Clean and new hotel, reasonable price too!

Awesome stay, hotel has been refurbished and looks new, will come back again

Hotel is quite new. Rooms are big and spacious, love it! No fridge in rooms hence cannot store drinks and fruits. No smoking in rooms but people are allowed to smoke in the hotel lobby. Hope the hotel can change it policies to NO Smoking in the hotel lobby because when we are back in the room and when we on the aircon, the room smell of cigarettes still as it is cremate aircon

Nice hotel. Good location. Next to McDonald. Local dishes breakfast.

Became favorite place to stay during the visit

During the Spring Festival, my family went on vacation in Zhao'an. The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient for travel, the room was large and the scenery was beautiful, and it was clean and tidy. I especially want to give a thumbs up to the lady at the front desk. She has a lovely smile and is very efficient at work. The room service is also very good, attentive and warm. You can set off fireworks in Zhao'an, which makes the place festive and lively, and has a festive atmosphere.

This is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It should be a relatively good hotel in Zhao'an. However, I obviously feel that the environmental hygiene has declined slightly every time I have stayed there. The main corridors and rooms have an obvious musty smell. It is not like a hotel that has been open for two years. The situation is that the hotel is not concerned about the maintenance of the hotel, especially the mold caused by humidity... There are obvious mold stains in many places. In other aspects, the location and breakfast are OK. The gym should be cooperated with outsiders and the facilities are very complete. Next I will still choose to stay here again, but I strongly recommend that the moldy and damp problem be improved.

The double bed room had two small beds put together to make a big bed and used it as a king-size bed room without any prior communication with me. It was a very bad experience! ! !

Room supplies: Although there is a price list of consumer goods in each room, I didn't look at it carefully, thinking that at most it would be charges for adult products and food. I never expected that disposable bath towels would be charged... Because I didn't see the hotel's universal bath towels, I used the disposable bath towels provided in the room. When I returned the deposit, I found out that disposable bath towels were charged after the deposit was deducted... It was a rip-off. I live in a homestay, other hotels and better-level hotels don't charge for using disposable bath towels...🤭 There are cockroaches in the room... The bathroom is too small, and the water sprays out when you shower, making the whole bathroom wet. Breakfast: There are many types of breakfast and the taste is good.
