Room is exactly as photo and they do have laundromat service at top floor. Area is filled with good food and desserts. Good for easy about and with some shopping areas. Staff over counter are very attentive and accommodating to our request and giving us good advise especially when we have our purchased bag delivered to counter they gave us immediate response and advised and kept them well for us. Room is very comfortable with lobby serving us coffee and tea. If only the pillows can be thicker that will be perfect sleep.

We checked-in 2 Twin Bed rooms for 3 nights. 4 of us were extremely happy with the hotel. As we entered into the hotel, we were being serve promptly. The receptionists, the housekeeping, the cleaners are all friendly and very helpful. They offered their help prior to our request. Their service were pro-active. We just love their service so much. It was not a big lobby but it provide the feeling of home. Coffee machine is 24 hours, they provide simple supper but it was very nice. The room is clean and the size is good. The sound proof is good, water pressure is excellent, Smart home service, digital toilet. The soft drink provided in the mini bar are also complimentary. The housekeeper was so nice that she offered to help us in ironing our cloth. Nearby the hotel are surrounded by restaurants, the subway station is less than 100 meters from the hotel. Overall, thumb up with the hotel, location, service is all you will gladly satisfy with.

This is a wonderful trip. 3 days 2 nights unlimited access of theme park. Include - buffet dinner . Chimelong is the best theme park in the world . Hope I can see chimelong theme park built all over the world.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel as a family. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the local attractions. Highly recommend for families looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay!

The hotel is located in a convenient location. Close to mtr station and the 华强北電子area. The room is clean and new. Water and AC are great. Breakfast is average. Overall good value for money.

Had a really great stay for New Year’s Eve, although beefed up prices for the bar and dinner were rather annoying, and the New Year’s Eve party was a little strange as there wasn’t anywhere to comfortably stand without having to buy bottles of drink for a table, so this was rather frustrating.

A great location, by my opinion is one of the best in the city. Near to Beijing Lu (just less then 10 minutes walk), near the Metro station and river bank. The hotel has a nice river view. My room called a landmark room, with a traditional old design, with a bit dark colours. The room was not a huge, but ok. All necessary things were in room (slippers, tea facilities, water, everything for bathroom, even the bathe-robes). The hotel’s staff is very friendly!!! I’ve contacted with them by e-mail in advance and asked something for my mom. They made it ♥️ ♥️♥️also I asked to take a box which will be delivered to my name, and I’ve received it on arrival. I can recommend this hotel and I’ll stay here again. Next time I’ll choose the next room’s category because I love the light colour in hotels’ rooms more. But I definitely recommend a hotel because of its location, river view and hotel’s staff.

Excellent service in a nice and clean hotel. Very satisfied and will recommend to our friends going to Shenzhen. The location is very good with a night market nearby and a metro station. There are also lots of food options a stone’s throw away, which makes it convenient for those who don’t like to go far. Coco Park mall is also less than 10mn away by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got the late night supper buffet option and were very pleased and satisfied with the food. Breakfast had chinese and western options.

Service was good ,places nearby to many shops & shopping malls . Breakfast was good,foods were fresh & varieties however for the buffet dinner is not that good ( Foods mostly were not fresh ) but expensive,I can say it does not match with the Price.And the room is clean however furniture & the room looks old .I expect Wow from this property due to Other ShangriLa property they are doing quite well .

Hotel is located directly at metro station, several shops and eateries around. Great part just behind the corner. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. You need to ready, that hotel is used by families so it might be bit noisy. Overall good already 2nd experience and definitely I will come back.

Amazing breakfast with a good variation. Hotel is well kept and looks very new. Staffs are friendly and able to communicate in simple English. I will definitely stay here again. Moreover, it’s nearby a metro station.

Location is super convenient being on top of the subway station. Breakfast were great with good variety of Chinese and Western foods. The front desk manager Derik and his team were extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I dropped my cell phone in the way to breakfast. The staff picked it up and I reclaimed the cell phone within 30 minutes. Really appreciate the efficiency. The gym located in the mid floors are quite nicely equipped. Very convenient for a workout before bed. Though the charging ports located at Basement Car Park are slow. Charging speed was only 3KW rather than the usual 6.3 KW. EV users need to bear this in mind and need to locate alternative quick charging stations as fall back measure. Overall experience is very good.

