I went to Yeosu with a friend and stayed at the Venetian Hotel for one night.
The hotel had a nice view and was clean, so I ended up staying for two nights.
I stayed one night yesterday and liked the hotel so much that I said I wanted to stay one more night. The person next to me gave me the VIP room on the highest floor.
I felt good and had a good night's sleep.
The staff was also kind and nice.
The Venetian Hotel had a nice view and the rooms were clean and nice.
You can see Odongdo on the left across the back of the hotel, the Yeosu Marine Cable Car on the right high in the middle of the Sono Camp, and you can see all the hotels around it. The night view of the Yeosu sea is so pretty.
There is also Aqua Planet Yeosu Expo in front of the Venetian Hotel, so it's nice to walk around and look around.
Big luxurious hotel, good value for money depending on your deal. Nice breakfast but strange that you have to pay to enter the swimming pool. You can zip line from the top floor, nice views of the surrounding area.
It was a trip to celebrate my mother's birthday.
It was my first trip to Yeosu, and I found it while looking for a good place to stay.
Since I arrived earlier than the check-in time, the staff kindly
stored my luggage.
Thanks to that, I was able to spend the remaining time comfortably sightseeing :)
They kindly guided me when I arrived on time.
The room was very clean, and I was assigned to a high floor, so the view was the best!
I really felt that a good hotel is different.
Unfortunately, I couldn't use dinner because there was a reservation,
but I was able to use breakfast.
The quality of the food was excellent, and it was more delicious than I thought, so I had a pleasant meal time ใ ใ
I think it's because the staff's service was good,
so I felt really good while using it ^^
It's even better because my parents were very satisfied!
I want to visit again next time I go to Yeosu.
I used it well!
Thank you!
Overall it was good, but
I guess the lack of cleaning is inevitable...
I saw it when I was a guest and it was disgusting
There were two or three hairs on the floor, which was understandable
The facilities, view, and location are all fine
But those checking in late at night should be quiet and not think about themselves
I checked in after midnight, but it finally became quiet a little before 2am
They were yelling, banging, and squeaking...
The front desk staff responded well to the noise,
But the level of the guests on the upper floors was like going to a motel or hanging out
I couldn't sleep because they kept making noise and banging without any response even after asking once
I don't think this is a hotel problem.
I stayed here for one night on a business trip. Brown Dot is a chain hotel with locations throughout South Jeolla Province, and every one I've been to has a new and nice facility. The Damyang location is no exception. The lobby feels like a five-star hotel. The Styler was a useful feature. Netflix and YouTube are available. The bathroom is clean. The police station is right next door, which is reassuring, and restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes are all nearby. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.
There is a convenience store nearby, and it is spacious, has an ocean view, and is reasonably priced. I had a great stay here ^^ This is my second time here~~ I will visit again next time!! (One thing that is disappointing is that the contents of the shampoo and rinse container are different from the brand ใ ใ )
This Jeju Island trip, I'm planning to mainly tour Seogwipo City, so I booked this hotel!
The nearby Sanbangsan rapeseed flower field and Yongmeori Coast are also in full bloom, and the Osulloc green tea field is right next to the hotel, so I often went there without worrying about forgetting to change clothes every day, took pictures, and made a lot of memories.
It's also close to Luna Fall, Jeju Dang Cafe, etc., so the location is really great! There's less traffic on the way there and back!
But the downside is that the parking space is okay, but the parking space is too narrow, so those who are not good at parking might have a hard time parking. The room itself is clean, spacious, and nice, but the soundproofing is not very good. ใ When checking in at the hotel, I think they need to teach you to quietly close the door at night and not talk too loudly even if you're not a loud person. ใ Other than that, I'm really satisfied!
Oh, if you catch the right day, you can see cherry blossoms in the hotel parking lot, take pictures, and make more memories!
After a satisfying stay at Sono Felice Del Pino in Goseong, Gangwon Province last winter, we decided to visit Jindo Sol Beach this summer. The resort itself was perfect: from the immaculate facilities and stunning landscaping to the friendly service provided by the front desk staff, everything was exceptional.
