Great hotel but lot of construction noise at Waldorf astoria . Mr Mohsin and the the smart manager always easer to help. The breakfast bakery needs improvement especially croissants.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming.
A special thank you to May, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience unforgettable. She was warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. Whether it was helping with check-in, answering questions, or simply offering a friendly smile, May made me feel valued and cared for throughout my stay.
The room was spotless, the amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back—and I hope May is there to greet me again!
Traveling with my family, it was my first time to Ras Al Khaimah. Because of Eid, the hotel was very busy and I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The beach is beautiful and there is a standard golf course. The room is relatively large, and there is no problem for a family of four. There are two large beds and a sofa. Overall, the room is good. There is a cloakroom and the partition is good and convenient. The children had a lot of fun. There is a swimming pool for children.
A truly relaxing and peaceful getaway. Everything about the hotel was excellent, but the standout was the exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and seamless. The atmosphere is calm and quiet, perfect for unwinding. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury escape with top-notch hospitality.
The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was both spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities, including the gym and restaurant, were top-notch and added great value to my stay. Staff were always courteous and attentive to my needs. I truly enjoyed my time here and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah and overall had a mixed experience. The price is pretty good, and the location in the city centre makes it very convenient for getting around. I want to give special thanks to the Duty Manager who was working on the evening of 25/09 – he was extremely helpful and professional, which I really appreciated.
I didn’t get the chance to use the hotel’s facilities, but the room itself was clean and comfortable overall. I especially enjoyed the view overlooking the city and the mountains, which was a nice highlight. That said, I think the rooms would feel cozier if they had some carpets.
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the bed. It was extremely shaky and made noises with every movement, which made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, there were only two small pillows, which flattened under my head and didn’t provide any support. As a result, I couldn’t sleep properly and woke up at least four times during the night.
In summary, the hotel has a great price, location, and service, but the quality of the bed and pillows needs serious improvement to ensure a good night’s rest.
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful!
Was a great stay. Just that the rooms need sound proofing. I could hear people at the corridor making noises.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty.
Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.

AAnonymous UserDear The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Team,
I hope this email finds you well. My family and I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel during the Chinese New Year, and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way.
The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home.
We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well.
The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival.
This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return to your hotel in the future. Thank you once again for making our Chinese New Year celebration so extraordinary.
Warmest regards
Fxxx

GGuest UserMy experience at Rixos was truly exceptional. From the elegant rooms and world-class dining to the warm hospitality and top-notch facilities, every moment was memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and satisfaction, making it one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury, relaxation, and unforgettable service.
GGuest UserThe environment is good, but the personal feeling is not good. When personal belongings are left behind, 1. No active notification was given (maybe it is not convenient, but I guess we would have contacted them earlier if we had damaged anything). 2. After finding the items in the hotel, we communicated with Ctrip to see whether we would pick them up by ourselves or have them delivered to the next hotel. After we confirmed that it was too expensive to return and planned to deliver them by express, we reconfirmed that the items were delayed. 3. We contacted the express delivery at the next hotel and were told that it would take 24 hours to deliver them. To be on the safe side, we chose to deliver them to the last hotel we were going to stay in. 4. After the communication, they said that the last hotel needs to check in and provide the room number before delivery. 5. After we checked in at the last time, they immediately contacted us to provide the room number, and then they said that we had to provide a personal local number, but we didn’t have it. We asked if we couldn’t have the items delivered to the front desk for collection? The answer was no, and they suggested that we find the personal phone number of the hotel concierge. 5. We consulted the hotel and asked if we could provide the concierge’s personal phone number. The answer was no, and we could send it to the front desk for forwarding. 6. We communicated with the hotel again and they said that the delivery would take 48 hours, so we stayed for about 48 hours.
So, 1. Why didn’t you tell us that we needed a local phone number (we could have prepared it in advance)? 2. Why did you say 24 hours at first and then it became 48 hours?
