My stay at Lime Hotel and Resorts was truly a delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. Every interaction reflected professionalism and genuine care, which made the entire stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and designed for comfort. I especially appreciated how smoothly everything was handled—from check-in to room service—showing how committed the team is to providing excellent service. One highlight of my stay was the complimentary drinks. They were a thoughtful touch that added an extra layer of relaxation and enjoyment to the experience. It’s small details like this that really set Lime Hotel and Resorts apart from others. Overall, I highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a place that values quality service and guest satisfaction. I would definitely come back again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at One pacific place. From the moment we checked in, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome—special thanks to staff for going above and beyond. The room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the breakfast buffet/poo/playgroundl was a highlight of our trip. Perfect location for exploring makati city We will definitely be back!”

The room was quite spacious with a nice view outside the window. It had all the necessary amenities, though they were a bit old-fashioned. However, the bedding was comfortable. The service was excellent and very warm; when we ran out of complimentary bottled water and asked for more, the front desk informed us that bottled water had a charge, but thoughtfully sent up a large pitcher of purified water instead. You have to go through a security check, including your bags, every time you enter, which made us feel very safe. The lobby and restaurant were both very large.

Our Anniversary Stay at B Hotel – As Wonderful As Ever! We just got back from our anniversary stay here, and as usual, the place didn’t disappoint! The moment we walked into the lobby, that lovely signature scent hit us – such a warm welcome. You can really tell they put so much effort into keeping everything spotlessly clean everywhere you look. We checked in pretty late at 7pm, but the staff were all so pleasant and helpful. When we got to our room, we were thrilled to find a beautiful set-up – it made our anniversary feel extra special! The room itself was clean and smelled fresh, just like in all our past visits. The only little hiccup was with the hot water – we had a hard time getting the temperature right, which never happened before, but it was manageable. Breakfast was great as always, and I was so glad to see they’re refilling the food much quicker now. The staff were super attentive too, always making sure our water glasses were full. I also want to mention how much I appreciate that they stick to their rules – I showed up in flipflops for the buffet, and they kindly let me know I’d need to change my footwear. It’s clear they care about maintaining standards, and that’s a good thing! Parking was a bit tricky – honestly, it was mostly our fault for not telling the front desk right away that we needed them to call us when a spot opened up. We ended up parking outside until around 4am, but they did give us a call once there was space, so my husband was able to move the car to the guest parking and avoid paying overnight fees. One nice surprise – we found out this time that we can actually walk to ATC and Molito! We’ve always driven everywhere before and ended up paying for parking, so now we know better for next time. All in all, it was another really good stay – we love coming here and can’t wait to plan our next visit!

Hotel staffs were super friendly, from hotel entrance door the security guard down to room cleaning staffs, all shows a friendly smiles, very polite, kind and respectable staff. but I was hoping they could give some priviledge to a frequent regular hotel patrons or hotel guests like me to give extra hour for late checkout to attend a BRUNCH meetings so i wont be rushing back to hotel to pack my things to checkout before 2pm as my flight is at 8pm onward hoping for their consideration for late checkput at 5pm without additional fees charge on me thank you

Located in a very convenient community, with a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is great for quick snacks or drinks. You can easily call a Grab or a car service directly to the hotel. It's close to all the major tourist attractions. If you enjoy walking, you can explore everything on foot, including all the important historical sites in the Philippines. I really liked it here! The accommodation was quiet and peaceful, and I felt the price was good for the value. It was clean and comfortable, just what I'd expect from a hotel. What I liked most is that once you get your bearings, you realize it's close to all the main attractions. It's also not too far from the train station; you can take the train almost to the last stop and then walk about 1.5 kilometers to reach the airport.

We had a good experience stay at this hotel . The hotel is affordable and offers spacious rooms If you book the Premier Room, it even comes with a small kitchen, microwave, which is very convenient. The breakfast provided by the hotel is simple if you book with breakfast deal , but if you book without breakfast and order from the menu instead, there are more choices. The veggie cheese omelette is especially delicious and reasonably priced. There is also a nail spa next to the hotel where you can enjoy foot wraps ,body scrubs and massages . The service is very good and relaxing after a long day. Overall, it’s a comfortable place to stay with friendly staff and good value for the price.

