I had a pleasant stay here. Staff is friendly and helpful, spacious & clean room. The only thing is, breakfast spread might need to upgrade as it is too limited foor available. No pastries like croissant, baguette bread. Spread only consist limited main course, egg station. Hope i could get more varieties on my 3rd visit if any.

Bali is just next door! Haven on earth, good environment, vibes and massage. Excellent customer services from staff named Rahman, he prepared a parking and ramp for me as i brought my mom on wheelchair. Exceeded expectations

If your plan is to visit the Lost World of Tambun theme parks, this accommodation is spot-on. However, also because of the close proximity to the theme park and its operating hours from 11am to 11pm, if you have an infant or child that is sensitive to noise, it can still be heard in the unit even though windows and doors are closed. The unit looks quite new with living room and rooms cleanliness is good. Cleanliness of the both toilets as there are odor needs to be taken care of. Overall still happy with the unit amenities and facilities (playground, swimming pool, onsen, gym).

We had a lovely stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Damai Laut 🤍 The resort is peaceful and surrounded by nature perfect for a short family getaway to unwind from city life. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and waking up to the greenery and sea view was truly refreshing. What we enjoyed most was how kid-friendly the resort is. The kids had so much fun with the pools and outdoor spaces, and we could actually relax knowing they were happy and occupied. Breakfast was good with a decent variety, and the staff were consistently warm, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience for both adults and kids. A great choice for families looking for a calm beach resort vibe. We’ll definitely consider coming back

A new hotel, however, there is no dedicated indoor parking. Very limited dedicated outdoor parking lots in front of the building. You have to park freely around the building. There are 2 government buildings on the left and right of the hotel. So you can imagine how difficult it is to find a free parking space.

This hotel was conveniently located near the hospital, making it easy to get in and out. Overall, it seemed pretty clean, and everything was decent. However, if you're coming from Central Africa, it might be a bit difficult to find your way around, so a recommendation might be helpful.

My stay at the resort was amazing! If I could give it 10 stars I would. Hospitality was top notch, ambience was perfect. Maybe reduce Buggy wait time during seasonal time as we almost had a rift at the beach with an Asian family who were rude to us, acting like we didn’t belong there. Literally acted like they had the right to tell us not to get on one because they were a group. We didn’t know that as there was no visible queue and profiling bunch of random Chinese people to infer they are in a group would be stereotypical. I understand the resort cannot control the kind of people in their space however I brought it up with our guy at the receptionist who apologized for the situation. I will definitely be back here as I had an amazing time

We stayed here, just the two of us — And honestly… it was everything we didn’t know we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like the world slowed down. Just nature, silence, and the two of us. 💧 The villa — Private, peaceful, and beautifully designed. We had our own natural hot spring tub… soaking in warm water under the trees, just talking, laughing, and sometimes saying nothing at all. It felt intimate, real, and healing. 🧘♀️ The caves — Meditation cave was so quiet, we could hear our own hearts. Steam cave felt like a reset for the body. We didn’t rush anything. Everything there teaches you to slow down. 🍽️ Jeff’s Cellar dinner — This was the highlight. Fine dining in a 260-million-year-old cave — just wow. Romantic, calm, and full of little surprises from the chef. We’ll never forget it. 🌿 The overall experience? It’s not just a resort. It’s a space where two people can really reconnect — without noise, without distraction. Just you, your person, and peace. ⸻ We came here to rest. But we left with something more. A calm heart. It is a very lovely guest house with great atmosphere. Especially, I have to thank a staff who was on duty on 18th night shift sincerely. My grandmother was uncomfortable on that night, we were looking for pills to stop her stomach ache from the reception at around 3am in the midnight, the staff was very kind, he drove my sister to the nearest convenience store to get the pills and finally my grandmother felt better after that.

Facilities excellent for the price. Nice location, away from the dusty town and next door to the lake garden. the garden has many food options. Good front desk service
