Located right in front of Viru Gate, the entrance to Tallinn's Old Town, the hotel offers panoramic views of the city from the higher floors. It's a very large hotel, attached to a shopping mall. There were no signs inside the mall, so it was difficult to find my way around on my first visit. The room was clean, and the breakfast was average.
Really enjoyed my stay. Everything is straightforward, great attention to detail including having an adaptor, a yoga mat, sweets, tea and nice coffee, a water bottle, USB C plugs and other smaller bits improving one's life. Wish there were more lockers in the luggage room (all were occupied). Sometimes answering the queries took longer but generally everything is available online.
The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the old town, with numerous public transport options next to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. However, the room remained hot all the time, and there was no air conditioning. Additionally, the sound isolation in the room was quite poor; we could hear showering, flushing toilets, and even our neighbors coughing, not to mention conversations and the sounds of using Duolingo.
Fortunately, our neighbors were relatively quiet at night, so it didn’t affect us too much, but it did prevent us from speaking loudly. Given the price (over 60 euros per night), I expected the gym to be included without extra charges and for there to be a sauna. I was quite disappointed with the facilities.
New hotels with new facilities. Rooms look very clean but the housekeeper doesn't clean or refill coffee or tea every day during your stay unless you request. Staff at reception are very helpful, in particular the guy who works overnight. location is good, trams are outside the hotel. Low taxi cost for travelling to the centre. Breakfast is of good quality but lack of choice.
The place is really beautiful and there were little nice things like a camera or a charger or a yoga mat inside the room. Also it was nice that the kitchen came with cooking oil because that's a kind of thing you don't want to buy for a few days.
The place is very close to the tram and was quite noisy. Also I heard neighbours across the hallway. So even the walls are soundproof, the doors are not really.
Everything was very good. I loved the breakfast and the service. Everyone was very friendly and committed to guest satisfaction from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended. Maria explained to me the places where the locals usually go. Another receptionist gave me a free pass to a club. And so, each and every one was very good.
A basic good Hyatt hotel. Clean, stylishly decorated. The biggest minus is the restaurant and lobby. The soundproofing is poor. The restaurant and lobby are incredibly noisy. One big, loud group at dinner, you can't hear anything the waiter is trying to say or a conversation with someone else is impossible. You can't enjoy your time in the restaurant. The clinking and clanking of dishes could be heard all the way to the reception.
The portion was far too expensive for the quality. Schnitzel €29. Schnitzel (pork) maybe max 150g a few potatoes and two sauces. The max price for this would be €20. If it was made from beef, the price €29 would be ok.
The service was absolutely fantastic. That's the pluses.
The standard room bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. Old style gradient floor tiles for the shower, with a shower curtain too close if you're a normal sized person. If you need to provide a floor squeegee you know there's a problem.
The room overall is clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite is a plus as it's far away from old town centre. Plan your driving and parking routes and you will likely save on parking overnight at other hotels.
Big shopping centre opposite is convenient.
Couldn't really hear much aircraft noise, probably because it's not a very busy airport, especially at night.
However, got unlucky with the window facing a floor which was very loud when it rained the whole night.
Because I want to take a boat to Helsinki, I specially booked this hotel that is relatively close to the pier. Taking a bolt to the pier costs about 4 euros. In fact, there are several shopping malls near the hotel, including supermarkets and food courts. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the old town, which is very convenient.
The front desk is courteous. When you check in, you will be given two hand straps, which you can use to bring into the swimming pool and sauna. The room is tidy and larger than expected. Our room is located on a high-rise building facing the inner street, so it is not noisy.
Rich breakfast options, perfect for a short stay in Tallinn
There is a sister hotel next to it, metropol hotel, which is older and has foreign groups staying there, so be sure not to make a mistake.
Nice hotel with spacious room and varied breakfast. 10 minutes walk to Tallinn Old Town. The staff is very friendly - girls, thank you for answering questions and helping us organize our leisure time during our short stay in Tallinn.

GGuest UserFirst the positives: the receptionists were really friendly and helpful, the location was excellent, the breakfast was even super good for a celiac!
Then a little worse: the noise from the street was really loud in the room, the air conditioner made a shocking noise, the shower was moldy, the wall was broken, the room was a bit messy but the bed was good. On the spa side, the changing room and shower rooms were a maze, it smelled really bad and the sauna floors were so hot you couldn't walk. The pools were ok but sandy everywhere. The breakfast staff was a bit rude but it could be a cultural difference.

AArun KumarGood Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.

ZzxjzycI can’t remember how many times I’ve stayed here. I can’t have too high requirements for Europe. Anyway, the room looks at the old city. It’s in a good location and has a sauna and swimming pool.
EEU travelerHonestly it is so nice and luxury that it gave me a 5 star hotel experience already . The hotel is brand new , very nice bath tub , amazingly clean . Also just nearby old town and in a quiet area (15 mins walking distance) .
Bus station also within walking distance.
GGuest UserStrategic location in walking distance to OldTown, Ferry Terminal & main shopping mall (opposite road, H&M & grocery market at next buiding)
Muslim food outlet also walking distance.
Spacious and new modern room setting.
