Basic and clean hotel.

Very courteous and helpful staff, wide choice for breakfast and the buffet constantly replenished, room suited to our needs, we stayed for 3 nights, for a trip out of town, during the day we were out and in the evening we returned to the hotel, a little The heating temperature is high, well cleaned. Located near the Rovereto Sud motorway exit, 20 minutes from Riva Del Garda and 30 minutes from Trento.

The most perfect hotel in Italy on this trip, the hotel facilities and decoration style are very good, the breakfast is also very rich, they are all local omelettes, you can also order. Not to mention the scenery, there is a small church in the back mountain, and every picture is as beautiful as a picture. There is also a dedicated parking lot for self-driving, which is very safe.

As already highlighted by other tourists, the structure is dated, they could invest in modernization. But for our needs it could be overlooked, the thing that instead finds all our disapproval, is the fact that, despite paying a surcharge of 21 euros because we had the dog .... There is no space dedicated to those who have an animal, a space for breakfast (included in the reservation) .... Not to mention the lack of preparation on the subject of guests with dogs, quite numerous nowadays .... Even just the way of saying, no! The dog cannot enter the room (which is absolutely understandable) but not having the foresight to offer an alternative .... Simply a: If you want you can sit at the tables outside or in a dedicated corner .... 🤷. My wife suggested it and we sat outside with my wife going back and forth with the tray .... And in the end to hear them say: are you happy now? No! We were not. And when it came to the bill ... under the heading 21 euros for the dog's stay .... I asked what he was referring to… the “gentleman” at the reception was totally unprepared… Let's put it this way…. In all the other rentals in the following days, we never encountered any problems, indeed they were very welcoming and available to solve (rather than create) problems or difficulties that arose.

The only problem is that pets are allowed in the hotel. Many people stay with dogs and they will urinate everywhere.
