Very nice and good hotel to stay in the beautiful city of Innsbruck. Located not too far from city centre but its only 10 mins by bus to the city and the hotel provides every guests with free bus card for the whole stay, make it easy and convinient for us. The rooms are clean & has enough space. The breakfast also complete and delicious. There are some restaurants & supermarket nearby the hotel. The bus stop also just around the corner of the hotel. This hotel also has free washing machine & dryer to use, with gym & sauna too. Overall this is such a wonderful hotel to stay for our whole family. Thank you for the hospitality
Unfortunately, it was unprofessional to send us to the spa with our luggage during check-in, even though there was a storage area at reception if the room wasn't ready. I also missed coffee in the room.
lovely stay! The staff was welcoming, the rooms were stylish and comfy, breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect—close to the old town and Kufstein Fortress. Highly recommend!
Perfect for a one night stay on our way further south for hiking. It’s more of a modern touch for younger but suits everyone if just for sleep and they had a great breakfast. Shower was very new and clean.
This hotel does not leave any wishes open! The suite was very spacious, very well maintained and clean and beautifully furnished. The view of the Austrian Alps is only the ”tip on the i”. The light as well as the Non-Disturbing function or the request for room cleaning can be controlled centrally via a tablet. The spa is impressively large, especially the sauna landscape has impressed us very much. The Eichenheim restaurant is the perfect address to make the evening out of the hot stone at a Vienna slice or steak. Also the staff is very friendly and welcome. All in all the perfect location, whether for a weekend trip or even longer. We will certainly come back!

Very Good
GGuest UserThis hotel is about 3-4 bus stops away from the Innsbruck Bahnhof. The view from the room is fantastic, absolutely enjoyed it! The toilet is big and with bath tub. Kettle and hairdryer are in good condition too! There is also a mini fridge (which turns out is the only hotel that has one of all my hotel bookings). They used a smart pad function for you to set up your own morning call too, like it!
GGuest UserWhen systems replace people
Alpenpark Seefeld is, from an architectural and spa perspective, a high-quality hotel.
The materials, interior design and spa facilities show that a lot of investment and effort went into the physical space.
What failed completely during my stay was human communication.
A small misunderstanding regarding food turned into a deeply uncomfortable experience, not because of the rules themselves, but because of how rigidly and mechanically they were enforced.
Instead of clarifying expectations or simply explaining the system calmly, the staff reacted in a defensive, automated way, as if they were protecting a conveyor belt rather than speaking to a person.
At no point did anyone try to understand what I actually meant.
Instead, the situation was subtly reframed so that I appeared as someone “demanding something for free”, which was never the case. This role reversal felt humiliating and unnecessary — and it happened solely because no one paused for a moment to communicate as a human being.
The same pattern appeared again when I addressed the fact that my room heating was not working for two nights (later confirmed by technicians).
The response was not concern or responsibility, but a procedural answer: “You should have said something earlier, now nothing can be done.”
What connects these situations is not bad luck, but a systemic mindset:
rules over people, procedures over reality, defense over understanding.
This hotel does not have a problem with facilities.
It has a problem with conveyor-style perception of guests, where the goal seems to be closing interactions quickly rather than actually resolving them.
I am writing this not out of anger, but in the hope that the team pauses and reflects:
How did a paying guest end up feeling diminished, unheard, and mislabeled — in a hotel of this level?
With a shift toward real communication and accountability, Alpenpark Seefeld could be excellent.
Without it, even beautiful interiors cannot compensate for the emotional damage caused by robotic service.
GGuest UserNot our first and it won't be our last stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, but we are used to a different service. This time the room wasn't as clean as one is used to from the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The room was dated.
JJohn Vincent (JV)*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.*
I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so.
Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background.
The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling.
Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast.
Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time.
Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.
AAnonymous UserThe location is very good, right in the old town, you can walk around every day. It's near the Marktplaz bus stop, making it convenient to take the bus to go sightseeing. The day I arrived at the hotel at 10:00, I was able to check in right away, but I got a room on the 1st floor, on the hotel parking lot side, which made it noisy and smelled of cigarettes all the time. I couldn't open the window, but luckily the hotel had air conditioning. Overall, I was impressed. The front desk staff provided very good service. If you stay at the hotel for 2 nights or more, you also get a welcome card.

GGuest UserWe travelled as a family of 5 across Europe and must say, we had the best experience at Adlers Hotel. Proximity to train station was good. Views from the rooms were the highlight. Staff were also very patient and friendly. All in all - a 10/10 experience for us. Will highly recommend.
GGuest UserFor the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries? We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it in good conscience.
GGuest UserA very new hotel in innsbruck, opened this year. It’s very accessible as it’s near to innsbruck hbf and a small walk from the town area. As it’s a new hotel, the facilities are very new and modern. The rooftop bar has a good view of the Tyrol mountain range. The front desk staff are extremely friendly and warm.
KkoratakiLovely stay in the heart of Innsbruck
I had a great experience staying at a hotel right in the center of Innsbruck. The location was perfect — close to the old town, shops, and public transport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very calm. One of the highlights was the breakfast in the morning — a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Innsbruck!
