The overall service is very satisfactory. The hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and a wide variety of food options nearby. I will choose this hotel again on my next business trip and will recommend it to my friends.

Unreasonable charges! ! !
Originally this was a hotel with no merits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The key was the location, which was not far from the art museum and the Natural History Museum. There was nothing special about it. Breakfast was average, with fruit but no vegetable salad. But leaving the checkout left me feeling confused and even worse. After breakfast on the first day, the male waiter asked me to sign the bill. I said my room included breakfast, but the waiter said it didn't matter. I just had to sign and the front desk would know. I signed it, it was $52 for two people. The next day, we also chose the buffet for breakfast, and the waitress brought us each a glass of apple juice. I got the bill before I left, put down the order and left. I signed it without even looking at it. Signing an order without looking carefully is a hard lesson! ! ! When I checked out, I found that there was an extra $30, so I asked what the price was. The front desk said it was a breakfast tip on the 5th. I said I was eating from the buffet, but the waiter just poured me two glasses of apple juice without me giving a tip. Is she going to take the initiative to write a $20 tip on the bill? Is this reasonable? I can pay the money, because it’s my fault that I didn’t read the bill and signed it, so I have to acknowledge the bill. But I just want to ask him if this is reasonable? The front desk called the restaurant manager. The manager didn't say it was a tip. He said I chose a set meal and they would charge something else. This is absolutely hilarious! The order typed out to me clearly stated gratuity. I will never go to any Omni Hotel again! Too confusing! Ctrip customer service communicated with them, but they still insisted on their approach.

The hotel facilities and rooms are basically satisfactory. It was a very bad breakfast experience. I spent $18 and 18% tip to buy only 6 dim sums the size of a thumb. The same $18 American breakfast has a large plate, which one person can't finish. I felt that I was ripped off. I didn't expect it to be very delicious, but charging $18 for these 6 small dim sums really felt like a rip-off of my compatriots.
I think it is a recommended hotel for business trips. The size of the twin beds is wide. The necessary services are decent. The transportation wasn't bad.
A fine hotel, but definitely not the best Hilton has to offer. Communal trash cans were small and overflowing, room service was delivered in styrofoam and a plastic bag, and overall everything felt completely average.
The room is clean and tidy. There is a gym and a small swimming pool. There are Chinese, Thai and Mexican restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. But there is no bottled water in the room. You can only buy it from the vending machine on a specific floor or get ice from the ice machine.
The hotel is close to the speedsportz track. The overall room condition is better than expected. The room is equipped with a simple kitchenette. There are entertainment facilities on the first floor. There are also abundant simple meal options around. Overall it is very good.
When I enter the door, I like the lobby of the hotel. The color is soft, there are all kinds of seats everywhere, and then all kinds of cushions. The hotel is right next to the highway and it is very convenient to travel. The room was very spacious and the husband was amazed at the number of plugs in the room that he had seen the most, but there was no free WiFi in the room unless registered as a hotel member. But we went to the hotel pool to play, and we were 2 too cool.

Great
GGuest UserThe room was very nice and updated. Location was excellent and within walking distance to the Kid Rock concert. It was on the waterway, so it made the walk enjoyable....close to restaurants too. Parking at the guest garage was affordable at $17 for 24 hours. Hotel staff was very friendly.
GGuest UserI stay here 2-4 times a month when room rates drop.Fresh coffee in morning. No breakfast but alot of fast food places to eat all around here.Huge rooms with all amenitiesSoft bedsRoku TVs with cable..
XXanGood value. Convenient for meetings at the Hilton Anatole, which is a 5 minute walk away.
Rooms were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected.
All in all a convenient and perfectly adequate place to sleep whilst working.
GGuest Userthe fact its only 3 cons to this place 1. can't control the air/heat 2. hve to light the gas stove with a lighter which is dangerous 3. cnt smoke anywhere in the property (which i didnt kno til this month when the receptionist (tht didnt check us in) came being rude because it doesn't say it online the rules nor anywhere on the property just no smoking in the room but other then that it was wonderful i loved the set up & for the ppl who may sleep over late tht late check out fee is something serious so please read (i didnt hve to pay just saw it) this is definitely a hidden gem for such a cheap price theres places higher then this & you dont even get half the things that where in the room
GGuest UserGreat location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). Overall would definitely stay again and recommend.
