It was a very pleasant and elegant place to visit. However, as noted by the receptionist, there has been some problems with the ventilator system, which causes dust particles to be more prominent. The ambience was extraordinary and the view was scenic, however obstructed by another tall building, at least for room 2016

There are some dust in bath towels (we found just once) Concierge staff and the front staff were frindly and helpful The front staff in the morning shift were kind too! Even if the door was closed but the water from the shower was on the floor

Facilities: Poor compared to hotel grade. - The pool is too small. - Gym Facilities Are Too Poor Location: BEST The hotel is old and the facilities are worn out overall. However it was clean and well maintained The best thing about this hotel is the location. The view from our room on the harbour side was so stunning and impressive. However, the size of the room was too small and inconvenient. So overall, I'd give it about 4 out of 5 stars.

Convenient location next to the ICC, 80m walk from Convention Tram station, 10-15 min walk from Central station. The hotel is clean, modern, with good amenities including comfy slippers. Easy walk to Darling Square and China Town, highly recommended!

At first glance, this hotel makes an excellent impression, it’s conveniently located in the city center, close to many attractions. The staff is helpful and friendly, the rooms are quite spacious and stylish, and there're beautiful views of downtown. That said, everything else is a bit off - breakfasts are disappointingly lacking in variety, the chairs are extremely hard to move on the carpet, towels are linty, in the bathroom - the sink is the only place to put your phone, and shampoo is fixed in the shower stall with no way to take it to the tub (do people not wash their hair in tubs here?). It’s impossible to have dim lighting since the lamps shine right in your eyes. The furniture, while stylish is a bit old and creaky and the trash bins are ridiculously small and awkward to open. Yet the hotel offers good value for money in central Sydney, and the staff truly deserves praise. Just consider twice if minor annoyances could bother you and destroy your nerves.

The rooms are very spacious, and the location is excellent. It's a short downhill walk to the Opera House and also very close to the most beautiful train station. It's great for families, as the free Sydney Museum is just diagonally opposite the hotel. I loved that the hotel provides BYREDO toiletries. The coffee machine in the room works great, allowing you to make your own coffee every day. The restaurant on the hotel's ground floor isn't pricey, but service can be quite slow. However, if you're not in a rush, it's a convenient option for lunch or dinner with children, especially since they offer a kids' menu.

Good location. Friendly front desk staff. We walked from this hotel to Sydney Opera House, Chinatown, Crown Hotel. Walkable to many tourist spots. Definitely will stay again if visiting Sydney again.

The room was clean and modern. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff were very attentive and patient. A large shopping complex is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk. Among the many hotels in this area, this one stands out for its excellent value for money. Nearby, there's a small Malaysian restaurant offering delicious food at great prices. There's also a beautiful flower shop, though it's a bit pricey.

Room - Bed and pillows were so extremely soft they left my back and neck hurting after just the first night. The hotel did not have alternative pillow options. Otherwise it was a spacious room with great aircon. Breakfast - Breakfast was horrible. One of the worst scrambled eggs I've ever had the displeasure of encountering and not eating in my life. Breakfast options were also limited. Service - The staff were sometimes stand-offish, with one receptionist even telling me off for being impatient with my room service request, except for the lovely lady showing us our table at breakfast. Location - Great location walkable to Macquarie Park station with short cut and easy to take buses to Macquarie Shopping Centre, although if you have heavy luggage you will have to walk all the way around (around 10 mins)
