This hotel boasts an excellent location, situated above Cocono with a mall and cinema downstairs. It's seamlessly connected to Susukino subway station underground. I took the airport bus from New Chitose to Minami 3-jo, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the hotel. Sapporo isn't very big, so most places are only one or two stops away by subway, or even walkable if you're up for it. Dining and shopping options are very convenient; Tanukikoji is close by, and there's a *** (likely referring to a convenience store or similar, but kept as is since it's unclear) not far downstairs. When leaving, the airport bus stop is just across the street, a 2-minute walk, making trips to the airport super convenient. The breakfast buffet is also very rich, with main dishes rotated daily, including roast meat bowls, Wagyu beef bowls, and seafood bowls. I booked a larger twin room, and it was indeed more spacious than typical rooms, with enough space to open luggage. This will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Sapporo.
This Japanese hotel really exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, a ten-minute walk to the subway station. There are tons of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making both getting around and daily life super convenient. The biggest surprise was the room space; compared to the generally small rooms in Japanese hotels, this one was genuinely spacious. I had no problem spreading out my luggage, and the natural light and ventilation were excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. It's great value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I visit!
Location: Right next to Hakodate JR Station, just a 2-minute walk away. There's also a bus stop right outside, and it's very convenient to walk to attractions on the Mount Hakodate side.
Service: The front desk staff spoke good English, and both check-in and luggage storage were seamless. The room wasn't very spacious, and the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area. However, the hotel breakfast was excellent! There were many choices, and the food tasted great. What was really surprising was the self-serve wine and sparkling wine.
Facilities: From the outside, the hotel looks quite old, but the interior is well-maintained. The most important thing is that this is a filming location for the Detective Conan movie, 'The Million-Dollar Pentagram'! Conan fans shouldn't miss it, haha.
This was my third stay, and it was just as great as the previous times. I enjoyed watching the cruise ships and the sea, and loved the open-air onsen on the top floor. By coincidence, there was an earthquake during my stay, and it was quite shaky, but the hotel's emergency response was excellent, which helped everyone feel less nervous and worried!
This is a very convenient resort. Food, drinks, and entertainment are all easily accessible. The hotel is right inside the ski resort, so you can rent ski equipment directly and then explore the Elf Terrace without worrying about snowy road conditions.
First time to live in love hotel in Japan, clean and tidy, room filled with cigarette smell, might not suit for people who hates the smell. Location is good with free carparking.
Good Hotel, staff are very kind...We spend more time in this hotel, enjoy the private hot spring (with shower, hair dryer & etc - complete accessories), after the hot spring go for a massage chair then follow by free ice cream. At night free noodles are also Oishi.
This hotel offers incredible value for money. For breakfast, you get to choose one of three set meals; the Japanese option was quite good. The service attitude was also excellent. Our room featured a private Japanese garden view, which was very unique and picturesque – definitely worth booking this room type for photos.
Hotel is in the city centre and quite close to the basement metro. We can walk to the beer museum and the tanukikoji shopping street nearby. It's also a short distance walk to reach the underground shopping shops, which was very convenient. However the hotel doesn't provide hot water refills at the lobby, refills are only reachable inside the breakfast diner. We ordered hotel breakfast for the first day of stay but not for the second and third night, but the breakfast diner's receptionist still kindly let us in for refills of the hot water. Breakfast is on moderate level and menu variety could be better still, regarding the price paid. Not much seafood options to be found, besides the mini sashimi don.
The hotel is located in Odori, not far from Odori subway station, and actually quite close to Sapporo Station, about a 9-minute walk. The area is relatively quiet but still has convenience stores and restaurants, so the location is pretty good.
I booked a Cross Floor room with a view of Sapporo TV Tower. The room isn't huge, but just about big enough to open two suitcases. The hotel doesn't provide bottled water; you need to get drinking water from the dispenser in the elevator area. However, guests on the Cross Floor get complimentary access to the lounge and public bath, which is a big plus for those who enjoy a drink.
The breakfast selection was a bit limited and didn't feature any particularly impressive dishes.

GGuest UserAfter working through New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, I finally got to relax at Daiichi-san after 10 years. The open-air bath by the river's gentle murmur was incredibly soothing, both for body and soul. The dinner was perfectly seasoned; I could eat it without getting bored, and the breakfast accompaniments and pickles were also delicious. The audio room, the coffee and soft-serve ice cream in the lounge, and the 24-hour coffee and tea service were all fantastic – there was so much to enjoy, I couldn't even try everything! It seems like there are more international staff now, but everyone spoke Japanese very well and handled irregular situations smoothly, making for a very comfortable stay. I even got to see a Blakiston's fish owl, and all the staff were wonderfully cheerful and charming.
Kkishin214I had a great time. I booked a room on the top floor.
Business hotels are cramped, so I stayed overnight with a friend.
There was a sauna, karaoke, and a large TV.
It was also well soundproofed, so I could drink and make a lot of noise. I had a great time.