New World Hotel Makati offers a thoroughly pleasant stay, distinguished by its strategic location and well-considered guest experience. Situated within easy reach of Makati’s key business districts, dining options, and transport links, the hotel is both practical and convenient for business and leisure travellers alike. The rooms are well maintained, with particular attention paid to comfort and functionality. The bathroom amenities are notably good—clean, modern, and generously provided—reflecting a level of care that is often missing in comparable hotels. Breakfast is another strong point. The spread is varied and well executed, with a wide selection of dishes catering to different tastes, making it a satisfying start to the day rather than a perfunctory offering. A welcome drink accompanied by live music is a thoughtful touch and a genuine bonus. It creates a relaxed first impression and sets a positive tone for the stay. Above all, New World Hotel Makati delivers solid value, comfort, and a few well-judged extras that elevate the experience beyond the ordinary.

AAnna CarreonThank you for the wonderful stay at Sapphire Seaview Park. Our experience was pleasant and relaxing, with several standout features that made it memorable. Room and Amenities Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh. Staff Service Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere. Location and Security The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night. Areas for Improvement Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

NNorman GutierrezBooking this hotel is as easy as you order food from the restaurant. Facility wise its good enough for a solo traveler or even with your friends. Although no breakfast included but the location is best enough since a variety of fast food and fine dining are just every where in that area. In general, this condotel specifically Henry's Newport hotel is good for me to a one night stay since its very near the airport. One request only is to have a weighing scale for travelers to have an access prior to going to the airport. I will book this hotel in my future travels in the Philippines.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night. All good, amenities clean, accomondating staff,. The smalls are small but soooo spacious, and everything is juts provided in the room, from clean towels to vanity kits to lotions.... but ALL ROOMS ARE SMOKING ROOMS, even at the buffet, people smoke and it's bothering for us, non-smokers.. Still , I like that the rooms did not smell of the smoke from the hallway...

DDzhentaoAmazing place. It's a love hotel that could actually work as a stopover if you're ready to experience Manila as it truly is. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness: no insects in the room, no dirt, and a clean jacuzzi, which isn't always the case even in more expensive hotels in Moscow. One of the hotel staff, a gecko, clearly protected us from insects! However, the bathrooms definitely need fixing. The pipes on both floors are leaking, which has led to a persistent puddle of stagnant water that never dries up. The mattress was firm, perhaps too much so for our liking. And the stairs are quite steep, which might not be comfortable for everyone. The hotel staff were generally friendly; I'm sure they would have been willing to help if needed, but we didn't have any issues. However, no one took the initiative, so over our three-day stay, we weren't even offered fresh towels or trash removal, which was a bit disappointing. The location is convenient because it's close to the airport (this was a big draw for us, as we only had two days in Manila). But on the other hand, stepping outside the hotel plunges you into the surrounding poverty: markets, homeless people. In the evenings, it felt a bit uncomfortable getting around without a taxi. I'd recommend taking a taxi every time you return after sunset. And yes, being close to the airport means plane noise day and night, so be prepared for that. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and we might even consider returning next time.

Kkat p fThe hotel was easy to find, it is better to travel with a car, the hotel has a lot of parking and is spacious. It is also not in walking distance to malls and wstablishments frequented in the area like Mall Of Asia, Ayala Malls by the bay, Okada, Solaire, etc. We went there for a concert and we have a lot of space to prepare as the rooms are very spacious. There are no microwave or fridge in the room but it didnt affect our stay as we opted to explore the food scene in the area. We are traveling with our pet cat too. They are pet friendly hotel.

AAnonymous UserThis is a ‘love’ hotel. Even though the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and discreet, the hotel lacks basic safety features such as a key for your room and a safe box. Therefore it’s pointless to book it in advance for several nights. There’s absolutely nothing around the hotel which can be positive or negative depending on what you’re looking for. Only recommend if all you’re looking for is privacy.

GGuest UserWhile not a perfect hotel, it's not a bad place for a short stay. The staff are friendly and proactive in handling requests. Plus, most of the room service food is delicious. The location isn't the best, but it's quite charming for those who enjoy a local atmosphere.
