This is Hilton's hotel in downtown Providence, close to Providence and the West Bank. The Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University campuses are on the east bank of the river, which is very convenient. There is a park on the west side of the hotel, and the City Hall is at the other end of the park. Macy's is one intersection away. There is a Starbucks not far downstairs, and the state legislature is also located there. It is very convenient. The surrounding area is mature. The hotel has a high-end space design, with a small kitchen, a large space, a lobby on the second floor, and breakfast on the second floor, which is very comfortable. The service process is simple and fast.
The hotel is in a great location, not far from the business center, Brown University, and the School of Design. The hotel provides parking for 30+ cars per day. The room is new and the space is just enough. A family of three can cook simple meals. There is a dishwasher and laundry room. It is a very satisfactory hotel.
A very well appointed hotel conveniently located in the historic downtown adjacent to RISD and an easy, if uphill walk, to Brown, with a number of decent restaurants nearby. The furnishings, bathroom, and linens were all of high quality. Despite other reviews I found the staff to be rather limited in their engagement versus the friendliness praised elsewhere, but nothing off-putting. The restaurant Bellini tries to punch a bit above its weight though for Providence it’s decent. Overall by far the best hotel in Providence but still a stretch from true five star luxury or a genuine upscale business hotel like Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental.
The location is good, the decoration is relatively new, there is a shuttle bus to downtown, very convenient. I like the design of the room very much. If the room location is good, you should be able to see it well.
Beautiful studio loft on historic Benefit St in College Hill, 5 min walking distance to Brown University, RISD, and many cute shops and restaurants.***The loft is in its own separate building with a private entrance***10 min walk to downtown and Amtrak/commuter rail station. Stayed here for two nights to attend my brother’s graduation ceremony. Very conveniently located right across from the mall and Kennedy Plaza, was very easy to get around the town. The hotel has a rich history and the renovation is done really well, would highly recommend for people to stay for an eventful occasion. Staff were nice but too slow and short staffed. Had to wait long for check-in and check-outs, so plan ahead. Would definitely stay here again if we visit providence in the future.
The room is quite spacious and well decorated. The front desk gave me a view room and upgraded it to free breakfast. I thought it would be noisy on the first floor, but it was very quiet. It is also convenient to get in and out. Valet parking is $40 a day.

TTrevor TuckerAlthough not so much these days, I have traveled a lot for work and it's nice to have a place to call home when you're on the road. I'm not a picky person and I really do not have specifications for what I look for when it comes to a hotel but the one thing that I do desire is a feeling of home and safety. The location was perfect and I was in the area that I was familiar with, but even if I wasn't enough familiar place, I still felt safe. The staff was very friendly and it was easy to navigate the building. Honestly loved my room, it had everything I needed and helped to become my temporary office apartment. The bed was incredible, perfect for someone who's been walking and traveling since 4:00 in the morning. The lounge chair in my room was also the most comfiest one I've ever been in and I ended up using that at the desk. They gave you a very nice office desk chair but I'm a very big person and I was afraid of breaking it, so it was a very pleasant surprise to have that alternative option. The gentleman at the front desk gave me a lot of information and suggestions for food based on restaurants in the area, they also gave me a discount coupon for a restaurant chain that I really love! It was honestly a very pleasant experience and I only wish I could have stayed longer, I definitely will go back to that location in the future when I'm working in the area. It was perfect for me and I would honestly recommend others to stay there if you're looking for a place for the night or an extended stay!
WwisehartVery clean and hands down the friendliest staff ever. The night audit woman is the soal reason I will be staying long term. She goes above and beyond to help guests and you rarely see that now a days.

GGuest UserGreat trip, close to ” mansions” and Newport music festival...Staff was very helpful, kind. Room was clean. Plenty of parking.
There were certain fees for amenities
Etc; I wish they would give US the option as to whether WE WANTED THE ” amenities” and accordingly adjust the bill :)
Our access to Internet was non existent for one day...as, apparently, bad weather plays havoc on Internet/ wifi. Also wish they had more options for breakfast....I may have overlooked, but do they have a brochure re local restaurants/ activities. We were there for brothers birthday and concert so additional activities were not a requisite.
We' d stay there again but further discuss the ” upcharge” for ” stuff” we were either not going to use .
XXIAOJIEThe daughter said the room was fine! She arrived in the middle of the night. After calling, the hotel sent Suttle to pick her up. The service was very good. In a few days, I will stay again, and then I will send a photo video again. Unfortunately, the plane is more than five o'clock in the morning, and the breakfast is not felt.
GGuest UserThe inn is very clean and has no bad smell at all! The inn is once a farm house, according to the receptionist.
We have stayed in the one king bed room on the second floor. Bed is more to the soft side but ok. Didn't give me any back pain. The pillows are soft which I like a lot. Room is very clean that the tissue came out clean when I wipe the floor. Water is hot and no blockage in the bathtub. Air condition is a new model kind which worked well.
The breakfast area has 3 tables but normally no many people there. They have frozen muffins (with ham/egg etc), energy bars, yogurts and instant Oatmeals and bottle juices. 24 hours you have hot water and coffee and fruits in the breakfast area. Not fancy but you won't be hungry :)
I don't have any complaints. Will recommend my friends to this inn. They charged $50 for deposit on check in day. They said they will refund it. I am waiting for that.

GGuest UserThis “boutique” hotel was NOT inexpensive. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately the building itself lacked everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was so dark it was impossible to read.
There was no room for two people to place toiletries in the bathroom. There was no closet or dresser, so if one is staying for more than one night it would be difficult to store clothing. There were exactly two hooks on the wall and four hangers!
Worst of all….. the mattress was so uncomfortably soft that my husband slept sitting up on a hard chair.
Perhaps some would find this hotel charming, ……not us.
GGuest UserA friend and I stayed at the Newport Harbor and Marina Hotel.
We choose a room overlooking the water and marina.
What a beautiful view. Really helped with the Winter Blues.
The location is awesome, so close to tons of shops, restaurants, and easy walking.
The pool was so refreshing.
Wish the restaurant and lounge was open for dinner, but hopefully that will change in the near future.
All in all, would definitely go here again.
GGuest UserHotel location is very convenient, breakfast is good, parking is convenient, hotel decoration and facilities: a bit old, but the room is very good, suitable for travel, it is recommended
