When looking for a place to stay, too priority for me was room service, which this hotel advertised on their website that they offered. They did not. The front desk person the proceeded to insult my intelligence by suggesting that ”room service” means they'll come to your room and change your towels. Attached are the website photos, showing ”room service” under the Dining menu, and ”housekeeping” listed under amenities. The room was nice, the bed comfy, and the free breakfast was great, but the neighborhood has no walkable stores, and one very pricey restaurant 2 blocks away.
Very clean and the women at front desk, I believe her name is Grace was absolutely wonderful. The only negative thing to mention was the $20 a day park and the garage was in a separate building, (so on a cold and windy night which it was)it kinda sucks to have to carry luggage.
The location is very good, very close to the inner harbor and only a few minutes' walk away. The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the price is high. The room is cleaned only once every two days
This is the first time I write a review, in order to let my compatriots make the most correct choice. The hotel is cost-effective, on the highway, in this area 2-3 hotels next to each other, a bit cheap and free parking, about 30 kilometers from the White House city center. If you have trouble sleeping, don't choose it. This time I was assigned room 215. There are only 2-3 rooms with windows on the second floor, but when you open the curtains, there are 3 exhaust fans and a wall. Room 215 is one of them. I don't know the specific reason. I hope Ctrip will pay attention to it.
Overall, the price is not cheap. But this service attitude is really not very good, the voice is small, and I don't want to answer it again. The next day, I asked the front desk to help book a car to the airport. The night before, I set it at 6:50 in the morning. As a result, I went to the same front desk at this time in the morning and said that you just didn't say it. I thought you didn't want it. Then I waited for 22 minutes again, and the price was twice as high as we took a taxi from the airport!
Although the exterior felt old, the interior of the room was clean and spacious enough to allow for a comfortable stay. Also, in the morning, you can have a quick bite to eat as they have apples or bananas, muffins, and coffee. However, it was a bit disappointing that there was no breakfast buffet with a variety of foods.
Very nice, clean hotel, staff super nice and beds very comfortable. Would of preferred an outside pool but everything else was perfect.Front desk clerks day and night were super friendly 😊
It is especially convenient in the hospital area. One room has a double bed and a double sofa bed. It can be opened for four people. It is also convenient to have a kitchen. The hotel's infrastructure is complete. There are ice machines and water dispensers. There is a free coffee bar.
Located next to the highway, the room is very good, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, the parking is free, and the location is a lot. Suitable for self-driving tours from Niagara Falls to Washington. The Grand Falls can be reached in about 7 hours by car and from the hotel to the peak hour in Washington for about an hour.
KK1KiPet friendly hotel is a great thing. There seem to be fewer and fewer of them these days or ones changing up and becoming ones that no longer accommodate those with pets. So huge plus there. Wish the other guests with dogs would really just do better and clean up after their dogs like we are supposed to. Also wish guests with and without animals would cleanup properly after themselves and stop the unnecessary disgraceful littering. It’s such a horrible trait on a person and you can’t blame staff here for that at all. They can’t make them stop and follow all these littering folks around. It’s quite ridiculous when you see the proximity of a trash can to where and what some of these guests throw out onto the ground or leave out expecting house keeping is responsible to take care of what in my opinion is a ridiculous amount of trash that they can easily take to the dumpsters or even put into a trash can. Let alone just bag it up nicely at all if they are going to do that since they help attract rats to come by before well it’s what they look for. Again can’t blame staff or management for this. They try to enforce it and us guests who do our best and take responsibility do speak up, but there’s a reason they do this and it’s just high hopes that maybe something they hear other guests around them say will embarrass them or wake them up enough to do better and treat the staff and their fellow guests with the same respect they think they are due. House keeping is still on point coming by most days of the week and you can always pop by the laundry room or find them around during their shift and go grab what you need from them yourself. Also at the front desk most commonly needed amenities like toilet paper, soap, towels can be sleep for whilst they are off if you happen to need something or even a plunger. Just be kind and return items like plungers or brooms etc. if you borrow them. Don’t make the staff come to you looking for it. Location well hasn’t changed and you’ll be right by the main highway exits with easy routes to them and directions to me aren’t hard everything is close by when it comes to food, shopping, car services, delivery, things to do since you’re close to the city if you’re from out of town or just want to have a night out. Fast food spots and a some more restaurant type spots are within walking distance with most of the fast food being extremely close so if you are without a vehicle and don’t want to order delivery you can walk and gas stations near by as well that supply a little more than you’d find at most since their location is by the hotel. You can find yourself some shampoo, soap, tooth brushes, hats and gloves, dog/cat food even cat litter, coolers etc. and within walking distance. Over all it’s still good to me and if you plan to stay a while you get to know and consider those around you who also stay long your neighbors and everyone tries to help one another out those of us that do interact respectfully at least. Can’t say some things don’t go down, but that happens anywhere especially if you intend to stay for a decent amount of time you’re going to witness some things, but police are on point and helpful if it’s ever necessary to have them come by and they also come by to make sure things are A OK even when it just assumed something has happened and it was mistaken so that’s always a good thing. CCTV exists here and if needed as said the police come and access and address situations quickly as far as I’ve noticed and they are from experience more just about keeping everyone safe and subduing and ending any situation at hand without having to go as far as arrests unless necessary or provoked violence. I like that I can feel safe that there are many cameras around and even security during the late night and early morning keeping their eyes peeled to make sure we are safe. 👍🏼👍🏼
GGuest UserQuite good, staying at one o'clock in the morning, the bed is a big decoration and a little modern. The downside is that the breakfast at the restaurant was very poor. I walked two blocks to eat breakfast. Suitable for temporary stay for one night
GGuest UserThe good news is, the rooftop restaurant is very nice with beautiful views, a lively bar and imaginative cocktails plus good food. The hotel room we had was a bit run down. The tub didn’t drain properly, the makeup mirror was smudged, the pillowcase had a hole, and the room just seemed tired. It needed a chair. Other than the bed, there wasn’t any place to sit. I think there’s hotel needs a refresher.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very satisfying. Great location. The staff , from the front desk to the maids are very helpful and kind. There is plenty of shops, places to eat and entertainment for the entire family surrounding this hotel. The rooms are clean and well maintained.
SSimaThe beds are too thin, skinny, literally u sink in when sleeping and bed bugs not your faulty but people don't like to shower so pls spray after every visit,I sue to come every weekend but I had to slow down bcoz of those reasons n Rochies
SSmithThe services was awesome the hotel was clean and very cute the customer service was everything i really enjoyed my stay and you stay there again.
WweiqingBecause I was just about to do business, I chose this house. As for the motel, it is still decent, there is no problem with hygiene, the environment is also good, that is, there are more black people living next to it, standing there in the cold and dark, will scare me... There is still no picky overall.
