I usually come here with my family and this has been one of the worst experiences EVER!! The guest services at the front desk was very insulting with asking me if the person I came with is a part of my party! When asked for more towels I got the wrong set and also when I went to get it myself there was an extra wait time as none was on property. The bartender had a disgusting attitude I could puke my drink with his non friendliness, definitely will turn guests away. When checking out the way they were going on about their second key I’m like do they really think I would want to keep their second key the other person was on the beach when I was checking out and the way the guy at the front desk made it seem like I would like their key was SUCH a turnoff!!!! I WILLL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. The servers at breakfast and dinner were nice and as always a big shoutout to the lifeguards!! The hospitality never changes when we stay here amongst them! The entire front desk needs to be FIRED and that bartender!

Even though this place is far out, I like the fact that they provided little signs each distance to let you know you are almost there. The receptionist was excellent. The staff here are very helpful and amazing. They never ever seemed bothered nor unwilling. The food was great. Our room, oh gosh, was very comfortable. What you see on their site is exactly what is there. They also ensure you are provided with fresh towels and bed linens. No one is impeding your space, no noise. Peace and quietness. I'll definitely be returning for a longer stay.
Negril Beach Club

Stayed in E104. It's clean but the property is old overall with dark corners to turn as you walk the grounds to get from this Standard Room unit to dining/bar and beach. Window and balcony view is of the street entrance. Jamaica traffic, fast cars, loud honking trucks, zooming motorbikes whizzing by. The balcony is spacious but who wants to sit at a beach condo and watch the front entrance, guard hut, and street? You can hear the guard chatting with passerby's constantly (Jamaicans are very social people). There are no electric outlets in bathroom for hair dryer or flat iron or WaterPik. Just my opinion but this unit is not worth more than about $60 per day. The front door is flimsy and unsecured. Looks like it was kicked in at one point or maybe the wood is warped. The front door is on a slant so bottom of the door protrudes inward and has a gap between it and the door frame-lets in mosquitos. The door handle is a kitchen cabinet handle on the inside and on the outside. The door has no weight, and the lock barely latches. It feels VERY unsafe! No instructions provided on how to use the safe. There was no iron and ironing board which was advertised, and there were a few wire hangers in closet. There is a working mini fridge/freezer but no microwave! No cups, coffee maker, nothing. Room had decent television with cable. The restaurant menu is limited and there is no opportunity for fresh fruits and vegetables of the island to enjoy and not many fish options. Bottled water is scarce. Unit has no phone and so you must call front desk/office from your own phone or walk to front desk. Each condo is individually owned so changing to a different unit is impossible. No info provided in the room about Wifi access/password which was EXTREMELY NECESSARY for me. I took a working getaway. I spent hours trying to find someone that had the correct Wifi password. The front desk comes in at their leisure (so not before 10 am at least! Different units have different passwords and service. The room A/C unit is decent and ceiling fan. There are NO beach towels. Also there are only sheets on the bed (just the set-fitted and flat)-the pillows are old and not firm. I get cold when sleeping so a cotton blanket would have been helpful. A checklist of all a person needs to bring should be provided. The beach is quiet-low key. I would try a condo with an actual kitchen and nice ocean view if I ever stay at this property again. Finding the different owners is like finding a needle in a haystack and the front desk is not very forthcoming with info.

Very nice hotel on the beach. Hospitality was top notch. Every staff I encounter was alway had a smile on their face, professional, respectful, pleasant and helpful. This hotel has the best breakfast. I was so full, I did not need to eat again until dinner time. I had oxtail for dinner and that was so delicious. The bar has excellent drinks. My drink was rum punch after the first drink o was very mellow. Housekeeping did an excellent job it my room. Bed was very comfortable and slept like a new born baby. The ocean view from my room was breathtaking. Thank for your excellent service and will definitely return. The sand on the beach felt like baby powder on my feet.

Check in went bizarrely unhinged and mismanaged. The next day management visited to rectify the horror. Overall service was above average in most departments. I rebooked because nothing is perfect and amendments were offered.

Sina, a multi tasked hands on manager, and her staff made sure that we had wifi to communicate with our families back home, drinking water, power and food. The very next morning breakfast was served with a smile! The only hotel on the beach serving coffee! Sugar cane Cafe was kept open to serve dinner since most of the restaurants had no power or water. This hotel had its guests best interest at heart and we felt it. We travelled with another family of 5 and had a wonderful experience at Rooms despite the hurricane. We will be back for sure! Great location, large clean rooms, exceptional service. And the food is absolutely amazing and reasonably priced!!
