Hotels With Parking in Shanxi, China

The hotel is located on the 19th floor of an office building. Although the room is not too big, it is clean and hygienic, and the bed is comfortable. The shower room and toilet are separated, which is quite convenient. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot downstairs, which is convenient for self-driving. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and you can eat well. The only drawback is that the hanging area is too small, and you can only hang one piece of clothing. In fact, adding a few hooks next to it will be more convenient for travelers.

This hotel may seem expensive, but it really is worth it. Super clean public areas and super clean rooms. Bright, light and with a large tv (which you can stream from your phone / laptop) , desk, fridge, kettle, etc... The toilet has a bidet feature which is great. The location is opposite street food vendors and Linfen park. There is no noise from them, so don't worry about it. But it is around a 30min walk / 5 min car to the nearest shopping area, so I'll mark it down a little on location. Facilities are great, great laundry room that also has little items like a lint roller, wool pilling remover, color catching sheets etc... are all provided.  The gym has two technogym treadmills and a rowing machine and bike. All great quality but the gym has no weights at all.  But the cardio machines are very high quality.  Service is great. everyone is super attentive and polite.  The bed is high quality and pillows are lovely. USB A and USB C on each side of the bed.  Wifi is very good and fast, I was able to remote play into my PS5 without issue (just use the streaming TV wifi)  There's a separate desk also. The shower and toilet are separated which means one can shower while the other person can still use the toilet. Towels are great too.  There is one issue I found was that the room was too hot and the AC didn't do much, the staff gave me a desk fan which was helpful.  This hotel may seem costly, especially as many other hotels in Linfen have good reviews, but this is my third hotel in Linfen and this hotel is worth it. If you don't care about the weights in gym then you don't need to think about it and book this place. 

It really lives up to its reputation! During the Great Snow season, the temperature is low and the area around the Wang Family Courtyard is also deserted. The hotel looks quite inconspicuous from the outside, but it is warm and cozy once you enter the lobby, not only because of the heating, but also because of the hospitality of the girls at the front desk. She helped us carry our luggage upstairs, and when she heard that I had leg pain, she immediately brought me a foot bath. Every time a guest goes up or down the stairs, a waiter will come out to inquire. The bedding was good quality and very comfortable. The tea room on the first floor is very tasteful. After a walk after dinner, the two of us sat down around the stove and made tea, which was really enjoyable.

Red lantern Inn gives the best service among all the hotels I’d stayed so far in China. The owner and his wife picked me up from the Train station 20 min away. The location is superb, inside the old city and located just 5 min walk from the North Gate. The Mansion is so beautiful and well kept for hundreds years old building unless you like everything new or modern. The best part is Xiao Lei, the sweet and polite inn keeper who’s extremely helpful although we had to use Google translator to communicate. He goes all out of his ways to do anything to make your stay comfortable and your visit enjoyable. He cannot explain how to but the ticket for the Old city, so he walks with me to the office. He also drives an electric truck to deliver my luggages to the north gate and call the taxi for me to the airport. I’ll definitely come back to stay here if I come visit Pingyaogucheng again. I completely recommend this inn to everyone.

Hotel based at the foot of HengShan. You need to park in the ticket buying area (cannot park directly at hotel) staff called beforehand to tell me this and arrange collection at the car park ~ Very helpful staff who collected me from the entrance and took me back to my car after A lovely hotel room with a comfy bed Awesome shower! Beautifully decorated. Shop and restaurant in the hotel as it is the only thing at the base of the mountain. Staff were accommodating of my dietary requirements. Very convenient to step out and begin the hike immediately! Some tea and coffee in the room and perhaps a fridge would have made it even better 😊

I have been to many countries. Lantingxu is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Every staff member is very warm and thoughtful. Attentive and polite, freshly ground coffee is always available at the front desk. Fruit pastry platters are delivered to the room every day. You can ask the front desk for bottled water any time. This can't be done in any other country. The breakfast is nutritious and has carbohydrate fiber. The pickled side dishes made by the chef sister are not repeated every day. It is very delicious. I heard that we like millet porridge and tea eggs, so I will add them immediately. The hotel is in a great location, just in the ancient city, very convenient to visit the snack street and the north and south city buildings. The hotel design is very Chinese, elegant and quiet. The room is equipped with smart facilities, floor heating and air conditioning, and a private hot spring pool. It is very pleasant to eat a fruit platter. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to experience Hanfu. Another happy discovery is that there is a vinegar shop next to the hotel. Every day, I smell the vinegar fragrance. I specially visited twice to understand the history and process of vinegar making, and I have gained knowledge. Thanks again to all staff, highly recommended.

I have been to the ancient city many times and stayed in many B&Bs. Zhixinfu Hot Spring B&B really won my heart. The rooms are clean, tidy and bright. The location is very lively in the center of Nanbian Street. It is convenient for eating, drinking and playing. The reception service is also very good. The decoration of the lobby is very unique. Especially suitable for taking pictures📸The room for checking in and drinking tea is very warm. The boss said that it was heated at home. The next morning, he went to have a meal near the B&B and the sister at the front desk thoughtfully prepared tissues. I was so satisfied that I will come back next time!

The space in the room is tall, 2 meters big bed, and the comfort of the bedding is well received. 🥤 Small refrigerator drinks are free and fruit plates are presented. FamilyMart voted unanimously as the best accommodation for this trip to Shanxi, with services that surpass those of first-tier international brands such as Marriott😆😆 Service:🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The customer service butler added WeChat the day before check-in, carefully asked us about our estimated arrival time and travel methods, and provided a lot of free consultation along the way😂😂 We encountered congestion on the highway and almost missed the scheduled performance in the evening. The lady was waiting on the roadside early in the morning, led us to the parking lot🅿️, and led us to the theater🎭~ It was a smooth ride~~ She also helped us book a popular restaurant for dinner, saving us the time of queuing! So thoughtful!! This is a gem in Datong. Really pretty place located in the old town just next to HuaYan temple. Short walk to the temple entrance. The owners are very lovely people, giving us a free upgrade on one of our bookings (3 children) so that they can have their own beds even though I offered to pay extra. The triple room is great size with a balcony! The double room is smaller, and both rooms even have high-tech toilets with remote control for bidet functions. They provide disposable items in the rooms as well if you prefer. What i love modt is the common area. There are birds and fish in the common area, which is a delight to the children. Xiaohui, the macaw will mimick some words of ours when we are not in sight! I have also developed ”my spot” on the rocking chair in the common area, just enjoying the tranquillity of the place. Really lovely and highly recommended accommodation in Datong!!
