It’s such a stunning and peaceful place for good break with family. The room is decent decorated and clean. All staffs serve us sincerely and feel warm to stay . free parking here once you stay in hotel.
We have enjoyed a very nice dinner in Italians restaurant and comfy bar next to it .
I would recommend to come again next time once driving to Windsor .
ABC Hotel maintained cleanliness standards, but the room size was smaller than expected. The beautiful décor compensated for the limitations. While the location was a little far from major attractions, it was not difficult to find. Suitable for those valuing cleanliness and aesthetics, but consider alternatives for more spacious accommodations and a central location.
Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice.
Except for the old-fashioned facilities in the room, everything else is good. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion provided by the hotel are all very good. The wine from the hotel winery is also delicious.
The breakfast is the same every day, I vomited after eating, and the sheets and bed were dusty. When my friend picked me up to go to the hotel in the UK, when I checked the hotel's hygiene, I saw hair and dust on the bed. I wanted to complain at the first time, but my friend said Forget it, it doesn't make sense. The second day and the third day are still the same, I'm about to go crazy, after I reported to Trip.com customer service, the hotel staff came up and brought me a towel and it's all over 😰
Good environment. No nice quiet working space. Small gym. I tried 3 different rooms. No cupboards or almirahs. Clothes are supposed to be hanged on wall. Irons are supposed to be done in separate designated room (impractical for lazy people 😅).
Breakfast is nice but not so many options. Staff were nice.
Washrooms were not very pleasant to use. Seats were quite uncomfortable and sink tap was too close to be used easily.
Well on arrival we was greeted y the staff on Reception with a smile, We was given our room keys to room 114.The rooms were clean and lovely and tidy plus couldn't ask for more. One thing we was sad about and that was the Restaurant,we had asked for a table for 2 and was asked if we had booked a table which we said no. Then to our shock we was told but we could order our food off the menu from the restaurant in the bar area. My wife sat down as she's disabled and I went to the bar to order some drinks. I asked for some menus and the young man behind the bar who was talking to his colleagues about his personal life said he will bring some to the table. 15 minutes later a young lady brought our drinks, and we asked her if she could bring us a menu which she did. I had asked ger to come back in 5 minutes so we could look at the menu, 20 minutes later no sign of the staff where I had to go to the bar and asked if I could order some food and the young man said someone will come over. The young lady came over and took the order. Then we was given cutlery which was stained with food and disgusting 15-20 minutes or so later the starters came Then the main courses. Now if I wanted to sit in the bar and pay over a £125:00 for a meal and get the service I would expect I would pay that money no matter what but I could have sat in the restaurant comfortably with my wife enjoying the evening in a lovely atmosphere but I would have rather gone across the road to the pub or a restaurant down the high street and got a much better service, rather then having some ***** leaning over the chair behind me facing our table where he was a foot away from myself as I'm eating.im not one that's rude but the hotel needs to know this
Room is not bad though I requested for a quieter room I can actually hear people next room and outside corridor. I can hear doors being shut or being slammed.
Got woken by the shower twice in the night like turning itself on/leaking badly for a couple of minutes.
Reported to the receptionist in the morning as I checked out and wasn’t sorry about being disturbed by the shower twice.
Great country inn that feels like home. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the room is supplied with sufficient coffee capsules every day. The restaurant downstairs is delicious. Breakfast is ordered. If you stay for a few more days, you can try different options, and you can even ask for additional food varieties. The waiters are very friendly and enthusiastic, although sometimes they are very busy. I will definitely come to receive you immediately, but this will not hinder your comfort here.
In order to take the children to the nearby school for an interview, stayed for one night, so there is not much demand for the hotel. The facilities in the room are general, the beds are put together, not very comfortable, the health is OK, the breakfast is too poor, the overall feeling is not acceptable for the holiday! The decoration at the front desk is ok, warm and elegant!

OOllieSmithNice hotel near the airport. Although called Terminal 5, it is a few miles away and there is no airport shuttle but local buses connect the hotel and the airport 24/7.
Rooms are nice and comfortable. Good air-conditioning which was needed during our stay. Powerful showers, strong WiFi and comfy beds.
Check in was a bit slow as there was a coach load of cabin crew clogging up the reception area. This was regular through our stay.
Breakfast is very average and due to the size of the hotel and the small breakfast area it was rather chaotic no matter what time you went down. Food options were very basic but typical of the hotel chain. Terrible coffee!
