The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The hotel's facilities are relatively new, and everything is spotlessly clean. The staff are warm and friendly, offering excellent service. The rooms are a good size with comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is superb; I couldn't hear any outside noise from trains or the surrounding area whatsoever. The 6th-floor restaurant offers lovely views, and the breakfast spread is plentiful. Highly recommended!

You absolutely must book a high-floor, spacious room. I was given room 1305, and the 270-degree panoramic view was absolutely breathtaking! The lady at the front desk provided excellent service. The hotel is centrally located; it's about a 20-minute walk to Mozart's birthplace, and you'll even pass through a beautiful garden along the way. There's a Chinese restaurant nearby called 'Sunflower' – hands down the best Chinese food in all of Europe, and they offer takeout. Next time I visit, I absolutely have to stay here for a whole week; the views are simply stunning.

The hotel is close to the style of hotels in China, and it is easy to adapt. The hotel is a little far from the scenic spot, but the train station is farther away. It is located between the scenic spot and the train station. There is no fork for eating in the room. If you want to eat instant noodles, remember to prepare them in advance. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will ask if you need to introduce nearby attractions and routes. They will also recommend and explain to you how to buy the card most cost-effectively. I didn't order breakfast, so I don't know how breakfast is.

The hotel isn't in the city center, but a very convenient bus stop is located right outside. You can get a free bus card from the front desk, and it's just a 15-minute bus ride to the main attractions. Next to the hotel, there's a Chinese-owned Asian buffet restaurant, which was excellent. I finally had a truly satisfying meal! They even have a stir-fry station where you pick your own ingredients and they cook them fresh. For anyone craving authentic Chinese food, this was simply perfect!

I booked a room in this hotel a couple of months before arrival so we still get the better price. We arrived almost midnight and greeted with a smile by Nikolas. Most of my request were fulfilled the first night, that is to have it on the higher floor, far from the elevator and facing the back yard / hills. Couldn't get our extra pillow the first night but they were there the next night on. The room is spacious and clean, so did the bathroom. The bed is huge but maybe a little too soft for us who are used to a firm mattress. The location is within walking distance to train/bus stations, mirabelle garden / palace, the river and old town. It also felt safe to walk in the evening. We did not have the breakfast nor tried the bar so we can't say much about them. One other good thing about the location, the bus stop is just about 100 m away from the hotel and you can take a bus (number 2) from airport and get off just in front of the Hotel. Very convenient !

JJinwooThe hotel was more conveniently located for public transportation (trolleybus) to Salzburg city center than I had expected. Many lines pass right in front of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall and supermarket next door, where we could easily purchase groceries during our stay.
Despite the hotel being very busy and crowded with guests, the staff at the reception desk and the breakfast restaurant were all friendly and attentive.
The view from the hotel lobby was also very nice.
One neutral point is that the hotel's entrance sign on Sterneckstrasse could be improved. We spent about two minutes walking around the building trying to find the entrance. Perhaps you could consider adding more signage or a clearer indication of where the entrance is?
Unfortunately, I encountered some issues that overshadowed these positive aspects.
Having had a very satisfying experience at a BW hotel in Bologna, Italy (which I hadn’t expected much from since it was just a one-night stay during a road trip, but everything from the breakfast to the bed and interior was fantastic), I had high expectations for this BW Plus hotel as well. Since I visited during a busy tourist season, I didn’t expect an early check-in and everything seemed fine until I entered the room in the evening.
First, I found what appeared to be traces of a previous guest in the toilet—yes, a small spot of something brown. It was tiny, less than a quarter the size of a fingernail, but it was still noticeable. I have poor eyesight and often get scolded by my wife for not noticing things like this.
I also noticed similar dried brown stains on the bathroom floor, which I assumed were the same thing.
The showerhead had limescale and mold, which didn’t leave a good impression. These are issues that could be easily resolved with a bit of bleach, and I thought it would be nice if the housekeeping staff paid more attention to such details.
The most disappointing thing was the pillow filling, which I’ll simply attach a photo of here.
Many guests, especially those from Asia, praised the breakfast highly in Google reviews, so I had some expectations. However, having stayed at many hotels in Europe, I didn’t find it particularly special. In terms of taste, I would rate it around 70-80 out of 100.
(To be specific, I would compare it to breakfast at other four-star hotels like the Grand Hotel International Prague or the Holiday Inn City in Düsseldorf)
In conclusion, despite these issues, I still want to give the hotel a 4-star rating.
This is because I was able to book a room just two weeks before my trip for a rate of around 150 euros per night, which is quite reasonable during peak season in this area. I am confident that with a little more attention to cleanliness and room hygiene, this hotel could quickly improve its customer satisfaction.
Despite the concerns about hygiene, I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
This review is written not as a criticism but as a form of encouragement.

Across the street from the coffee shop downstairs, there's an Asian restaurant specializing in delicious and affordable rice bowls. Plus, you'll find fast-food chains like McDonald's and Burger King around the station, adding to the convenience. We stayed here for one night after driving back from Königssee and returning our rental car during the day, and it was quite a convenient stopover.
Königssee is absolutely stunning! If you're visiting Salzburg, it's a must-see, and driving there yourself is the most convenient way to explore. Following some prior research, we took the boat at Königssee directly to the last stop, then walked a short distance to the incredibly picturesque Obersee for photos. On the way back, we also tried the famous local 'butter milk.' Honestly, the taste was just okay – kind of like a very thick, soda-flavored yogurt. At 3 euros a cup, it's worth trying for the experience; it's undoubtedly a wholesome and nutritious local specialty. Later, we took the boat back and explored the area around the iconic red-domed St. Bartholomew's Church. We had some grilled fish there; it was a bit expensive but absolutely delicious, particularly the grilled trout.

1. Hotel service is very intimate: from our driving, there will be staff to help us valet parking, and at the same time take the luggage of the car to the room according to our requirements. When checking in, we will give us a drink that is said to be the favorite of Princess Sissi. Try a mouthful of sour plum soup with mixed berries! Then the housekeeper in charge of our housekeeper is an Austrian handsome guy, who will take us like Liu Yujin into the Grand View Garden, visit a circle of hotels, and then introduce them one by one, knowing that I am a fan of Princess Sissi, and have watched nearly 30 movies since childhood. If you encounter a opposite drive, it will be a bit embarrassing.

Hotel dining is generally the same: it is a bit difficult to say about eating this thing here....Because I knew before I came, this was a hotel in the countryside, and there were no restaurants nearby, so I booked see terrace, by email early. Who knows that the weather is approaching and the email said that the lake view global food restaurant was closed due to the weather. , I opened the Schloss restaurant (Castle Restaurant) and I was down in my heart. It was over and it was a meal in the desert. Sure enough, I didn’t expect to see that there were very few menu choices, including fried pork chops, grilled fish, burdock and the like. I ordered mushroom soup, naked-eyed burdock, and Shuflei, and I felt that the burdock was not bad, but the sauce was not good. I asked the waiter to give black pepper.
