Love the convenient location which is right next to Beijing Lu Line 6 metro station exit B (well-connected to the main attractions) and at the heart of the shopping and food street even though it will be perfect if there is sheltered walkway from metro to the hotel. Also appreciate the clean and comfortable bed and kettle although the toilet ventilation could be better. The service crew is also helpful. I recommend you can stay here if you don't mind the noise and traffic control whistling till about 11pm every night from the crowded and lively street downstairs.

Hotel is conveniently located as same building as Mercure hotel. 蔡经理特别好！ Helped with booking for Didi and purchasing of circus tickets! Thumbs up! 👍! Rooms are clean and breakfast on 29th storey and laundry on 30th storey. Great place!

Amazing hotel with so many services included in your room: breakfast, free laundry as much as you want, free coffee from barista at checkout, free drinks at reception, etc. Super value from money! If you come from overseas and want to do shopping on TAOBAO, no problem at all, deliver to the hotel in advance and they will keep all your parcels. If it is an expensive item, they can also keep it at the reception safe for you. The staff is super friendly, always helpful, smiling, just very genuine and nice people. Book with your eyes closed, this hotel is just amazing, and with great service that does not come so often these days sadly. It’s also very conveniently placed with access to two mrt stations…Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a good location, about 5 minutes walk from Hubei metro station. There are many restaurants around. Tried the recommended hot pot at the restaurant diagonally across the road. The food great and the design of the restaurant very special. See photos. The reception and the beverage counter is at ground floor. 2 Complimentary coupons, 2nd one at 50% discount are provided for drinks. The latte and cappuccino excellent. The room came with buffet breakfast which is excellent with many choices. The staff very helpful and friendly.

Right at the outskirt of Lao Street. Many eateries and shopping malls nearby. Hotel provided free breakfast, with adequate selection. Room size reasonable. Strong airconditioning and natural sunlight. Free mini bar for the first day. Highly recommend to those who want to visit Lao Street.

We received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. The room was very quiet, and the bed was comfortable. It was clean and not damp. On the first floor, complimentary self-service coffee, sour plum juice, and snacks were available. The TV in the room also supported screen mirroring, which was very convenient. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The location was convenient for getting around. Overall, I was very satisfied!

The hotel is clean the room is big and the stuff is very helpful and friendly. Easy to walk around and I discover something very delicious opposite the hotel there’s this dumpling shop nice to eat and good to buy. I bought some cold dumpling to bring back home to enjoy with my family and friends😋 I have friends who is coming over in 2 months time. I would definitely tell them to stay in this hotel.

I stayed here for a few days for business. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was big, the sheets were clean, and I could sleep well. The cleaning was careful in every detail. After I entered the room, I got a call from the front desk asking, “Is this room okay?” I felt their care. During my stay, the front desk staff helped me a lot. They lent me scissors, tape, and an umbrella, and they also helped me extend my stay quickly. They supported me in many ways. If you stay near Guangzhou Railway Station, I recommend this hotel. thank you.

As usual the service was great apart from the room allocated was an end room, which doesn’t really like. The toilet was smaller as it was also near the staircase had a corning chopped off. If we are allocated again will definitely change it. The desk top was really clean as i use a piece of cleaner and there was lots of dirty on it, this was a bit disappointed. As usual the bellboys were amazing.

The room is very cold and quiet.I will come here again with my friends. The service is really nice. I will recommended to my friends. I am so happy to stay here at night.
