The room is very good, a bit of a taste after decoration, but not heavy, and there are two air purifiers. Two rooms, two bathrooms, two showers, a bathtub, bathroom amenities are also very good, very satisfied with the room. There is no scenery outside, Beitang Scenic Area is like a half-finished product that is thrown there after half built, and there is nothing beautiful. Bringing a pet in the past, you have to charge 100 yuan, which is not explained in the hotel message. We went early, actively arranged housing for us, changed to Hawthorn. There are many seafood restaurants nearby. I went to the old fisherman recommended by the waiter. The price is a bit expensive, but it tastes good. Breakfast is a buffet, not many varieties, but it tastes good, and there are pots and vegetables.

CCurt 常鹰Stayed here for one night as a birthday gift for my partner. First things first, this is a luxury hotel & it packs a decent luxury punch for it's price, around 1200rmb per night. Even before you arrive, you're met by the eye catching building on your walk from Tianjin railway station - around 15 to 20 minutes. That it features on various silhouettes of the Tianjin skyline on posters and advertisements throughout the city is testament to how highly thought of the building is in the city. Perhaps not the most important factor, but it does add to the excitement if you're not a regular luxury hotel booker. The lobby can be entered from the main road or riverfront & is spacious & well designed, opulent yet modern and even somewhat cozy of an evening. Unfortunately, upon check in there were no rooms available however, & we had to wait. Not ideal. Once the room *was* available, we were walked there by our incredibly friendly butler who returned shortly afterwards with some excellent coffee & biscuits that were some of the best I've eaten in China. The room is spacious, with huge windows offering an unbeatable view of the river, which lights up at night as the buildings reflect from it's surface. The bed is comfortable, and bathroom clean, but the temperature was stifilingly hot. Perhaps there was a way to control this & it was user error on our part, but in such a luxury hotel with everything planned to apparent perfection, I'd have assumed they would have made this quite simple. It was 10c outside, which doesn't require the heating turned up so high that it makes you sweat. But nor is it so hot that one should have to turn on the A/C in mid February. The room comes stocked with everything you would need & more. Plenty of water, tea, coffee, & 24h contact with a butler. What it lacked was towels. Again, maybe there were some more hidden, but I shouldn't have to search. & I'm sure the butler would have brought some more had I asked, but I shouldn't need to for over 1000rmb per night. This hasn't been an issue in far cheaper hotels. I did like that the bathroom toiletries were eco friendly, even down to the toothpaste 'tube'. I worried at the time that the toothpaste in a sachet was too small & would dry up overnight, but this didn't end up being the case. The shower itself was just fine, but a little disappointing for a pricey hotel. It seemed to lack a bit of pressure, & I've had far better in hotels at far more than half the price. The only other issue I'd take is the cleanliness of the windows and frames. They're the highlight of the room & should be celebrated, so it's a little disappointing that they show some dirt and staines. Again, in a cheaper hotel I'd barely notice this, but a 1000rmb+ one must be held to a higher standard. One thing I have absolutely no complaints about is the food. The breakfast offering had a great blend of Chinese & Western food, and plenty of it. Staff, as was the case throughout the stay, were friendly & beyond helpful & we both left very full only wishing we could try even more. Lovely view across the frozen river as we ate, too. A really nice way to start the day & a great way to leave a lasting memory as we checked out. All in all, it really was a wonderful stay, and I'm only being sometimes critical because I hold expensive hotels to a high standard & I know that this hotel in particular *can* reach that standard. I've given cleanliness a 5 because Trip doesn't offer half stars & 4 brought the overall rating down lower than I think seems fair, given I did genuinely have a very nice time. With a few little improvements this would easily be a 5/5 across the board.

Ppaulrob200Very pleasant stay. Hotel is in an excellent location for strolls along the Haihe River, shopping malls and 5 -Avenues area. Only issue was walls pretty thin if you have noisy people staying in nearby rooms. Other than everything was absolutely fine.

JJosephineWe were served by this pretty young lady Ms Elsa Chang at the reception counter. She was very polite and helpful, her smile brightened our days. She was very conscientious of promoting dinner and breakfast at the hotel, which we eventually took up her recommendation for the hotel breakfast. The breakfast spread was good with a range of wide choices including western and the local Tian Jin breakfast. Our room was upgraded and decorated for our wedding anniversary with the hotel's compliment. The hotel was located nearby the Ancient Cultural street, which is a stone throw away. Perfect view of the river from the window but the Tian Jin's eye can only be seen from the changing room. The hotel was accommodating to our request for late check out. Ms Elsa was at the reception when we check out and she sent us off with her beautiful smile. We enjoyed our stay very much.

HHongChenI have been there twice so far both with family and myself. Absolutely a great place to stay. Amazing front desk staff friendly and helpful, give them a big thumb up👍. There’s a gym with enough equipment you need. In the building there are restaurants and a coffee shop. Location is fine. The first time our family 4 person were there in a three bedroom apartment on 18th floor. The cleaning service staff was very nice and did a great job. The second time I was by myself stayed in a one bedroom apartment on 4th floor with different cleaning staff. There job was just ok and definitely more room need to improve.

GGuest UserWe were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. From the moment you arrive, there’s a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere — everything feels calm, thoughtfully arranged, and comfortable. The service is excellent: staff are polite, attentive, and always ready to help — from the front desk to the restaurant. A particularly nice touch was being greeted with welcome drinks upon arrival, which immediately set a positive tone for our stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious, with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer great views of the city. The hotel features a modern and elegant design, and it’s clear that the property is well-maintained — everything feels fresh and in great condition, with no signs of neglect or aging. Highly recommended for those who value quality, comfort, and professional service.

TTey Kai ShibA cute room package for family. Good view to see the ferris wheel and room is clean. As now is the winter time, room only has heater and no aircon, so if feel hot, just need to off the heater, it will be good!

GGuest UserI chose a large suite with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. The room is big enough and the view outside the window is very good. There are enough places for children to ride balance bikes and play remote control cars. There is a small hill that can be climbed to the highest point to see the castle. Starting from the back door of the naughty castle on the first floor of the hotel, half of the way is a gentle slope, and the other half requires some leg strength. It is not suitable for elderly people who are not used to exercise, but the overall difficulty coefficient is not high. The facilities of the hotel itself seem a bit old. When there are few people staying, many places do not turn on the lights to save electricity. These details make people feel that they are not worthy of the hotel's star rating, but Jixian is generally like this. It is still very suitable for taking the whole family out for a trip.

GGuest UserOn the way back to Beijing, I chose to rest in Tianjin. As a result, I chose a fairytale hotel again. I am so awesome😁😁 We chose a private bath room with unlimited hot spring tickets for 2 adults and 1 child. The room is very large, and the private bath is all underground hot spring water, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast is also rich. The opening time of 7:00-10:00 is especially suitable for families on vacation. The hotel park is very large, with rich green plants and a wide lake. When the weather is good, any photo you take is a blockbuster.

LLoubianEnvironment: The environment is very good, the night view of the Linhai River is romantic and pleasant Service: You need to confirm the location of the room card by phone first Hygienic: The room is clean and tidy, and all kinds of supplies are disposable Facilities: I hope I can prepare an extra charging socket. The room needs to be scanned and charged. The main charging speed is too slow.

GGuest UserIt was my first time to come to a theme hotel because I had an exam. However, it was different from what I imagined. The hotel was decorated in a very fresh style. It felt different and the environment was clean. The bed was very comfortable, with a moderate hardness and softness. It was very friendly to my back problems. There was a restaurant downstairs, which was very convenient. There was also a tourist attraction in front. I went there in the afternoon and it was pretty good.
