⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Fantastic Stay at Mercure Hotel Beijing Road, Guangzhou One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Guangzhou! The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to the Beijing Road Pedestrian Street, with easy access to Metro Line 6, making it super convenient to explore the city. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The 5th-floor restaurant serves delicious food with great variety, and the ambiance is lovely too. I was especially impressed with the breakfast buffet — a good mix of both local and international options, fresh and tasty every morning. The staff were polite, helpful, and efficient, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, a highly recommended stay for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely return on my next trip to Guangzhou!

Wonderful summertime trip! I’m a foreigner who lives in Guangzhou, and I went up for the weekend to escape the heat by the lake. The property is designed so that you do not need to leave for a 2-day, 1-night stay (everything you need and want is in the property). There’s two great pools (but a swim cap is needed), a mini-amusement park attached, hot springs, and a tea field that you can go visit. I did it all. I highly recommend paying the 50RMB at the tea field to go picking and tea tasting, super unique experience. The room was comfy with good AC.

It's great, there's no flaw. It's so clean. The smart home is top-notch It took me a long time to choose a house before I came here. I was worried when I saw the bad reviews about poor hygiene. This one has full marks for hygiene💯. The boss gave us a free upgrade. As soon as we walked in, it was so beautiful. The boss is a very good person, the housekeeper is also very attentive, and the various guides are also introduced in great detail, which is very good. I can't wait to give a good review. Clean, stylish, good location, many places to eat downstairs, and the location is also good. I have never commented so seriously because the boss is so good. Trustworthy.

The hotel amenities here are ok, it would be awesome if there was a big selection of food. The staff are amazing if I could give it 10 stars i would. The staff are really well mannered. Special shoutout goes to 陈柏就 extremely helpful as we have 2 elderly making everything easy. Even helping us order delivery food and didi multiple times and was not fussed about the money at all. My grandpa’s foot got swollen and he offered to go with us to the hospital it saved many hours of our time as it made the process smooth. He also came after his work hours and taught us how to cook the Chinese medicine which tooks 3 hours as it was extremely complicated and the next day he went to get the report from the hospital making our lives so much easier. With all this help we tried tipping but he refuses to accept it. I’d also like to give a special thanks to 崔吴彤 as she was nice and helped us out as well to do something that was super important to us

Value for money: The most cost-effective hotel in Xinyi, comfortable and quiet Breakfast: Rich breakfast with many choices, large restaurant, good scenery, and broad vision Bed: relatively comfortable Hygiene: clean and tidy, impeccable Parking: The parking lot is on the first floor below Room view: The view is wide, facing the Education City Avenue. Opposite the hotel is the Tsinghua Shopping Supermarket. There are many food options near the hotel. Service: The service attitude is very good!

This is our second stay at Fairyland Resort Hotel, our first stay was in 2018, environment is still the same, nice beach, excellent hotel with much more amenities as compared to 2018. The kids really enjoy their stay here.

This is my second visit to this hotel. It’s very clean and new. And the amenities are great. The in-room TV has screencasting so I could watch whatever. Breakfast is fine and supper is complimentary. What’s the most special is that the gym room is separated, one person per cubicle with different types of gym machines. There is a TV in each of the gym cubicles which I could do karaoke at the same time. (If the hotel reads this message, please note that some rooms, the TV or the air-conditioning was out of order, please send someone to check and fix it). Don’t have expectation on the view. It’s exceptional given the price and quality. Love it and would definitely come back again!

Everything’s go beyond expectation. The team is customer oriented which tries best to fulfil customer request. The Chief Butler, Faust Hong, and the team is perfect! He helped call taxi, recommended nice restaurant, and sent little gifts to our kids which made our stay memorable. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The room is clean and hygienic, with complete facilities. Xiaoxian, Xiaomo and Xiaogan at the front desk provide considerate service. They asked about room preferences and license plate information before check-in, and helped arrange a room with a large sea view. Looking at the endless sea outside the window, the fatigue of a day's travel disappeared without a trace. It was a very good travel experience.
