The welcoming and helpfulness of the receptionist was very nice, he was a kind person. The bathroom was good size, you can move around properly. The only thing I really missed that you have no access to open the window, and for me comes down to -you have to breath in the previous guests smell- The local bus costs £1.75 and runs every half an hour (which is not much) plus airport shuttle bus charges you £6.50 both runs twice in an hour. It’s is a nice quiet please, unfortunately there is no shops around the area, but despite this I still recommend this place. The level of cleanliness worth to stay.

Everything was fine for ~65€ per night for 2 person with breakfast. Very close, 15min away from airport heathrow bus station, cant complain, just breakfast was dull but its open buffee style breakfast and for the price it is welllll worth moneys worth! Cant complain. For this price, its unbeatable!

Breakfast is the most wonderful thing. Only a few items are picked up at the bar. Others need to be ordered. There are only one or two waiters. It takes a long time to eat, and it is not necessarily your favorite. When there are many guests, the waiter is so busy that his face is expressionless. I really don't know why they want this kind of service. The big bed room is not bad, and the surrounding environment is also very good. Unfortunately, the breakfast mode is not mentioned in the details, otherwise I would not book this hotel.

When I first arrived in Slough I had some misapprehensions but the staff have been absolutely wonderful, the room is perfect, the location so convenient I keep extending my stay! There is nothing anywhere near as good value available in central London and the train station with the massive Tesco nearby is so close and convenient it’s a no brainer. Save your pounds for seeing the sites. Stay here and enjoy the wonderful hospitality, quick un congested trips into the city, and a room you’d pay 3x the cost for in London. Room service 24 hours and an onsite gym. Don’t expect too much from Slough - but the access to London and Heathrow make this an exceptional choice.

We stayed for my partners birthday. I contacted the hotel to let them know of the special occasion and they put some balloons in the room, as well as a small cake plate saying happy birthday which was a lovely extra touch. The pool is absolutely freezing though! The jacuzzi has been boarded over so is no longer there, which the hotel isn’t advertised on trip of having but I went on Google maps photos and saw a jacuzzi in the photos so assumed it would be there. The sauna and steam room were both quite dirty too the floor has chewing gum and other dirt on. The room was really nice, the walls are very thin though so you can hear everything from the rooms next door. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a stay but not for the spa facilities. Which is a shame as I booked this hotel specifically for the spa facilities which were a disappointment.

This was a budget overnight stay, however, it was good value for the money. Warm welcome at the reception and was helped to my room. Single room ensuite shower and toilet, with good WiFi, TV, Telephone and coffee/tea facilities. Very clean and warm. Excellent shower. Breakfast was with a good selection and choice, including 'full english', along with cereals and toast with jam. Smashing coffee machine added the extra star.

I enjoyed my stay because the room is big enough with large toilet and everything is clean , the food is perfect as well the only problem is that even if the heating is already at 30 drgrees still cold but the staff came to bring me additional portable heating , All thier staff is kind helpful and very courteous , Excellent !

行程最熱的一天，入住這家酒店兩晚。第一天非常不滿意，前台印度裔的小姑娘給安排了一間沒有空調的房間，電風扇還是壞的。酒店當晚還有婚禮，一直鬧到晚上1點。我到凌晨2點才睡着。我們房間一直是用一個垃圾桶頂着門透氣。到了快5點我下樓外面比房間裏的空氣新鮮多了。真想露宿外面了。當天早晨前台的Daniallia非常非常專業，瞭解清楚我的超不滿意後給升級了套房，算彌補了。但是還是忘了幫我們把行李送到我們房間，答應了的。這家酒店總體最大的問題是人手不夠。酒吧服務整天就一個人服務，已經工作到焦頭爛額了。這家酒店是歷史名宅，可惜了管理層和owner的種種問題影響了體驗。好在他們有Daiallia的聰慧機智可愛挽回了顏面。我還想提的是他們的園丁Phill，在這個大房子和大公園服務了26年了，和我分享了很多這房子的故事。一位非常友好可親的英國大爺。他也是我將來再會入住的原因。希望酒店管理層能有所改進，人手增加。否則真的是配不上這棟如此美麗的歷史豪宅和無敵大花園的。

The lodge is a great location if you are going to the racecourse. We arrived at around 1:30 as the first race was at 2:30 and was told that if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay a fee of £20. When the races often start at around 2-2:30 this seemed unreasonable. I had to come out of he racecourse between races to check In. I’ve stayed at the Lingfield racecourse hotel and they checked us in 12:30 as our room was ready. Went for breakfast at around 7:50 and there was no menus out, the staff seemed totally disorganised. There was no instructions on how to order food. The continental “help yourself” was ok but had very little fruit options. They did have alpro soya and oat milk as milk alternatives. The room was clean and tidy but very basic. It did have a free standing fan which was good in the warm weather. The bad was big and comfortable. The shower was nice and had shower gel. The customer service let it down a little.

The hotel is very very very remote. It is estimated that there is no more remoteness in the place of slough. There are no street lights outside at night, and it is close to the main road. It is dangerous to walk out. The clerk service is very welcoming, and there will be a lot of help. Room facilities are general and the lighting is dark. The breakfast was very good, there were not many cold meals for the buffet, but there was a free hot meal and it tasted good.
