Don't be fooled by the fact that there is breakfast, everything is at least 3 days old.

Top hotel, very well located and generous breakfast, highly recommended

I don't really care about the service, even though I didn't book breakfast, I was allowed to have breakfast. The staff was very nice and I'm always looking for a place to sleep and shower. The rooms were clean and that was enough for me. I definitely recommend it. It's a good price and it's a 400 meter walk to the subway you lots of options there

Except the location, which was absolutely great, everything else was just average, from cleanliness, breakfast items, room service , always busy the only elevator, the staff didn't know English, the entrance escalator that was always working against my direction 🤣( sometimes up, sometimes down). More importantly, you must be way lucky like us to get a spacious room, otherwise you won't have an easy stay ( some rooms are too small) . Don't count on an inside pool , dirty water with surprisingly gathering of heavy smoker staff in the pool😳 , no changing room,... Thanks to the blue-haired receptionist lady (unfortunately,I have forgotten her name) who was very helpful and friendly and she nicely checked us in and gave us a good room. She was one of the rare guys that I saw in this hotel who was able to speak English fluently. Totally not terrible but average.

The staff was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable and big enough for a good night's sleep. The air conditioning worked fine, and there was a cute little cat hanging around the hotel, which was a nice touch. The location isn’t central, but there’s a subway station nearby, and you can find restaurants and shopping within a 10-minute walk, including a big shopping center. There were many downsides. The escalator was broken. The reception area was very dark, which made the place feel uninviting. The bathroom was old and really needs an update. Even though the bed was great, it was noisy because the hotel is right by a busy street, and closing the windows didn’t help much. Also, it’s right next to a mosque, so expect an early wake-up call. The breakfast was disappointing with hardly any choices, and what was available wasn’t enjoyable.

My money and passport was stolen from my room on day-3 of my stay, staff denied everything and managers covered it up, will NOT recommend to anyone absolutely disgusting place, I lost £400 and €200 and my passport, spent most of my holiday panicked about how I’d be getting home without my passport, luckily my daughter spoke to the embassy and quickly sorted an ETD, but honestly disgusting hotel will NEVER recommend!

Despite great location, you'll find out the entrance is stairs down with a escalator which going up. Lobby is very very dark place I think to cover up the old and rustdy walls. Receptionist are not attentive and caring. But about room. My room 202 had a window to a dark passage without any light and air exchange. Bed was stinky and truely dirty with visible stains on it that I don't want to know were they are come from.. bath room was also dirty. Room service did not do any thing. Safebox battery was dead and keep noising and after two days someone came with batteries.. hotel obviously has black mold problem and you can smell the odor everywhere.

I wonder how this hotel got 4 stares! You can't imagine how awful this hotel is until you are not trapped in internet pictures! In the room you don't five any facilities. Even there is no trash bin and you have to go to bathroom to throw your trash. In the bathroom All the walls are moldy. The water does not pass through the well and when you take a shower, your feet are in the lake of foam that has been created. Moreover, you can't find anything except soap and shampoo. Room is quiet small. When you remove the room card from its place, the refrigerator and air conditioner are also turned off, and if you have something in the refrigerator and leave the room for a long time, it will definitely get damaged. In addition, the breakfast of the hotel is very poor and minimal. If you catch yourself in the first few minutes, you might get some watermelon. Otherwise, there is no recharging. If you like nimru, don't look for it in this hotel, because they only serve boiled eggs here. On the third night of my stay, the electricity in my room was cut off and it plunged into total darkness. The room phone didn't work either and I had to use the bathroom phone to call my lobby. Do not be fooled by the pictures on the internet, because for the price you pay, you will find better hotels in more convenient places in the city. I never come back to this terrible place and never recommend here to others.

This gotta be the worst hotel I have been and seen in my intire life, the room stinks you can't lock the bathroom door, the room they putted us in looks like it wasn't cleand since world war 2, the people that works there can't speak looks like the have kinda of a medical problem they trick you watch out the bottle waters that they gave looks like it came straight out of a oven, -100/10 worst hotel DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE, it's for your own good trust me. Stinks: Bad service Not recommended at all STAY AWAY

The hotel is good and I was satisfied with the services . They resolved all my complaints. I recommend. It is at the center. Restaurants and malls are near. Very goood location. Thé reseption is so good thank you everything and I will come again
