My room was pretty clean except for a few hiccups. Now, it's quite disturbing to come to an apartment city and not have the necessary cleaning (which isn't done every day, nor spare towels) but to ask us to leave it clean. Everything is an extra charge so I'm quite disappointed by that.
Pros:
- Well located right next to bus station, while still being quiet
- well located right next to ”downtown” Chamonix
- Keep your luggage if arrive early & when check out but travel arrangement is later on
- clean room, with a view of the mountain
- has an arcade at the lobby for children
- front desk always available to help and provide travel tips
Cons:
- Pricey for a 3 star hotel, 220 USD per night, no breakfast included
- House keeping attempted to enter my room while I had put up the sign to not disturb, therefore woke me up in the process. When I went to check the do not disturb was removed. Either by housekeeping or another hotel guest.
- Bedroom felt a bit small, but I dont know if that is just a european thing in general
- No queen beds, instead its two double beds sticked together. So dont sleep in the middle of the bed unless you want back pain
The staff was welcoming. Especially the girl with the glasses, whose name i unfortunately forgot to ask was very helpful.
Overall clean room.
Nice and quite area, best for budget travelling.
Would surely come back.
The hotel reception is very good and speaks multiple languages. The location is also very convenient. The scenery of the hotel is also very beautiful. When you open the window, you can see the snow-capped mountains. The hotel can also rent ski equipment
Everything about my stay was superb. So easy to get to from the airport on the 66 bus. The staff were all lovely and my apartment was fantastic. The bedroom was clean, warm, dark, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen area is extremely well equipped and if you don’t fancy cooking or spending a fortune in a restaurant, I can highly recommend the pizza stall outside!
The breakfast is great with a varied selection of hot and cold foods and drinks.
I booked the shuttle from the hotel to the airport and it was on time and very quick.
I slept really well but woke up soaking wet. I realised it was down to the plastic/rubber sheet under the bedsheets! This was the only problem I encountered.
I would definitely return here if I visit Geneva again.
Nice room (similar to a small apartment)
Service is very good (downstairs 7pm - 7am parking is free)
Facilities: Refrigerator, Microwave, kettle, Gas Stove
Health: not bad
Environment: Town center, surrounded by restaurants, shops, parking
Service: Very good
This hotel is near to the Annemasse station, about 70m away. The access into hotel is via access card. The room has comfortable beds, kitchen with a stove and microwave, some utensils. You can also refill water at the lobby. Overall it's a comfortable stay if you were to get to Geneva at day time and come back to stay to save cost.

Good check in and check out, some issues with the plug in the sink draining water slowllly and the air conditioner isn't adjustable but otherwise a good experience!
We took an apartment for 4 (one bed and one sofa bed). Very comfortable with good air conditioning that works.
The reception closes at 7pm and we arrived later but an envelope with the cards was prepared in a safe for us.
The hotel is a 4* but it is not really worth it. Comfortable and very good but do not expect a real 4 star.
There are restaurants less than 3 minutes walk away, several free parking lots.

TThomasBGMy overall conclusion is that this was a nice hotel which was worth the money paid, but that doesn't mean I liked absolutely everything there. The important stuff - it was spacious, it was quiet, it was very clean. The not so important, but could bring you some nail bites - the reception works until 9pm - and after that you're on your own. If you have a late check-in... there was no communication from the hotel side prior to that, so it was a surprise. Luckily the phone seen somewhere on the wall lead me to calling someone (after midnight actually) who told me on the phone a code for the safe holding the envelope with my key. But if the hotel door was locked (and it usually is)... I don't know what I would do. But apart from that, everything else was a pleasure. Thanks!
GGuest UserThe overall design is very good! The room is very clean and comfortable, the quilt cover and pillow cover are linen and very comfortable; the 24-hour snack bar in the public area is very clean, providing hot drinks, small cakes and nuts, which is very comfortable; you can apply for an extended check-out time for 30 euros; a taxi service is provided; the location is very good, right on the Rhone River, across the bridge is the commercial district, 15 minutes walk from the Place Bellecour, 40 minutes walk to the top of Fourvière Hill, the street view along the way is good, there are many places to eat, and it takes 35 minutes by taxi from the airport; finally, let me talk about the service, the staff at the front desk and the small restaurant are very enthusiastic and responsible, and they speak fluent English!

张张I came to participate in an interview with Schneider Electric. For the convenience of coming and going, I chose this hotel very close to the train station. Because it is a budget hotel, I didn’t expect much before I came. However, the front desk service and room hygiene are particularly good, and the front desk is small. My brother also helped to print 10 pages of documents for free. Ordered breakfast for 9 euros in the morning, just to get enough food and clothing. If you like to eat better, I recommend going to a nearby coffee shop to try hot croissants and chocolate.
GGuest UserExcellent hotel. The day cost $82. Booked less than a week.
The location is not central , but it is the final and the bus is holly.
Our windows were with a beautiful view on the river - thank you very much reception that went to the meeting and gave us a room with the view as we asked.
The number is small, but for one night the most.
Everything is clean and stylish. I liked hooks with hangers.
The transparent toilet is certainly scary !
In general - all well , all questions to designers.
I would like to note that you have left things with passports and money for storage on the resepshne - all in value and safety ! Thank you to honest staff
AAnonymous UserFacilities: relatively new, comfortable bed can get a good rest.
Hygienic: The hotel is very clean
Environment: The hotel environment is very good, the sofa in the lobby has a sense of design, very comfortable, the sun on the platform, the air is fresh and the temperature is pleasant, and the surrounding scenery is beautiful.
