O atendente do checkin não conseguia verificar a reserva e o pagamento realizado com antecedência via site, querendo cobrar novamente no local. Após isso, nos acomodou em um apartamento o qual não correspondia ao reservado, sendo trocado após reclamação.

I rented by app Trip.com room for two people, when I arrived at the site I was surprised by the information that I had booked a room with a single bed, and on the site (trip.com) I was given the option of two single beds or one couple beds. I obviously chose the second option, so I was forced to arch with a value of R$ 60,00 (real sixty) to make upgrade to the couple bed, up to there OK!
