Мы приехали сильно раньше времени заселения, но нас не просто добродушно встретили, а сразу предложили все возможные варианты для нашего максимального комфорта. Нас любезно пригласили в зону ожидания, помогли с вещами и сделали всё, чтобы мы могли полноценно отдохнуть после дороги в ожидании номера. Это было невероятно приятно и спасло нам целый день!
Но главной «фишкой» отеля стала помощь с организацией досуга. Нам не просто помогли забронировать все аттракционы, но и предложили цены значительно лучше, чем на самих площадках (скидка от отеля — это большой плюс!). Администратор не просто приобрел билеты, а подробно всё объяснил: как лучше пройти маршрут, на что обратить внимание. Такая детальная консультация бесценна.
В самом отеле тоже всё на высоте: очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки, которые заряжали энергией на весь день. Есть возможность воспользоваться прачечной — очень удобно. Номер чистый с современным ремонтом.
Однозначно рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ценит комфорт, чистоту и по-настоящему персональный подход!

Large room, comfortable bed, and separate bathroom (the only room on our 3-week trip to China where this was the case! 😇)
Friendly and cheerful staff, who don't speak English, but as always, WeChat is our friend!
The hotel couldn't reserve us the Gate of Heaven or the entrance to the 72nd Wonder Tower.
Good location for visiting these two sites, but avoid if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Park and the Grand Canyon (which are geographically far from the hotel).
Breakfast included: Chinese food, very few "Western" options.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in China! Usually, my main concern is the quality of the room and its location—not the breakfast or food. But this hotel truly surprised me with both its price and amenities. The room was spacious, offering double panoramic views of the city and the river. The light, calming colors of the room made it even more relaxing. If I visit Zhangjiajie again, this will definitely be my first choice!

I visited with my mother for a tour of Zhangjiajie. The facilities were very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and it offered the best value for money. The view of Tianmen Mountain was a bonus. Breakfast was also great, as I could enjoy the view of Tianmen Mountain and the river. My mother liked this place even more than I did.