Good Hotel for Families We had a delightful stay at this 3-star hotel, which truly treated us like we were in a 5-star establishment. Although communication was a bit challenging when we tried to explain our needs to the front desk, the staff were exceptionally helpful and did their best to assist us with a friendly attitude. I would love to see the hotel consider adding a Muslim-friendly breakfast variety in the future. This would cater wonderfully to travelers from the Middle East and other Muslim-majority countries staying at CNHOL. It's worth noting how the chefs and kitchen crew were very accommodating, patiently explaining which dishes were suitable for Muslims, showcasing their understanding and respect for different dietary needs. Despite not having amenities like a pool or kids' play area, the hotel's service and attention to detail made up for it. The rooms were clean, and the overall comfort matched that of a much higher-rated hotel. The staff's dedication to providing an excellent guest experience was evident and made our stay memorable. This hotel proves that you don't need luxury facilities to offer a top-notch experience; sometimes, it's all about the service and hospitality, which here were simply outstanding.

This is our first time staying in Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and we like this hotel a lot! As one of the Sheraton's hotels, its services and the facilities (i.e. fitness centre, pools and catering) are supreme. Very convenient location as well, right next to the train station. Overall, we recommend this hotel!!

It's very close to the mall where we ski The room is very big and clean! The quality of the breakfast included was nice, just like the cafe level. It's easy to check in and out as well. Really worth the price, will definitely come back next time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, well-kept, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The service throughout my stay was excellent, but I must give special praise to Morris (小陳) at the front desk. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and his friendly and efficient approach truly stood out. It’s always nice to be greeted with such warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and hassle-free stay!

We are a family of four who visited the area to try the Sunac Indoor Snow Park, which offers indoor skiing and other snow activities for non-skiers. The apartment was just opposite the Sunac mall, and due to the metro construction, a small detour took around 5 minutes to get to the mall. The construction had no noise impact on our stay. The apartment was on the 7th floor (lobby), and our room was on the 8th floor. We stayed in a two-room flat with two double beds, and it was perfect. Remember to ask for additional pillows for each bed, as it comes with one set of pillows (one hard and one soft), which cannot be shared comfortably. The morning free breakfast was just perfect—a cup of coffee (of your choice) or orange juice with a selection of bakery items that were surprisingly tasty and fresh. Additionally, the apartment had a QR code for WeChat where you could ask questions in English or Chinese, and their response was quick and not automated. The hotel was approximately 6 km away from Guangzhou North Railway Station, and we decided to take Didi back to the Futian border on our way back, which cost us just under 500 HKD, including an extra expressway fee for the local driver to return home. The hotel is very popular with people coming to ski. The mall on the 3rd floor has plenty of Chinese restaurants to choose from. We ate hotpot at night, which was good value for money and of very good quality, and at lunch, we ate at the noodle shops. Where the apartment (building no. 6) is located, there is a middle section that cuts across all the apartment buildings and creates a lovely row of restaurants, which looks really nice at night. The mall also has an arcade and indoor amusement center where we rode electric go-karts, and there is enough to keep your kids busy.

The key selling point of this hotel is its location, just 80m to Shipaiqiao Station. Besides, there are many food options around the hotel vicinity. Shops shops are around the hotel. If you are a group of 4, it is easier to book Didi taxi instead of taking the metro. Service staff are generally friendly, but Xiao Chen went the extra mile to provide personal service like where to eat and shop. The cleaning standards of the hotel rooms are inconsistent. Without floor mat, didn't make the bed, didn't clean the dirty cups. It is a tussle taking a lift in the morning. Waiting time can be 10 to 15 minutes wait. Breakfast selection is acceptable. Oh yeah, free coffee and tea at the lobby 24 hours.. Despite some shortcomings, I will choose this hotel again due to its location.

