nice and help you if you need anything. Food : breakfast was excellent! With different varieties of foods, you can try many Thai dishes and also western. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, but unfortunately it was pricey and the taste was not worth the price. But! The service was really nice!  Amenities:  The swimming pool was wide and both adults and kids can enjoy.  There was a beach where you can watch sunset and do many morning activities the hotel provided. They also have gym, kids playground, and many activities including canoeing. Didn’t really get bored even though it was raining all day.  Very good place to stay with your family or friends. Very kids friendly and I think you will enjoy Khao Lak staying here.

My overall experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The team went out of their way to make me feel welcome and relaxed, providing great hospitality at every turn. In particular, I have to mention Khun Kath – her kindness, attentiveness, and friendliness truly stood out and made my stay extra special. I always felt like a valued guest thanks to her wonderful service and the positive attitude of the entire team. My room was perfect in every way: spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully appointed. The room had all the amenities I could possibly need. I really appreciated how well the room was maintained and how everything just worked. It was a peaceful space where I could unwind fully after a day of exploring the resort’s activities. Speaking of activities, everything was very well organized. The resort offered a great range of fun things to do, and each activity was managed smoothly. My morning, the delicious breakfast which had a good variety of hot dishes, fresh fruit, pastries, and more. One small note: the grill restaurant was just average.

Lots of activities. 45 minutes by boat from the pier to the island The food is ordinary, the Indian food is quite distinctive, the overall is quite satisfactory, but it is not too expensive, so there is no problem The ecology and activities of the hotel are very good During the stay, I chose the local island hopping tour. It costs more than 1,000 yuan for two people. There are kayaks and snorkeling. I saw sea anemones. It was very interesting and the service was very good. I highly recommend it The local islands are also quite interesting. It’s very localized to go out by bike. The room facilities are slightly old and there are many mosquitoes but there are mosquito nets The spa is nice, relaxing, and the price is moderate

The hotel in Khao Lak town is so beautiful. The check-in is very smooth, the environment is super beautiful, and the swimming pool is so comfortable. I booked a two-bedroom villa. The living room is a bit small, and the own swimming pool is not big, but it is just right for children to play. After playing, they can jump directly to the beach to play. The beach is private to the hotel and very quiet. The hotel children's playground is not available, but it is full of good quality wooden toys that can be played for a long time. I don't know why it closes at 5 o'clock. The breakfast variety is not rich, but it is very delicate. There are not many adult activities in the hotel. Muay Thai is recommended. The bicycle (paid) tour is average and not recommended. The disadvantage is that the water temperature of the villa's swimming pool is low. There is shade in the morning but the water is cold. It is super sunny between 10-4 o'clock and you can't go into the water. Then the refrigerator and bathroom are not replenished in time every day. I am not very satisfied with this price. The leftovers were left at the door one night. No one took them away the next morning. A big lizard was attracted. I was scared to death.

The hotel is clean and sanitary, the breakfast is ordinary, the location is not close to any scenic spots, you need to book a car to go out, it is suitable for self-driving tours, the hotel swimming pool and other facilities are under construction, the hotel location is suitable for outings, it takes an hour to drive to the city of Phuket, Krabi and Phang Nga Bay.

One night is not enough for this beautiful place. The cleanness, design, service, staff and all the vibe were so great. It's really worth the price.
