Overall, a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and the concierge service was absolutely top-notch. Being on a high floor, the night view was stunning. From the window, Jiefangbei looked deceptively close, but it was actually about a 20-minute walk – a bit of 'Chongqing leg training' as we like to call it! The property is conveniently located right by the river and was incredibly easy to find; we spotted the exact location from the photos the concierge had sent as soon as we got out of the car. It's super convenient for getting around, with Chaotianmen Metro Station just a few minutes' walk away, and Chaotianmen Port also very close by.

The location is fantastic, right by Raffles City, and about a 15-minute walk to both Hongya Cave and Jiefangbei. Changbin Road is just downstairs, and getting a taxi to Liziba Station (famous for the train passing through a building) is incredibly convenient. It definitely lives up to its name as a river-view homestay; the views are absolutely spectacular. Sitting on the balcony at night, enjoying the river breeze and watching Dongshuimen Bridge light up – it's pure magic! After booking, we contacted the host, who promptly sent us the location details and, to our surprise, an incredibly detailed travel guide in PPT format – over 30 pages! A huge thank you to them! They even helped us plan a route for Hongya Cave to avoid the crowds and recommended a local favorite: 'xiaomian' (Chongqing noodles). It was absolutely delicious!

Location: The location was just okay. It's a homestay situated within a commercial building, with various wholesale markets in the vicinity. Parking: Parking is available on levels B3, B4, and B5, but it's a paid service. The rates are 3 RMB per hour for the first two hours, 10 RMB for 12 hours, and 20 RMB for 24 hours. The mattress was also quite thin. Environment: The ambiance was pretty good. Overall, it didn't quite live up to its price tag.

The hotel's location was a bit tricky to find, but the room itself was very nice. The only drawback was the lack of free parking, though local parking fees were quite reasonable. We were delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade. Our room featured a balcony offering a great view of Qianximen Bridge and Laojundong Scenic Area. Inside, the room was spacious and well-appointed, complete with a large sofa and a high-end speaker. We were also impressed by the thoughtful amenities, including a Dyson hairdryer, makeup remover, and cotton pads.

Overall, the stay was great. You could tell the furnishings and amenities in the room were of high quality, not cheap. The staff provided detailed instructions for both check-in and how to use the various facilities in the room, which was very professional and convenient. I always pay close attention to bathroom cleanliness when checking into a place, and this guesthouse was exceptionally clean. As it was a last-minute booking, I didn't opt for one of their larger rooms. However, the room size was perfectly sufficient, and premium amenities like the smart toilet and hairdryer were still provided – there was no downgrading of features just because it was a smaller room.

This room has a charming, vintage feel, featuring a well-stocked bookshelf with some complete series, making it perfect for families with children. What's more, there's a real, playable piano! The room itself is incredibly spacious, boasting a large round bed, a foldable bed, and a comfortable sofa. It offers excellent value for money, easily accommodating three people without feeling crowded. The amenities are comprehensive, and it even includes a kitchen.

The stay was absolutely delightful and satisfying. The building retains its classic charm, the room was equipped with brand-new facilities. And the staffs were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering us plenty of useful local tips and recommendations. Also the view from the window was a wonderful surprise☺️

Visiting my hometown, I needed an overnight stay in the city center. I randomly picked a hotel on an online platform after seeing positive reviews. The room was spacious and, most importantly, very clean. It was tastefully decorated and featured a small balcony with a nice night view. They even had well-maintained plants, showing great attention to detail. The room was exactly as depicted on the booking platform. The front desk staff mentioned that rooms are assigned randomly, and you'd need to contact them in advance if you want to pick a specific one. Honestly, I hadn't even paid much attention to this when booking. I just scrolled through the pictures, and they all looked appealing, so I was very happy with the room I ended up with. While the exterior looked a bit dated, the interior of the room was excellent. Plus, having two doors to the room made it feel very secure during my stay.

singaporean here! overall my stay here was pleasant. it is always convenient to use didi to travel around as this place is really popular. raffles city is our go to mall. bed cleanliness is good too. the host is nice and friendly and quick to deliver our request. solid host! however there's watermarks in the fridge. there are some parts with the mould, which could be due to overusage. the 2nd bed that i slept on was pretty small (im 1.78m) and i ended up sleeping on a curled position. but overall i slept well because the bed was comfortable

Very clean and cosy place to stay. Location is ideal, not too far from most attractions. Views from our windows are superb! Great customer services as well.

Host was friendly, helpful and kind. The room was nice and the host even gave us choose from multiple rooms. There is a guest laundry for us to use.

Beautiful room in a fantastic central location with an amazing view from the window. The bed is very comfortable and I slept very well. Nearby there are many places to eat and the building is not far from Chaotianmen (line 1) and Xiaoshizi (lines 1 and 6) metro stations. Nancy, the owner, is very helpful and regularly kept in contact to make sure everything was ok. I’ll definitely stay here again if I visit Chongqing in the future.

Unbelievable view, very nice clean apartment and the host was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend for anybody