Location is about 10min walk from metro / train station. The hotel provides free shuttle service to/from Guangzhou East station until certain timing. Otherwise can get a ride hailing if find the walk. This is a slightly quieter area of Tianhe. Room is spacious & clean. Service is very good. The staff were very helpful. I like to commend on good service by customer relation Vicky who helped us with restaurant booking.

A first time visit to Huadu and must stay hotel. Excellent location and walkable distance to Sports World and Hot Miracle Ski world. It's great for first time visit. Also, the Chinese restaurant food is outstanding in taste and presentation. The massage at hotel is also very relaxing. Everyone from young to old enjoyed our family trip.

I had a great stay at this hotel, conveniently located just a few steps from Beijing Lu Metro Exit A. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and they even added me on WeChat for easy communication and provided useful travel guides for exploring Guangzhou. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade to a larger space, complete with a tea table, which made my stay even more comfortable. Highly recommend for both convenience and hospitality!

Very fun place and the staff were all so friendly providing top notch service. From the time u stepped into the resort till you leave the place you get friendly service and will be v well taken care of.

Location was good. Nearest hotel to gongbei port after clearing customs and above the underground mall. Xiaomin (receptionist) was very sweet. She arranged for a room on a high floor for us. In addition, it was such a nice gesture to decorate the room so nicely as a birthday surprise! Thank you v much.

Absolutely loved our stay.  we stayed with a small child of three years old. He enjoyed every bit of it. The hotel has eye for detail for children. For example, it has bath slippers for children, bathrobes,  and also children’s shampoo and washing gel.  the most extravagant part is the breakfast you have so much choice and  you can enjoy your breakfast next to real life penguins as a sightseeing. Definitely recommend staying here when you visit Chimelong Park with children and also definitely recommend the breakfast.

Good value for money. The elevator is a bit troublesome as you have to change from one to another to get into the room floors.

The hotel is beautiful and decorated with a Chinese Pavillion as you enter the lobby. There are a lot of pandas decorated all over the hotel and a Christmas tree made of pandas. Though, the front desk officer who checked us in, couldn't really conversed in English, her colleagues quickly stepped in to help explain to me about our room. They were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made the start of our stay very pleasant. We were attended by Rita, Minnie and Jane. Jane quickly provided a wechat number that allowed me to reach out to the hotel staff with ease. She also checked to make sure we were comfortable in our room. We even scored a free upgrade to an Ocean View room, which had a gorgeous view of Zhuhai skyline and we could see Macau from the balcony. The room was very clean, spacious and tidy, my husband loves the bath amenities and my boy enjoyed bubble baths each evening. The housekeeper on our floor was very friendly, always asking if we are enjoying ourselves here and the doormen were very courteous. We had breakfast for 2 days. However, the food didn't quite meet expectations, perhaps we set them high after reading reviews. Most of the items were cold by the time we were seated, it is a very popular hotel so we had to wait for abit to get seated however the queue moved fairly quickly. I must say the hot noodle soup was pretty decent! Checkout was smooth, officers were all very nice and kept checking to make sure we had a good stay. I would return, for the price and the service - this was one of the best stays we had experienced in China. We had an uneventful situation after checking out. We left my son's stuffed toy in the room and only realized after we arrived home late in the evening. By then, my boy was in tears as he had the toy since birth. I quickly reached out to the hotel and thankfully was attended speedily by Yuki and Jessica who got the housekeeping team to search for it. By this morning, they located the toy and arranged to deliver to us. At this time as I am writing this, the toy is on its way back home. I cannot be more thankful, so thank you to everyone mentioned, you have been nothing short of excellent! Happy New Year to the Sheraton team!

Our family chose to travel to Zhuhai before the Spring Festival, mainly because my eldest daughter has always wanted to visit Zhuhai Chimelong, so I did my homework a long time in advance and chose the time when the children were on winter vacation and the most cost-effective time. However, not all hotels in Zhuhai are suitable for a family of five. After comparing many hotels, I chose this hotel. The parent-child room is really warm and the breakfast is rich. I was really pleasantly surprised. Thank you. I will choose you next time I go to Zhuhai, for sure.
