The 24 hours complimentary drinks and free access to washing machines were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Lin, who was exceptionally courteous and professional. He went out of his way to coordinate a fantastic three-day tour of Zhangjiajie’s must-see attractions with Mr. Xu Dao, ensuring we experienced everything this breathtaking destination had to offer. This hotel is undoubtedly one of the best in the city, and it completely transformed my perception of the Hampton brand—so much so that I’ve already booked my next stay at a Hampton hotel in Guangzhou! The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options. From the warm welcome to the comfortable beds, high-quality food, impeccable service, and outstanding facilities, every detail exceeded our expectations. Zhangjiajie itself was mesmerizing, and this hotel truly elevated our trip with its hospitality and attention to detail.