There isn't much in the area but regular buses to places like Windsor, central London and Legoland make it a good choice for seeing the sights. There is also a really good pizza take away across the road so you don't need to pay the inflated hotel prices for meals.

AAnonymous UserPerfect for me as it’s right across from the office but probably not so great if you wanted to be in the city centre although it’s only an £8 taxi ride or £2 bus ride. Opposite a Beefeater which was handy but I would prefer an on-site bar and restaurant. Felt a bit uncomfortable on check-in to be asked if I was a smoker (I’m not) and if anyone would be joining me later 😳. Didn’t like the bed being made up with sheets, blanket and counter pane as it’s quite uncomfortable particularly on one of the hottest days of the year although the mobile air conditioning unit helped (first time I’ve had sheets and blankets for over 30 years since the day I got married despite extensive business (weekly) and leisure travel (4-6 times a year)). Hotel was very clean and the bathroom was well equipped. A bottle of water would have been a welcome addition to the room particularly in such hot weather. Not sure who to recommend the hotel to as it’s neither a corporate hotel with all the amenities or a home from home. Breakfast was on offer for an additional £15 and I decided to wait until I checked in to see. As I wanted to be in the office for 8am and there was no menu available, times of service or visibility of a dining room, other facilities or even other guests, I decided it may be too intimate and opted for a cold sandwich I had stored in the office fridge ‘just in case’. Was similarly priced to the executive room I had in the Novotel last week which had a full buffet breakfast included.
CChris HauptTried calling the hotel to find out about the shuttle to see if I could get from the airport to the hotel, phone rang endlessly, no response. Eventually had to get a very expensive taxi since information was hard to come by (Google maps doesn't include the H5H bus service which is turns out is the one to get). It's worth noting that the shuttle price not included in the exorbitant room fee, neither is breakfast. The following morning I called the front desk several times from the bedroom phone, again ringing endlessly, no response. Must have tried for about 10 minutes.
Shower faucets and fixings were missing covers making the shower look neglected. Bedroom lights didn't have any convenient way to turn them off before going to bed meaning having to fumble around to get the many lights turned off. Light switches were only positioned next to one of the two single beds.
Breakfast was decent with a slightly better selection than other hotels, but for the price of £25 I would absolutely have avoided it if I had any other options.
Bar the stunning interior and above-average breakfast selection this is a bog-standard hotel, not worth the asking price at all.
GGuest UserStayed for a night at this hotel for a short getaway to Windsor Castle with 2 friends. The location wasn't in the centre but not difficult to get to, we actually walked maybe 30 minutes to get to the hotel and another 30 minutes to the Castle, which was a really pretty area. The room itself was REALLY nice, big comfortable beds, nice TV (although we forgot the firestick and don't think it was smart TV), tea/coffee and kettle provided, bathroom was clean although kinda hard to work the hot water. Overall, we really liked the hotel minus the fact that our next door neighbour's kids were making a lot of noise and it was really hard to sleep, maybe because our rooms had a connecting door (that was locked) but we could hear the parents talking around midnight and the kids woke up screaming at 5am!! so was unable to get a good nights rest. I think if we had a different room without the connecting doors, it would have been fine. The staff was lovely though when we told her the next day, she said they would have changed the room for us but there was no use changing rooms at 5am when we were checking out at 10am. Also, I forgot my toothbrush and they gave me a cute little dental kit with toothbrush and toothpaste! I recommend staying here but do ask about if your room has connecting doors as you may want to avoid that.
JJulieWe had a fabulous weekend
And the holiday inn at Windsor was 100% immaculate the staff n service and breakfast was amazing
Thankyou Windsor staff you are amazing
Well done 🤗
GGuest UserThank you for your service .
10£ for parking per night is not inviting .
6£ charge for a single use of very limited gym facility is a rip off and not appealing .
On the positive side comfy bed
OOllieSmithStayed for 3 nights while in the area seeing friends. After reading the reviews I was a bit hesitant but the price was so good that I took a chance.
The room was fine, comfy bed, good shower, kettle, free wifi. All you could need. They are trying to be modern and giving a code instead of a key for the locks which is just a pain and unnecessary.
Only negative is that housekeeping are so noisy in a morning so any chance of a sleep in is short lived!
Would stay here again.
IIrene YipIt’s good as always. Been staying here for a couple of times. Welcoming staff, nice location, quiet but accessible, 24 hours McDonald’s, Costco next door. Would defo come back.
