Such an amazing experience! They really take care of guests so gently and thoughtfully, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. I just left and I'm already missing it so much, I want to go back! Even though it's a bit far from the city center, staying here is totally worth it. It's so chill and I love it so much! 🩷🩷🩷

I have stayed at this hotel three times. During my first stay, around ten something minutes after entering the room, a staff suddenly entered while I was washing my hands. Upon seeing me, the staff apologized and immediately left. Later, I discovered that the room make up light was on. After inserting the room card, the red light indicator was activated. Why didn’t the hotel staff check to ensure the indicator was turned off after finishing their work? During my second stay, I again noticed that the make up light was switched on. I turned it off immediately, but another issue was found – the metal hook of the security lock was broken. The staff advised to have it replaced while I was out for dinner, but they didn’t actually replace it. Additionally, the floor of room was carpeted, and I found small bits of debris, possibly left by the previous guest, which hadn’t been cleaned. On my third stay, I brought my own slippers because during my second stay, my colleague told me they experienced itching after using the hotel’s plastic slippers. This made me hesitant to use the slippers provided by the hotel again.

Everything was excellent. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The only minor drawback was the breakfast, which had limited variety and remained the same each day, making it a bit repetitive.

A simply stunning hotel! We stayed for two nights in two rooms, one king and one twin. The rooms are beautiful with tasteful modern decor, luxury bathroom and large balcony with mountain views. There are so many amenities we would have needed at least a week to enjoy! A wonderful rooftop pool plus two further pools, one is indoor. Fabulous gym, spa and Iounge areas. The staff are so friendly and attentive helping with grab taxis who had a little trouble finding the correct entrance for pickup. Breakfast was good but very slow at the egg station - please install a gas hob for the chef, it would help a lot! The location is an easy 10 min journey to Tam Coc or Trang An.We loved it and wish we had been able to stay longer.

A very nice place to stay, we were completely satisfied with everything. The staff was incredibly friendly at all times and accommodated every one of our requests. This accommodation hasn't been open for long, but it definitely deserves 5 stars for everything it offers. The nearby town is just a 10-minute walk away. On the way there, you'll also find a self-service laundry where you can wash 8kg for €2 (keep an eye out, it's a bit hidden). Around the area, there are also several bike rentals, costing approximately €3 per day per person. If you cycle through the town, you can explore amazing hills and vast fields, where you'll also find many small cafes. We would definitely come back anytime.

The resort covers a pretty extensive area and has two pools. The room is large with a beautiful lake view. The bathroom is really cool, a definite plus! The restaurant service and breakfast buffet are varied and delicious. The bar is open until 10 PM. Overall, a great stay, I recommend it.

A wonderful hotel, located far from cities in a natural setting. There's also a golf course, but I didn't use it. The entire team is incredibly friendly, many staff members speak excellent English, and they fulfilled all our requests. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. I will definitely be back. Special thanks to Diem, Tuan Anh, Huong, Thanh, and Ut. Please excuse any misspellings. :-) And let's not forget the kitchen team. They accommodated my special request for a vegetarian dish and treated me to a delicious meal. Thank you for everything.

A luxury hotel in a quiet area. Everything is new, room was spacious, bed linen was new, towels were fluffy The room cleaning was beyond praise. There was an outdoor swimming pool and a cozy garden with swings and elegant wrought-iron garden furniture. Breakfast, Vietnamese cuisine menu to choose from: delicious soups, tea, coffee. Many thanks to the staff for organizing excursions, calling a taxi and also for solving my small problem. Special thanks to Manager Loan for a wonderful evening in the city, hospitality and warmth

Family of 3 from Australia. We stayed in the double family room on level 10. Spacious, clean, warm, double rooms with hot showers and cold fridges. Staff were fantastic, especially the two lads who help with toast and seating at breakfast. Walking distance to night markets and WinMart. Couldn't fault it. We were the only 'western' tourists, but we were made to feel very safe and welcome. I would recommend and would stay here again on our next visit to Ninh Binh.

Pros: Excellent central location. The rooms are spacious, and if you're on a high floor, the view is great. The gym provides towels and water, and there's an indoor pool. The breakfast spread is extensive, with a live cooking station for pho and egg dishes. The buffet selection also changes slightly every day (though the meat tends to be a bit tough). Cons: The fridge didn't get cold at all. The tissues shed lint when pulled. The bathtub didn't seem very clean and required a thorough wash before use. The SPA therapist's skills could use improvement.
