They charged $250 per room … and 2 days later never received credit of 500 $ !!!!

Counter service was a bit meh, but take it as entrance fee to a really great room. Room was more like apartment - living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom and even a laundry and dryer room. Location was also convenient, just behind the mall and morning market area and if you are up to it, you could take a walk to the Parliament hill and its surrounding area as well.

Room is spacious and clean! Very convenient location with parliament hill, byward market and a lot of dining spots nearby. Kitchen is fully equipped and well maintained. We will definitely come back in our next visit.

The location is very good There is a very large shopping mall right next door, so it is very convenient There is a metro mart about 5 minutes away The kitchen facilities and cooking utensils are well-equipped, so I bought beef and cooked steak.

The living room and kitchen are large, with kitchenware and tableware, which is very convenient if you want to cook. There are two Chinese lunch boxes in the Redeau shopping center dining hall food court next to it, which are suitable for Chinese stomachs. The view outside the window is also good. It takes more than half an hour to walk to the Governor's Mansion and 15 minutes to go to Parliament Hill. It is not far from various attractions. There is a loblaws supermarket next to it in 5 minutes. The only drawback is that the road is a bit noisy at night when there are large cars passing by.

The hotel is conveniently located. The room is large but too old, especially the carpet. It feels unclean and there are few restaurant options.