However, our evening was completely ruined by a very unpleasant experience at one of the on-site chicken restaurants. When I went down to place a takeout order, I was told to return in 15 minutes. Upon my return, I was informed that my order had been missed and was asked to wait an additional 5 minutes. However, it took much longer than 5 minutes before our food was finally brought out.
I completely understand that mistakes happen, so I wasn't upset simply because my order was initially missed. However, what truly disappointed and angered me was the staff member's attitude: instead of even a simple apology, they unceremoniously dropped the food on the table without a word and walked away. I wasn't asking for anything extraordinary; I simply expected my order to be ready on time. And if an order is missed, I believe a basic courtesy, even a simple apology, is standard practice for anyone in business.
I even questioned if I was being overly sensitive, but after checking the reviews for this particular restaurant, I found numerous accounts of similar experiences from other customers. Of course, I understand that Sol Beach merely has a contractual relationship with this specific vendor. However, given the numerous promotional videos for this particular establishment found throughout the resort, I believe Sol Beach has a responsibility to oversee its operations to some extent, if only to protect its own image. Many reviews highlighted the sentiment that customers are treated without basic courtesy, as if they are merely one-time visitors who will buy once and never return. Is it fair to assume that these numerous customers will only visit Sol Beach once? It's hard to argue that poor management of these affiliated establishments won't directly affect Sono Resort's revenue.
Overall Verdict: Jindo Sol Beach staff and facilities were perfect, but the service at the affiliated vendor was appalling.
*(Note: The other on-site establishment, which would have been pictured here, provided excellent service. Please excuse the absence of photos.)

Very Good
์์๋๋งจThe sea view was nice and the surroundings were quiet, which was nice.
The breakfast was also delicious. The rice noodle soup was the best...
It's a little disappointing that there's no full-length mirror.
GGuest UserIt was the same as the picture. It was spacious and comfortable. There were all restaurants and marts nearby. It was nice to see. I stayed in No. 208, but the coffee pot dryer was broken and it didn't work. Fortunately, there was a water purifier right in front of the room. ใ I should have told the boss, but I couldn't tell him because he was empty. I'm going to go to Wando again next time.

GGuest UserThe price-to-performance ratio was really good, and the room condition was also great. The rooftop was nice, too. I really liked it. ^^ My family who went with me even praised it.
GGuest UserThis motel was probably the cleanest one I have stayed at. No stains on the bed or towels, and the floor was clean. The only bad thing is that the ceiling went up into a kind of square shape above the bed, and there was a big bug (not a roach) above where my head was, and there's like a little trough area so it was able to hide, too, and it wouldn't die, no matter how many times I sprayed it. I couldn't change rooms until the next day, so I slept with my head at the foot of the bed. The next day, I was moved to a different room with a wooden panel sticking down from the ceiling so no bugs would fall. They also kept my luggage while I went out for the day, and the workers were friendly. It was a good stay overall.
GGuest UserThe hotel room is big and spacious, with one queen and one single bed. The appliances in the room are very new. Itโs very much like a studio apartment but not allowed to cook. The location is perfect, short walk within the marina area, 2km to Changdu island and convention hall.
What I didnโt like was the lack of amenities. They only provide SMALL towels for guests but stating that itโs government regulations restricting on one time used items. Itโs BS, if you can provide small towels, then you should provide big towels. They are not one time use items.
They also donโt provide instant coffee nor tea. We have to get it at CU or GS25 ourselves.
GGuest UserVery good location, near the port, shops, restaurants.
Old but:
- very large bedroom for two
- the bedding is good
- the bathroom is good (even if you have to wait a very long time for hot water, when it's there, it's ok!)
- the air conditioning and its adjustment work well
Our room didn't have the best view or the best entry of light; we learned, unfortunately, to make do with it because in the past month that we have been traveling in Korea, only once have we had a real window... so it's recurring here โน๏ธ
The soundproofing is not great but โbetterโ than elsewhere.
Too bad there isn't a desk and two chairs, the space in the room would allow it without problem, we missed it
In conclusion, the quality/price ratio is excellent and, having already been elsewhere and much worse for twice as much, we already regret this hotel!
GGuest UserI came on a trip with friends and was surprised at how clean the accommodation was. The bathroom was especially clean, and the 2nd floor front desk was well-equipped to relax. It was a pity that I couldn't use breakfast because I left early. I want to use it again next time.
