I did some research on Ctrip before I went there and chose this one mainly because 1. It is close to the scenic spot, 3 minutes walk 2. The reviews are good. Although the price is more expensive than usual, I was not disappointed when I arrived. The environment is no different from the pictures. The most important thing about a B&B is that it has a good environment and is clean and hygienic. Most B&Bs in Guizhou are built by locals themselves, and there is no design at all. This one is very designed. The boss is really different. The breakfast in the morning is also good. The boss is a couple, from Northeast China and Hunan. They are very nice. They prepare a route map for each guest and make breakfast personally. Nice

I would say this particular Holiday Inn Express services had exceeded beyond my expectation. Whatever request you may have, the staff will go beyond their incredible ability to ensure your needs and requests are taken care of. Over and over again and Consistently. I attribute this to the Great tutelage under their impressive General Manager. I will highlight a few names to whom I am grateful for their outstanding assistance. Xiao Wang, Xiao Tian, Kevin, Jason, housekeeping, etc. I hope Holiday Inn Express will take notice of their names for recognition. Thank you and see you soon.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are top-notch! The smart system in the room, the super comfortable big bed, the spacious and bright bathroom (dry and wet separation, and smart toilet) are all impressive. Hygiene: From entering the lobby to entering the guest room, everything is spotless. The room is cleaned extremely carefully, the bathroom is white and shiny, the bedding is clean and fresh, and there is no dust even in the corners. The disinfection details are also in place, and it is very safe to stay. Service: The service is the real highlight! From the enthusiastic and efficient check-in guidance at the front desk, to the timely response of the room service (quick resolution of needs and good attitude), to the professionalism and thoughtfulness of the restaurant staff, every staff member is smiling, proactive, and makes people feel at home. Special praise for the hotel's beautiful front desk Xixi, who enthusiastically arranged a driver to take us to the airport for free, and also gave us a small gift, which exceeded expectations. Environment: The hotel environment is elegant and quiet. The lobby design is stylish, and the public area is spacious and comfortable. The overall atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, and the sound insulation effect is excellent, ensuring high-quality rest and sleep. Summary: From hardware to software, from details to the whole, it perfectly interprets the standards of star hotels. It was a nearly perfect accommodation experience, highly recommended to business guests and holiday travelers who pursue high quality! I will definitely choose here again next time!

I had a beautiful stay in this hotel. The location is convenient, a couple minutes walk from a metro station (exit B) and about 15 minutes to the railway stations. There is food all around, and a shopping center across. The staff is very friendly and gave me a free upgrade when I arrived. The room I had a bathtub next to the window overlooking the best views in the city - I could see all the trendy night views. I went to the actual locations and the views were no match for what I could see from my window (plus, no crowds!) The room has a nice projector and great lighting for viewing. The internet is fast and I didn’t have any issues streaming. There is some noise so the windows should be kept closed at night because there’s a lot of traffic noise. Highly recommended and I’ll stay here again if I return.

The rooms were old, the hotel facilities outdated, and the staff's service attitude was poor. Despite being a 'brand' hotel, it didn't live up to its name at all. 1. There wasn't a single USB port in the room. If you didn't bring your own charging brick, you couldn't charge your devices at all. 2. The font on the in-room phone was so tiny it was almost illegible. Even with perfect eyesight, I had to squint and guess which button was for the front desk. To make matters worse, there was no dedicated front desk button, so I had to randomly press two different buttons before finally getting through. 3. The hair dryer was old and would overheat and shut off after just 10 seconds. When I called the front desk, they informed me that it would trip its overheat protection on the highest setting and advised me to use the 'constant temperature' mode to dry my hair slowly, suggesting I call back if that didn't work either. I was honestly speechless. Even a budget chain like Hanting (and I'm not trying to disparage Hanting at all) wouldn't have service and facilities this bad these days. 4. The bathroom door was very difficult to close, which was quite inconvenient for us, especially traveling with our daughter. Frankly, a functioning bathroom door that closes properly should be a basic expectation for any hotel, shouldn't it? (The more I vent, the more I question my own sanity for staying here!) Please, everyone, steer clear of this place!!!! For this level of quality, our room cost nearly 600 RMB. All I can say is, Guizhou is simply too expensive.

 Out of the 8 hotels that we have stayed so far for this trip to Guizhou, we found this hotel to be the most outstanding in terms of service especially the staff during the morning breakfast.  She was very knowledgeable in introducing the specialties of food in Zunyi that was served.  She even went to the extend of introducing the park that has the blooming cherry blossom. The varieties of food served during breakfast was great. Breakfast served on the top floor was great too. The room was also very comfortable.  Toiletries like body wash, shampoo, body lotion, etc were all with natural plant iingredients.

Arrived at Guiyang Longdongbao International Airport in the evening and checked into Holiday Inn Guiyang Airport. The hotel is strategically located, just 500 meters away from Terminal T3. I was impressed by the receptionist Rina and Ian, who were professional and provided very nice service. The room was very close to the elevator and was immediately changed to a quiet one. The breakfast was varied, the bedding and facilities in the room were good, and the price-performance ratio was very high. I will choose this hotel again next time I come to Guiyang.

The overall hotel room is normal in China, but when I left the hotel lobby to take the elevator, I was really shocked. The two elevators were too old and terrible. Every time I left the hotel, I had to pass a convenience store and enter the main entrance from the back door of the convenience store. A large number of guests keep passing through the shelf channel of the convenience store 🙄

We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient. Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful! There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated. However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately. While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in. Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!

From check-in to check-out, every single detail made us feel incredibly well taken care of. Definitely a five-star rating! **Environment & Facilities:** The hotel's design is very inviting, with a spacious, bright, and artistic lobby. Our family room was incredibly comfortable and spacious; our child literally jumped for joy as soon as we entered! They even provided children's slippers and toothbrushes in the room – excellent attention to detail! The mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary snacks and drinks, and you could always ask the front desk or housekeeping for refills if needed. **Dining Experience:** Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and was especially kid-friendly. The spicy chicken noodles were a real local specialty, and our little one absolutely loved them! **Service Attitude:** I must commend the hotel staff – every single person was friendly and smiling, proactively helping with luggage and providing directions. The front desk attendant knew we had a child and even went out of her way to recommend nearby kid-friendly attractions. Room service was also very prompt; any requests we had were resolved immediately. **Location & Convenience:** The hotel's location is excellent, with shopping malls and parks just a few minutes' walk away. It's incredibly convenient and pleasant. This stay truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to families traveling with children! We will definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip!
