The hotel is conveniently located near AEON MALL, just a two to three-minute walk away. For a room costing over 500, only bath towels were provided, no hand towels. A hairdryer only became available on my third day, and I suspect it was simply brought from an unused room. (Though, with my short hair, I didn't truly need it anyway.) There was no full-sized desk, just a small table barely sufficient for working. This stay definitely didn't justify the price.

I stayed at episode for 3 nights and had a really great time. The room was thoughtfully designed with so many nice details, and everything felt clean and fresh. The breakfast was awesome—lots of variety and super tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I loved the overall design of the hotel, from the corridors to the rooms, bathrooms, and even the elevator. It all came together for a really pleasant experience. One thing that could be better, though, is the lighting in the room. I was hoping for a cozy, late-night vibe, but the lights were too bright, and there wasn’t a way to dim them. Adding a soft, dimmer light option would make the rooms even more comfortable. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place!

Booked this hotel for the night as i had an early flight. Great location. Walking distance from the airport clean and secure. No phone but there was ipad ti replace. Unfortunately didnt work, cant swipe. TV had to log in, so couldnt watch. No manual to use it. But it is a clean and secure hotel comfortable for the night stay.

great location, room was spacious, too bad couldn't stand the smell of pee in the toilet. also, could improve the cleanliness by vacuuming the floor especially below the bed or sofa. Breakfast was ok. Overall, love our stay there.

The room was spacious and i personally liked the washroom bcos of the rain shower. Water pressure was strong. The bed was comfy and kudos for variety of channels on the tv. The breakfast was so good i spent almost 2 hours enjoying the food while chatting with my sister. The main highlight for me was the freshly baked croissant and the traditional indonesian rice (i forgot the name but it has small chunks of meat in the rice). The customer service was also great, everyone was friendly and smiley. Overall i enjoyed my stay at santika ice bsd and would recommend it to other people :)

This was by far the best hotel I stayed at during my one-week business trip in Indonesia. The airport pickup was arranged seamlessly, and the hotel itself is very new. Cleanliness was impeccable; everything looked spotless. What truly stood out, however, was the service. Both the front desk staff and the restaurant servers greeted me with big, genuine smiles, making me feel incredibly welcomed and cared for. Oh, and the airport transfer to the hotel took only 20 minutes, while the drop-off to the airport was just 5 minutes – extremely convenient!

The staff and the cleanliness plus all the facilities. Although just a day but it is really outstanding. The only part that can be better is the room sink and bathroom drainage. Other than that it is all good even the breakfast so so so good.Thank you to all the staff at Sheraton Hatta.

We stayed for two nights. The staff was friendly. Everything was good. If I have to complain, then it would be the service in the main restaurant (The Porte). The food was good. The price was fair. However, we had to wait long to get out food. We used this restaurant for both days. Both days we had to wait for long.

My second stay here but in another room. The safe was not working again. Had to call in the technician. The shower hose leaking across the length of it. Asked for technician to come but none came. Food that is delivered for room service is different from the menu given
