房間很乾凈舒適，老闆特別熱情，幫忙推薦路線，預訂門票，還幫忙託運了行李。最後一天知道我們當天退房去玩不回來，還把登山杖送給我們了，説猴子多給我們防身。住得非常愉快，謝謝老闆。

Great location when visiting the National Park. Within walking distance to the gate.
We were given a different room than booked, but still enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean, with working air conditioning to keep us warm in Winter. Great selection of English speaking movies on the TV. Nice view out of our window into the town at night, but sometimes noisy from the street.
Owners also help organise our tickets to the park at a discounted price.

The room was ok, but we were greeted by an old man who didn't provide good service. The bar was a bit messy, and the old man told us that we couldn't take showers after 22:00 because of the poor water pressure. The room was not soundproofed, and the wall-mounted air conditioner couldn't turn up the temperature. Overall, I felt that the local customs still lacked security, hygiene, and service guarantees.

We arrived at 6:30 in the morning and the hotel's owner welcomed us and put us in a warm place even if it wasn't check-in time at all. He also patiently explained the different routes in the park.
The owners are both adorable and helpful, the hotel is very affordable, comfortable and well-decorated, it's also incredibly well located, just next to the Zhangjiajie park entrance.
We highly recommend it!
