"The service at this hotel was truly exceptional, and we were very satisfied! We arrived much earlier than the check-in time and were worried we wouldn't be able to get into our room right away. Although a few of the towels were a bit worn, the overall cleanliness was good, so it was probably just an oversight on their part. The bed was very soft, and the comforter and pillows were very comfortable, making for a truly restful sleep. There were three of us – my friend with her son, and myself. The hotel thoughtfully arranged a room with a larger bed for my friend and her son, and a smaller bed for me, which was very considerate. Initially, we accidentally booked a room without a window. When we went to the front desk, the staff informed us that we could cancel the windowless room for free and helped us rebook a nice room with a window. We are truly grateful for their assistance. We didn't book breakfast because we are foreigners, and the breakfast here is very Chinese in style. The hotel even offered to let us check out the breakfast options beforehand. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't really to our liking, so we ultimately decided against it. Wi-Fi was available in the room. When we checked out, we were also able to store our luggage at the hotel, which was very convenient. Overall, the service was excellent, and everything was great. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's generally quite clean. During our stay, housekeeping came to clean the room, replaced all the slippers with new ones, provided new toothbrushes, and even mopped the floor. We all really liked this hotel, especially the service. The staff were very polite and patient with foreign guests, always trying their best to help us. Their attitude was very gentle and friendly, and they often proactively asked if we needed any assistance. We highly recommend this hotel!"

"I stayed for two days in total, and overall, it was pretty good. The location is excellent, quite close to Gulangyu Island, the Botanical Garden, and Zhongshan Road. Every afternoon, the cleaning staff would come to tidy up, and you could ask them to change the sheets and duvet covers. The front desk staff were all very warm and hospitable. You could ask them for recommendations on where to go and what to eat, and they would patiently explain everything. There are also washing machines and dryers in the common area, which are free to use, and laundry detergent is provided. If it rains, you can even borrow an umbrella from them. Right below the hotel is the beach, and directly opposite is Gulangyu Island. There's also Heping Wharf nearby, where you can take a boat, but it doesn't go to Gulangyu; it's mainly for the Lujiang Night Tour or a sea tour to view Kinmen. It's about a four to five-minute walk to the wharf, and the subway station is about seven to eight minutes away. There are also several bus stops within 300 meters, which can take you to most of the main attractions. So, I was really satisfied with the location."
