"This is a really huge family-friendly resort, with beautiful scenery and a wide variety of hot springs located up in the mountains, which felt like a treasure hunt and was a lot of fun. It's connected to the water park, and you only need to pay one entrance fee, which is quite thoughtful. The water park is also very well-equipped, with many different pools, so kids don't all crowd into one area. The zero-gravity amusement park has a lot of rides and is well-designed; there aren't any super dangerous attractions, but they are still quite fun and great for burning off kids' energy. After playing at the zero-gravity amusement park in the afternoon, we soaked in the hot springs in the evening and then had a really good night's sleep. There are also many indoor activities for children. All in all, it's a vast and impressive place, making it a great spot for a weekend getaway with kids. Breakfast is a buffet with a rich selection. For lunch, there are Chinese and Western restaurants downstairs, though dining there is a bit more expensive. The hotel room design is tasteful, and the bedding is quite clean, at least visibly reassuring. The hotel's WeChat concierge was very prompt with reminders and timely informed us that we could extend our check-out to 2:30 PM without any extra charge, which was incredibly helpful since we were still having so much fun. I've already recommended it to many friends."

"The front desk service is professional and enthusiastic! Miss Sister stayed and took the initiative to introduce the use of smart devices. The room facilities are intact, the smart curtains + lighting are super convenient, and even the wind power of the hair dryer is super sufficient."

Squirrel Park felt like a childhood paradise, and even in the weather, whether it was rainy or sunny, it was a wonderful experience. There's a wetland island area with a forest atmosphere. "Our whole family had a wonderful Qingming Festival here. The amusement facilities catered to most kids' preferences, and the sightseeing carts were a great convenience for guests with mobility issues. The overall environment is fantastic, and there's plenty to do, offering all the amenities you'd expect from a resort. The hot springs, in particular, were the cleanest I've ever encountered at any hotel; I even saw staff regularly cleaning the pools and changing the water while I was there. Even with the large number of people using the hot springs during Qingming Festival, which put extra strain on hygiene, the pool conditions remained excellent. Crucially, every room comes with a private hot spring pool, which is something most hotels simply don't offer. The service was efficient and quick, truly commendable! The only downsides were some essential information not being clearly communicated at check-in, which meant I had to go back to the front desk to ask questions. Also, the bathroom on the second floor of our duplex was blocked, and the toilet flushing mechanism on the first floor was poorly designed, often scraping against the wall when flushed. These issues significantly detract from guest satisfaction and I hope they can be addressed in future renovations. Overall, though, we were quite satisfied with our stay."

"Long Bay Natural Hot Spring Resort was an amazing experience! The hot springs are genuinely natural, with clean water and a good variety of pools, each with its own unique feel. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed and refreshed. The resort grounds are serene and well-maintained, with excellent greenery and cleanliness. The service was warm and attentive, the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the dining was also great. It's conveniently located, offers excellent value for money, and is perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's suitable for the whole family, and I genuinely recommend it. Five-star rating!"

You can see the owner's thoughtful touches and design sense everywhere. There's even a hot spring on the rooftop where you can soak while stargazing! Service: Truly exceptional. The congee the owner cooks at 6 AM is out of this world (picture 5). The check-in experience was great, and the owner is genuinely a wonderful person."

"I stayed there for six days and had a very good experience. There's an alarm button in the hallway, and you can swipe your card to access the elevator. The room closest to the elevator exit is the hotel's office area, meaning there's staff on every floor, which is incredibly safe for a woman. The room was very comfortable. The cleaning lady and the other lady on the 7th floor were very friendly and welcoming, without any office atmosphere.
