Got a room on a high floor with a view of the city centre. It was upgraded to a kind of suite with a living room. Overall not bad, however the interior design is a bit outdated but still clean and comfortable. Internet connection works well.

We appreciated Kurt Han and Emily's attentive assistance at the front desk throughout our stay. They not only arranged for us to stay on a non-smoking floor, but he also upgraded one of our rooms to a river view, improving our journey with beautiful surroundings. Given that we were traveling with elderly family members, Han and Emily went above to locate both rooms on the same floor, making our movements much easier!

Situated about 20 minutes away from Tianjin West Railway station by car, this serviced apartment is big with sufficient facilities convenient for a family to stay in. The beds were clean and comfy and the ensuite toilet had a bathtub too. The common living room area had a couch and a TV for friends and family to gather comfortably if they intend to stay in the apartment for some bonding time. Highly recommended if anyone is travelling with a large group as its price is also very affordable!

We had a great stay, the room was clean and spacious with a modern bathroom.. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely pool. The food wasn’t great though and expensive for small portions.

My son and I stayed for 1 night and was extremely pleased with the hotel. We had a beautiful view and the room was comfortable and relaxing after a long day of play. The location was fantastic as it was less than 10min walk from the TianJin Eye. Fast food was accessible as KFC and an 7/11 was right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit TianJin and highly recommend this hotel to travelers of all types.

Let's talk about the disadvantages: the facilities in the room of the soup house are very old, the water pool leaks very slowly, there are dripping and buzzing sounds when sleeping, and the sound insulation is very poor. The main building may be better, but the main building is far away from the hot spring. What I can't accept the most is the service staff. The service attitude from the lobby to the guest room is very poor. After breakfast in the morning, we came back and asked for two bottles of water in the lobby. When we entered the room to take a hot spring bath, we found that there was no children's bathrobe, so when the room service staff came to deliver water, we asked for another bathrobe. At this time, the female service staff actually said, ”If you don't ask for things together, I have to run twice, wait.” I was shocked. Is this what a service staff should say? And there is no staff in the hot spring. I want a pair of slippers, but there is none. Finally, I found that I have to pick them up at the hotel front desk. Seeing so many good reviews online, I don’t know if they are fake. Anyway, I will not come to this hotel again.

During the two-day vacation, the temperature soared. We took this opportunity to go for a walk in the mountains. We were an old man and a child. Considering many inconveniences, we chose this place. We originally booked a twin bed with mountain view for cheapness. When we checked in, the lady saw that we were bringing children and directly upgraded us to a parent-child room on the sunny side. I have to say that the room here is so big, with an open-air balcony and excellent scenery. It must be very beautiful when it is shaded by green trees in summer. There is a 2.7-meter big bed, a twisting car, and a small 🛝. The children are very happy😃 There is also a small naughty castle on the first floor. Although it is not big, the children still like it very much and can't stop playing~ The most worth mentioning is the castle on the back mountain of the hotel. It is very photogenic. It takes about 20 minutes to walk up~ The breakfast is rich in variety, and basically everything you want to eat is available. I am very satisfied. The child said he wants to go there next time~ The complimentary small dates are also delicious😋 In addition, the hotel is very close to the very popular 233 Coffee, about 8 minutes by car, which is also a leisurely and pleasant stop😺
