We checked in late and was automatically upgraded which was a surprise. The lobby was elegant. The room was spacious and clean. Basic amenities were provided. The window was left open, but unnoticed, so we had mosquitoes buzzing around throughout the night. I only found out at 5am and could finally get a few good hours of rest after closing the window. Breakfast was adequate, with ample tables when we went down at 9am. Generally, it was a pleasant stay.

Avoid the May Day trip to visit Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, thinking of choosing this government-designated cooperative hotel as the first choice. It took about ten minutes to arrive from Chimelong to the hotel at around 9 pm. Entering the lobby, it feels really good, elegant and unexpectedly pleasant. The room was upgraded, and the front desk staff was super welcoming. Knowing that I was a mother with two children, she took the initiative to ask the aunt to bring me children's products. When entering the room, my son was very happy. The room is so big and the facilities are very new. The breakfast ingredients are also rich. In the afternoon, the children were tired from playing and refused to go out for dinner. They ordered two simple meals at the hotel and finished them all. 👍👍 👍I am very satisfied with this stay and will continue to choose Tianmu Hotel next time.

I found that the hotel was large and quiet, with new facilities and the waitress was very considerate. There were children's slippers and toothbrushes, and it only took 10 minutes to get to Chimelong.
