Our second time to stay here and no doubt, the staffs are very approachable and easy to transact with them. Regarding the room, the previous one is better than now but nonetheless, both clean and has free wifi. Recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

Very clean and comfortable accommodation. It was quiet and relaxing inside. I easily walked to all attractions in Binondo and Intramuras. The staff are very helpful and friendly. 7-Eleven shop downstairs is an advantage.

Overall, it’s a good value for money. It’s suitable for families, couples, and even business stays since the location is very strategic—close to almost everything. It’s just one street away from Rizal Park, near hospitals and the LRT station, and there are plenty of food stalls and restaurants nearby. The receiving area is spacious, the rooms are clean, and we enjoyed the breakfast. They also have a pool and gym, which is a nice plus. For improvement, access to the pool and shower area could be more convenient, especially when going back to the rooms. Also, since there’s still available space, it would be great if they could add a play area for toddlers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were courteous and accommodating, which made the experience even better.

We recently stayed for one night at The Bellevue Hotel and had a mixed experience. Check-in wasn’t very smooth. We encountered a minor issue where an adult needed to be present in each room before check-in, which caused a delay since one adult in our group was arriving later. Because of this, the kids couldn’t check in right away. Thankfully, we were still able to access our second room without much issue. I had specifically requested adjacent rooms during booking, but we were assigned rooms in different towers. While they weren’t extremely far apart or on different floors, it was still inconvenient and not what we expected. The Main Wing Deluxe room felt quite small for what’s advertised as a 5-star hotel. Additionally, the staff were not particularly accommodating, which impacted the overall experience. We also noticed what appeared to be bed bugs, which was quite concerning. On a more positive note, the breakfast buffet was enjoyable with a wide variety of choices, and the pool area was nice and relaxing. Overall, while there were some highlights, the issues we encountered—especially with room assignments, service, and cleanliness—made the stay less satisfying than expected.

✨Service and Atmosphere The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, ensuring we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The building’s facade and the stunning views of Manila Bay are designed exceptionally well, creating a beautiful and relaxing backdrop for a weekend getaway. ✨Room and Safety Our room was spotless and maintained a high standard of cleanliness that made the space feel very comfortable. It provided a great sense of security and peace of mind, allowing us to truly unwind and enjoy the environment. ✨Dining Experience The breakfast buffet was a highlight of the trip, featuring high-quality dishes that definitely deserve high praise. While the food served was excellent, expanding the variety of choices in the buffet would take the dining experience to the next level.

Our Anniversary Stay at B Hotel – As Wonderful As Ever! We just got back from our anniversary stay here, and as usual, the place didn’t disappoint! The moment we walked into the lobby, that lovely signature scent hit us – such a warm welcome. You can really tell they put so much effort into keeping everything spotlessly clean everywhere you look. We checked in pretty late at 7pm, but the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, we were thrilled to find a beautiful set-up – it made our anniversary feel extra special! The room itself was clean and smelled fresh, just like in all our past visits. The only little hiccup was with the hot water – we had a hard time getting the temperature right, which never happened before, but it was manageable. Breakfast was great as always, and I was so glad to see they’re refilling the food much quicker now. The staff were super attentive too, always making sure our water glasses were full. I also want to mention how much I appreciate that they stick to their rules – I showed up in flipflops for the buffet, and they kindly let me know I’d need to change my footwear. It’s clear they care about maintaining standards, and that’s a good thing! Parking was a bit tricky – honestly, it was mostly our fault for not telling the front desk right away that we needed them to call us when a spot opened up. We ended up parking outside until around 4am, but they did give us a call once there was space, so my husband was able to move the car to the guest parking and avoid paying overnight fees. One nice surprise – we found out this time that we can actually walk to ATC and Molito! We’ve always driven everywhere before and ended up paying for parking, so now we know better for next time. All in all, it was another really good stay – we love coming here and can’t wait to plan our next visit!

AAnna CarreonThank you for the wonderful stay at Sapphire Seaview Park. Our experience was pleasant and relaxing, with several standout features that made it memorable. Room and Amenities Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh. Staff Service Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere. Location and Security The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night. Areas for Improvement Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

EEdnhilWe had a fantastic stay at our unit in 150 Newport, Newport City, Philippines! The location is incredibly convenient, near NAIA T3 and just few walk away from the Church of St. Therese, Starbucks, McDonald’s,Mang Inasal, and plenty of other spots for dining and shopping. The swimming pool was also a highlight and easy to reserve a time slot at the lobby, and it’s open until 10 PM for a relaxing evening dip. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. No free slippers provided, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, highly recommend for a comfortable, accessible getaway. 👍🏼

AAowupimengwangAnother stay here, and it's improved a lot since last time. First off, the low room rate still makes it an incredibly value-for-money option. Secondly, upon entering the room this time, I noticed the smell was much less prominent than before; perhaps the hotel aired it out beforehand, as there was even a faint pleasant scent. Additionally, the room facilities maintain a standard comparable to Home Inns back home, which is quite rare to find abroad. Plus, it's reasonably convenient for both the airport and the train station. I highly recommend this hotel, especially as a cost-effective option for an overnight stay when catching an early flight or late bus.

DDzhentaoAmazing place. It's a love hotel that could actually work as a stopover if you're ready to experience Manila as it truly is. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness: no insects in the room, no dirt, and a clean jacuzzi, which isn't always the case even in more expensive hotels in Moscow. One of the hotel staff, a gecko, clearly protected us from insects! However, the bathrooms definitely need fixing. The pipes on both floors are leaking, which has led to a persistent puddle of stagnant water that never dries up. The mattress was firm, perhaps too much so for our liking. And the stairs are quite steep, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The hotel staff were generally friendly; I'm sure they would have been willing to help if needed, but we didn't have any issues. However, no one took the initiative, so over our three-day stay, we weren't even offered fresh towels or trash removal, which was a bit disappointing. The location is convenient because it's close to the airport (this was a big draw for us, as we only had two days in Manila). But on the other hand, stepping outside the hotel plunges you into the surrounding poverty: markets, homeless people. In the evenings, it felt a bit uncomfortable getting around without a taxi. I'd recommend taking a taxi every time you return after sunset. And yes, being close to the airport means plane noise day and night, so be prepared for that. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we might even consider returning next time.
