The hotel is overall clean and cozy. Areas requiring improvement is the toilet door which is quite heavy to slide sideways. Moreover, the staff service in the morning buffet session needed improvement. For example, the waitress was too fast in cleaning up the plates when we were still eating which caused disturbance. The staff who refilled the porridge did not clean up the food she spilled. Furthermore, the staff responsible for cooking the noodles pulled a long face. I don't mean to be picky but the staff service definitely require improvement in order to claim itself a 5-star hotel.

This is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view. Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier. Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine. There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

Hotel location is excellent, service is good, the only fly in the ointment is that the building where the hotel is located also has restaurants and KTV, etc. On holidays, locals have a lot of weddings, and the staff are noisy. It is very helpless to smoke the elevator after drinking. If you like quiet, it is not recommended.

All aspects are good, especially the breakfast, which is very rich

We stayed in a family room. The room is large, 20+ floors high and has a wide view. There are cartoon slippers and toothbrush sets for children, as well as a large bathtub. The hotel has complete facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool and a standard indoor swimming pool. There was a pool party and resident singers on the evening of May Day, and photographers were available for appointment. We chartered a car to visit Pingtan, and thank the hotel manager Zhou for helping us book a car.

Had a lovely 3 night stay over Christmas break. Took a 3 hour high speed train from Shanghai. The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station with reservation made in advance. Everything was very smooth. When we arrived at the hotel, my kids enjoyed the buggy ride from the main lobby to our villa, where there was a nice tea, fruit, and pastries waiting for us. The hotel is very close to the National park. It’s about a 30 min walk to the south entrance where you can get tickets for the bus that takes you around the park to the hiking trails and bamboo raft trip. Remember to bring your passport. We forgot but our photos were accepted as ID. On our way out, we had some pictures taken on-site. We forgot to book in advance but the staff were very accommodating. We do not speak mandarin at all but we were able to get by with Google translate, WeChat, and some of the staff are English speaking. Overall, the Villas are very nice. The pictures look exactly as shown. A true 5 star. Would highly recommend.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, situated right next to Sanfang Qixiang and conveniently connected to the metro. Recent renovations have kept the interior fresh, with rooms appearing brand new. Other previous reviews online mentioned water leakage concerns, but evident efforts have been made to address this, with new waterproof materials applied in bathrooms and around windows. Cleanliness is maintained at a high standard by dedicated staff. Overall, a highly commendable hotel.

This is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

The first homestay on the way to Dongbi Village, far away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and business, facing the blue sea, is more peaceful. The environment of the homestay is very good, there is a front desk on the first floor, and there is a dedicated parking lot not far from the door. Compared with the downtown area where cars can only be parked on the street, the overall safety is higher. The sea view double bed room I stayed in was very beautiful, more Santorini than the Haiwei Cape scenic spot in Xiapu. The floor-to-ceiling windows were full of sunshine and endless sea views. I felt very good living in it. The breakfast of the hotel is also very good. The coffee has latte art. I can feel the sincerity and care. I hope it will get better and better!

It was a great accommodation experience. Because we avoided holidays, it felt like ”only serving our family”. The restaurant does not provide catering, but the two lunches were either food stalls ordered by the proprietress or home-cooked dishes made by the blind date, and the prices were reasonable. For breakfast, they specially asked us for time to prepare sweet potato porridge. In the end, if we left something behind, we even helped mail it back. It's pet friendly. We have an injured puppy at home and the lady boss is very nice to her. We booked a room on the 4th floor with a terrace and tatami mats. It was very new and clean, and my parents were full of praises. To be honest, our family travels around Fujian. Basically, we stay in many sea view B&Bs every year. Most of the B&B owners are very enthusiastic. If we compare the rooms, this one is also quite outstanding❤️
