It's fantastic, very good location, and big bedrooms..good strong bed I love it!!!.. price do so cheap... Around hotel very good restaurants , massage and atmosphere...the best choiy..I recommend 100% if you no need a 5 starts hotel....I'm Spanish

We would absolutely stay here again. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. He provided free maps for the various sights we were visiting during our stay. The rooms were relatively clean with strong wifi. The location is unbeatable if you are visiting Zhangjiajie park (Tianzi mountain, Yuanjiajie, etc.) - it’s about a 5 minute walk from the park’s east entrance gate. There are plenty of food options nearby, but it’s a relatively quiet street (not a lot of cars honking). It’s also a 15 minute walk to the main bridge, which is very lively at night.

Such a cute hotel! Super close to the park east gate and the bus station (easy access to Zhangjiajie). The staff are lovely, they're super happy to answer any questions you have about the park or the area, if feels like a real family place! Room was cleaned daily and water, toiletries and toothbrushes were supplied. Walls are a little thin, I was woken up a few times my first night by people talking in the hallway.

Absolutely loved our stay, the room was exactly what I wanted, just beautiful. The very hard working owner was AAA+ so helpful and patient with us, really appreciated his care and friendliness made us feel most welcome. Organised ALL our activities for us which meant we saw everything. His family also were fantastic too. I highly recommend this accomodation. I will definitely return.

The room I stay is facing the street view and mountain. Cozzy weather in the early morning roughly 12-14C in November. Great stay.

Very comfortable room. Clean and edy access to east entrance to Zhangjiajie Famous Wulingyuan Avatar mountain.
Nearby with all the food and fruits.
Customer service is excellent! Even offer me a nicely packed cigarettes on my last day. I don't smoke so I thought it was a chocalate bar initially.

Excellent location, extremely friendly and welcoming owner family who care so much about their guests. They help us book a ride wherever we needed one as we are 6 pax and tell us the price to give to the driver. My friend fell in the national park, went to first aide station and the staff said she should go to the hospital to get an x-ray. We went back to the hotel, the lady owner quickly told her husband to drive her there. He didn’t charge a penny.

We recommend! The most beautiful hotel on the street! Gorgeous rooms! Very helpful stuff, cozy family-house atmosphere. They helped us to buy the tickets to the attractions cheaper than they are in the office! They basically planned our trip so we didn’t have to spend time planning! Super helpful! Super friendly!
