"The hotel is old but in a very good condition. Service is very welcoming and with a incredibly high level of English language proficiency. Location is rather quiet (there’s a shuttle but you better set with your car or bike) but with a great beach. Good food at the dinner restaurant and plentiful breakfast. Sand fleas is an issue. We’ve got some bites. Good value for money."

EErshisishiquxianshengIt is a quiet and beautiful community surrounded by the gentlest beaches of Elephant Island, where you can watch the sunset on the beach next to the restaurant, and you can watch the sunrise for a few minutes in the distance (but it will be blocked by the hills and cannot see the sunrise on the sea). The room was very comfortable, clean and intimate, and the three-bedroom villa had its own pool. Breakfast is delicious.

DDouyacaiThis hotel was a surprising and authentic find! The whole place has a classic Thai wooden style, and the rooms are huge with amazing sea views. Waking up to that view each morning was just wonderful… While the decor is a bit older, the hotel facilities are very comprehensive. My favorite part was the huge balcony – perfect for comfortably zoning out. The breakfast was excellent, with different dishes every day, featuring fresh vegetables and fruits. What was really unexpected was the number of peacocks 🦚 strolling around the hotel grounds. They weren't afraid of people at all. To be honest, I was a bit scared of them myself; their calls were quite loud! Sometimes, two peacocks would even stand guard right outside my room, making it hard for me to get in. 🏡 The only inconvenience was that there are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel. You have to take the hotel's shuttle bus to get out. Once you reach White Sand Beach, you can shop or eat freely. It was a bit of a hassle, to be honest. The hotel's food was also a bit expensive and, more importantly, not very good. Since I stayed for many days, I ended up buying a lot of things from 7-Eleven to bring back to my room. Service: Excellent, very friendly attitude. Environment: I highly recommend the environment and the hotel's beach 🏖️ – it's perfect! If you're looking to just relax and not do any shopping, this place is definitely worth considering.

Kkbamfieldmicro 4 nights holiday away from my Thai888 Law Office in Pattaya I cannot complain about anything the room was the biggest most modern on all of my vacations on the beach. The colours and thoughtful design was a real treat and calming and soothing. Set amongs a very well kept designed garden was a treat to walk through each day Breakfast was full on and changed each day. Coffee machines despensed excellent latte or shots or tea Its a great beach and from end to end i did it in 45 mins unless i was destracted There are other bars around if you need to change Very quiet and blockout curtains in the room A big aircon and it was efficent There is a very nice bathroom and all things there including robes/toiletries/ and a huge bath THank you and we shall return

GGeorgеI booked two floors in two different villas. They contacted me in advance and warned me that one of them would be replaced, as the previous guests wanted to extend their stay. They upgraded my room to a larger apartment with a sea view, which I absolutely loved. This was my first time at Koh Chang, so I give the experience a 5++. A personal, generous KHRAPP to Uncle Seryozha and his son Vladislav, and excellent, responsive service on site. The second room also lived up to all expectations, both in location and service. We were initially skeptical about the breakfasts at 500 baht per person, but ultimately decided they were definitely worth it. A good buffet, organic coffee, and pastries. There's also a small cafe nearby. We tried it—the food was good, but the administrator said that every table was often reserved (and obviously not fully occupied, giving the impression that either the adjacent villas were prioritized or that the staff were reluctant to open). The grounds are gigantic, apparently encompassing several different resorts. It would be difficult to navigate these wonderfully landscaped grounds without a moped. The service staff helped us with this, and after check-in, they brought the scooter right to our rooms. The beaches and beach bars (Shambala in particular) with their pools were absolutely delightful. Having driven around the island, I can say that one of the best beaches was right next to my room. I'm posting views from the beach opposite Apartment 1128. I don't have any photos of the accommodations, only videos, so I'll try to cut them up and upload them later.

However, what happened next completely transformed our holiday and the sincere reason for this 5-star review! The staff at this hotel are nothing short of exceptional! Their of client-oriented service didn't just fix the issues - it exceeded all our expectations. The room, breakfast buffet, massage, pool area, evening shows - everything was perfect! And of course people that make this place special! Thank you so much and hope to stay here again!

Breakfast is very delicious, mango, jackfruit are super sweet, there are also Thai rice dumplings, snacks ~ fried seafood, shrimp ~ squid, fried eggs and so on~ The hotel has a large lake, free kayaking is provided, it is fun, there is a lot of mangrove landscape on the lake There is no 7-11 around, there is a small supermarket not far from the hotel, you can buy some basic things It is a good choice for people with cars to come over in a daze~ The only minor problem, the pillow is a little higher~ I personally like a shorter pillow

Ddl6626First of all, it's quiet About 30 kilometers from the dock You can think of it as the end of the island There are 9 deluxe rooms and 2 suites in total The studio-type rooms are in a separate building, but it doesn't seem to have many rooms It's quiet overall because it's far away It's perfect if you just want to rest The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is also spacious. The shower didn't drain well The area around the hotel feels like an aquarium There are about 5 sea turtles, including saltwater fish and freshwater fish, especially next to the dining area During the day, they take you to an uninhabited island about 10 minutes away and pick you up at the right time. They prepare water, beach towers, and mats It's literally an uninhabited island...the water wasn't good enough for snorkeling They lend you kayaks and life jackets at the hotel Breakfast is a Thai dish, and you can choose from a few egg dishes, fruits, and breads. It's not a buffet It's fun to watch the fish while eating Overall, it's good Experience No separate parking lot If you rent a motorcycle, there are many places to go around

MMINXINGThe location of the hotel is relatively remote, so it is relatively quiet. The bed was very large and comfortable. We did not think it was too crowded. The bedding in the room is very comfortable, and the breakfast is also good, but the variety is relatively small. We booked a room with breakfast. The next day we had breakfast and we ordered the menu. The prices of different packages are different. I wondered if we needed to make up the difference when we checked out, but there was no result. The boss and the proprietress are very nice and enthusiastic. I only blame myself for having too limited English, and they can’t talk well. The hotel has a small boat to take guests to the opposite Bangbao fishing village for dinner every day. The service is very attentive. The hotel’s dinner is also okay, except that there are few varieties, everything else is fine. The fly in the ointment is that there is no place to dry clothes. There may be monkeys coming sooner or later, so don't be too nervous to hear the movement. And there are a lot of ants on the island, especially at night. Don't be too nervous to see it.
